Set in an elegantly renovated shipowner's house, La Table d'Edgar's contemporary decor invites you to enjoy a convivial experience in a bright, refined atmosphere. Tradition and creativity come together harmoniously, and chef Sébastien David demonstrates his talent for transforming local produce with finesse and Read more elegance. A case in point is the mackerel with mango-yuzu condiments, both powerful and delicate, reflecting his uncompromising focus on product quality, but also - a change of mood with a softer-fleshed fish - the pollack, mushrooms and razor clams, spinach cream with Arbois wine. Perfectly cooked, between mother-of-pearl and pink, this fish is nothing but round in the mouth. The cockles and spinach bring marine vitality and a slight bitterness to this stunning dish, while a few chanterelle mushrooms anchor the dish in the earth with subtlety and balance. Surprising!
very nice hotel, friendly welcome, refined and generous breakfast
Great stay and the staff is great. Thank you to them because they are discreet and very efficient and without them our stay would not have been as pleasant.

Very friendly welcome, comfortable room. Excellent location, very central. Only downside of the stay: the breakfast buffet was not (or not?) restocked.
