Very friendly staff but I was disappointed with the quality of the food and 50 euros for a facial massage I find that very high. The room was quite correct but the cleaning ladies had to vacuum under the sofa because there are a lot of surprises underneath. As a professional cook I find it a shame that the quality of the food is not worthy of a 4 star.
The gym equipment should be renewed (exercise bike with broken counter, and unusable elliptical bike) in order to offer a room at the level of the good services of the hotel.

Aging hotel. Spacious room, pleasant terrace but decoration "that clashes" (red bedside table, purple curtain). Mattresses quite soft. Beautiful indoor swimming pool, well heated on the other hand gym and "sauna/hammam" complex located in the "basement" and which strongly stand out.
An excellent stay, great services, very dedicated staff who listen to customers. A spacious and comfortable room, well equipped, with a view of the lake. A good restaurant, varied and all-you-can-eat breakfast. Tempting menu and good advice from the staff. On the "well-being" side, people but predictable for a weekend and on the "body care" side on the 1st floor, the dream thanks to the talents of the employees. Can't wait to come back and enjoy it even more 🤗🤗 Thanks to the whole team 🤩
A top structure. Super pretty The rooms really good. No hygiene problems Great pool. The silk part is great. Hugely disappointing points: ▪︎all the staff not pleasant, no smiles, no polite formula, and closed faces ... surprising for a ☆☆☆☆. Too many people for the capacity of the pools we are on top of each other for a large part of the day, sometimes we think we are at the municipal swimming pool, huge shame. Families with children in the whirlpools with beach games! And of course the good manners that are lost! Those who stay for hours in the same place without thinking of others! That's if the area is splendid. After all good overall.

For a relaxation area the pool is too noisy. Incomprehensible to ban swimming shorts in the pool for men when a woman was in a t-shirt and shorts down to her knees and no one said anything to her. In addition, a baby was in the jacuzzi, the rules do not seem to be the same for everyone. We would have liked a light meal on Sunday lunchtime rather than brunch. It is really a shame that the bar does not offer a snack at lunchtime accessible from the pool. A lighter and cheaper formula for breakfast would also have been appreciated. We might have had our meals at the hotel if that had been the case. No toilet paper or hand towels in the toilets next to reception at 1:30 p.m. Very dirty changing room at the spa (bathrobe, paper, cardboard lying around in the cabins) Staff not very friendly at reception. Huge mattress but not very comfortable. Very warm welcome when we arrived. But when it was time to pay, the person at reception didn't know how to proceed with the holiday vouchers. She asked her colleague for a little help. The latter explained that she didn't have time to show her now. A bit of an awkward situation. Especially since in the end, I had to go see the colleague in question because the person didn't know how to do it...
Comfortable room. There are 2 beds pushed together which is not very comfortable for sleeping as a couple. The spa is very good. The catering is expensive for breakfast or meals.
Disappointing, aging and poorly maintained hotel spa, lack of deckchairs around. Lack of towels, free slippers compared to the price of the room. Lack of bathroom storage, lack of step at the jacuzzi in the room, lack of coat rack for the bathrobe at the jacuzzi and spa in the room. For a supposedly 4-star hotel, many things need to be reviewed!! Value for money not there at all.

great hotel but a little expensive compared to previous years
Overall our stay went very well, the welcome is still as pleasant and warm as our previous visits. The spa has a new, larger jacuzzi, which is very appreciable. Slightly newer and wider bathrobes would have been appreciated. Small downside concerning the bathroom: the shower head is not very optimal for washing your hair, the sink faucet also needs to be reviewed and some bugs in the TV which disconnects from time to time. For the rest everything was perfect: we feel very welcome, everyone is friendly, professional. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast is varied and with good products.
Good stay, just one downside about the "fog" shower head which is just horrible for taking a shower properly without it being too hot on the head and freezing on the feet...
Very disappointed with our stay at Adelphia which does not correspond to what we have experienced on previous stays in the establishment. No sense of customer satisfaction; from our arrival to our departure, the service was not at all up to the standard of a 4-star hotel, especially at the reception where clearly the service needs to be reviewed. The list is long and I would have liked to be able to share our opinion in person but no one asked us during check out and it's a shame! Spa area with hygiene clearly leaving something to be desired, especially in the toilets. More than mixed welcome with a feeling of disturbing the hostesses. No clear explanations upon our arrival. Check in confirmation time sent by email which was not in line with the time at which the room was actually ready. The cherry on the cake: having to pay extra for a little extra time to check out (due to ongoing treatment) and ultimately not being able to extend access to the room...no word of apology when we had to go back down to reception. Overall, very unfriendly staff overall. More friendly in the restaurant but again, many unjustified supplements, it would be wiser to adapt the dishes to the fair price included in the proposed formula.
A beautiful romantic getaway for a relaxing moment
Super beautiful hotel, incredible spa. Everything is beautiful in the hotel. I had asked for rose petals on the heart-shaped bed. For a marriage proposal it was a great idea. We will come back with great pleasure. Ps: She said yes to me 😉
Overall the stay was. For 150 euros per room per night I would have liked a little more comfort. No drinking water in the room, a fountain in the hallway (to respect the eco-responsible side there are glass or cardboard bottles). No towel dryer, after going to the pool/spa drying towels and bathrobes in the room was laborious. The TV only had 2 channels accessible, for all the others there was a connection problem. All this means that for 150 euros per night (excluding tourist tax) I am a little disappointed.

Very nice establishment, large spacious room with a King size bed, on the other hand the bedside tables are tiny!!! A magnificent XXL SPA, with many hydro massage jets, jacuzzi and also a larger swimming pool for doing lengths. We also had dinner twice at the restaurant, and there the quality / price ratio was excellent. The breakfast a little expensive, but lots of choice. We took two treatments (massage) and there again nothing to complain about. The friendly staff. A very small downside, our vehicle was in the outside parking lot, and it was immaculate with bird droppings (crows) and we had to go to the car wash!!! The bathroom lacks a little light.

Very good stay. Very comfortable room. Really nice spa and swimming pools. Very warm welcome. Only small problem but which the hotel can't do anything about, people who are not very respectful of the relaxation area and who monopolize the jacuzzi or the bubble baths.

Up to our expectations
We had a great stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The restaurant is really very good and we ate very very well there. Special mention for the breakfast... which was exceptional. The spa is also very good, just one downside on the floors which are not very clean and slippery. We will come back!

A family weekend for the second time, except for the treatments I remove a star because not as expected as in the treatment catalog
At €370 per night for a suite that lacked hand soap in the bathroom, a coffee machine that never worked, noisy air conditioning, missing towels, an electric fireplace that didn't work and finally Japanese toilets that were actually standard because they were out of order... not to mention the passable cleaning, honestly it wasn't worth the price.
A short stay -3 nights- with our grandchildren who are well received in this hotel despite their boundless energy. Access to the swimming pool allows games and relaxation in the water. The location on the edge of the lake allows for long easy walks for young children. The hotel lent me a bike so that I could follow my small team who moved around on balance bikes and scooters. We will come back with pleasure.

Very disappointed with this stay, I am a regular customer, I was very satisfied so far with my previous stays. But this time when leaving by returning the card (I had paid the bill the day before at the time of Check in) I was accused in front of other customers by the person at reception of leaving without paying for drinks at the bar! It was a very unpleasant moment, having to justify not being dishonest! I understand that a mistake is possible but you have to check before accusing! I don't drink and have never consumed at the bar in this hotel!!! I hope you found the customer who had the good idea of putting his drinks on my room...
I have been a loyal customer of this hotel for almost 20 years. When I arrived in the family room the child's bed was not open which is not a big deal. In the room I had a significant number of malfunctions, including the television which did not work, the telephone was cut off so impossible to reach the reception, the hair dryer was broken, there was also a problem with the flush. Room 420, there is also a huge hole where a ventilation grille should be put in a corner of the wall it would be much more reassuring for children. The shower head holder is also broken.
Disappointing daily special. Undercooked osteo bucco and reheated and dry pasta (not great). Worn world wine - good value for money. Nothing to complain about for the breakfast

Swimming pool, spa, some silicone joints would need to be redone, missing information that you should bring the towel from the room to go to the sauna ... that is why most people do not use one (average hygiene) ...

Having been unable to honor my reservation due to serious medical reasons, they did not want to reimburse me on the pretext that I had not made a reservation with cancellation. Good hotel for a small couple's retreat. The swimming pool with the different pools is very nice, although a little crowded on weekends. The rooms are however superb, with good service and very clean facilities.
Happy with my stay in this hotel, the rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, a small downside for the bathroom where the traces of mold on the joints of the bathtub are not the most beautiful effect... The half-board is correct but many dishes are with supplements, moreover the service is a little fast (we feel that the waiter wants to free up tables to provide several services...), for example, the dish arrives when we have not finished the aperitif... The staff is helpful and pleasant... The spa is pleasant (on the other hand the fact that it is open to the public makes the place crowded at certain times...)

For a 4 star, the hotel is rather aging, it lacks some accessories like a towel dryer because when you do 3 days of spa, you like to have dry swimsuits and bathrobes, shutters, the curtain is good but it still lets the day pass. The bedding is great as well as the size of the room. The spa is quite well heated. The welcome is great. Small downside on the restaurant, the waiters are nice but the food is not great. We had taken the stopover formula, we decided to eat outside the last evening. Apart from these little things, we had a good stay.

Several dishes are missing from the menu (both for starters and main courses). No better for the dessert that we had ordered, we were told much later that there was no more. We tested the bar the next day: the waiter was not trained to make cocktails, his chef had to take over. For the snacking part there is not what is displayed that we wanted to order... too bad. For a 4 * hotel we expect better in terms of catering.
Hello, regarding the spa, there are too many people compared to last year and it is difficult to access the jacuzzi. Some people stay there for hours. Too bad. You accept too many people from outside the hotel for the spa, or too many people and children jumping everywhere. We have been having a massage for two years that is not financially given for 50 minutes and it would be nice if it lasted 50 minutes and not just 40 minutes. Really disappointed about that too. Otherwise, the welcome was really very good, a little attention on our bed wishing us a happy wedding anniversary, that's nice. Very nice and clean room. When paying, it might be nice to receive an invoice by email. The camera in the hall does not work, we are still waiting for our photos by email, too bad. Spacious and well-equipped room. But imperfections that are not compatible with a 4 star. The aquatic area: quite good but the water was too cold (the jets prijeyeaiebt colder water). No towels because access to the room later: a bathrobe but which remains wet. The treatments are not worthy of a 4 star spa: more spa treatments.. Neutral cabin without atmosphere. Hello I wanted to inform you of our appreciation regarding our stay this weekend The room as well as the breakfast were appreciable and very good Regarding our opinion on the evening catering and the non-access to the SPA we were very disappointed Arrived at the restaurant at 9:10 p.m. at 10:10 p.m. our hot dish was served instead of the chicken ballotine and supposedly homemade fries (because I asked if it was homemade or frozen), I was served a fish fillet and frozen fries. Great stay at the Adelphia Hotel. Large rooms, excellent services, a spa open from 9am to 11pm and a great team. We came with our dog and were welcomed superbly, the whole team took the opportunity to give her little strokes to make her stay very pleasant too. Special mention to the entire reception team as well as the bar/restaurant who were able to meet all our expectations.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the lake and the spa accessible even in the evening. I had asked for a room on a high floor with a glass balcony which was well respected. With the view of the lake, it was extremely appreciable. The room was very clean, even if some furniture shows signs of use. The Californian massage that I had booked was very good and special mention for the breakfast which offers a nice variety. The small minus would be for the restaurant. I ordered a burger there the first evening. As much as the quantity is generous as much in terms of taste it was quite disappointing. Small tip: I went to the treatment area at dinner time (between 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.) and I had the pools and hammam all to myself 😉

Good value for money. Very friendly staff in the dining room. The fitness room could do with a facelift because the machines (elliptical and bike) no longer work.
The only problem encountered is the difficulty in drying the bathing suits after the spa. Nothing planned.

The room was dirty. The toilet door was broken, the bathtub was scratched and black at the bottom. The curtain was stained. The French window was very hard to open and the balcony was very dirty. We had to wait a quarter of an hour for our bathrobes. We had taken half-board and when we arrived at the restaurant, we were asked if we had booked. No one at reception had warned us. The dinner was excellent apart from the dessert which was frozen food that was dry and tasteless. Leaving the hotel was very trying. We had a gift voucher for €420.00. When we arrived, we presented it and the hostess clearly told us to give it when we left. On Sunday morning, when we presented our gift card, the hostess explained to us that the LOGIS website does not work on Sundays. We were asked to pay the full amount. After discussion and our desire not to advance the amount, we were asked for a deposit of €420.00. This voucher was presented a month before our arrival for the reservation, on the day of our arrival. To date, no message from the hotel to tell us if our deposit has been lifted. We were really disappointed with our stay at your hotel and we will not recommend your establishment.

Rooms are dated, staff is friendly, but barely speaks foreign languages, poorly informed and contradict each other, meals in restaurant are really of insufficient quality, service during dinner in restaurant really has to be approved. Price is not commensurate with quality. Many three star hotels score better on these points. In the end this hotel is not worthy of four stars.

We have seen the first renovations: room, corridors, reception, restaurant and now the swimming pool we appreciate the various investments that allow the hotel to be maintained. Thermal very nice. Restaurant too expensive for the quality. Nuggets are small cut schnitzels. Schnitzel Milanese frozen goods with tomato 'sauce'. Expensive a la carte instead of a menu. The menu was probably deliberately worded incomprehensibly. No bathrobe in the room - even though the changing room at the spa is in very poor condition. Every hotel guest takes the elevator with their wet bathrobes. Access to the therm through the bar - what?? Hotel in need of renovation. The shower is not usable because of the shower head!!! It sprays like steam - not changeable.. UNBELIEVABLE!

The welcome was not warm and friendly. Unfortunately the noise from other rooms during the night meant we could not sleep. The mattress protectors were really plastic. Overhead we could hear scraping chairs on the floor and people talking through the night. There was a strong smell of smoke in our room when we opened the doors due to smokers on balcony next door. Communal areas and spa unclean and tired. Entrance to hotel from car park really ugly. Breakfast was amazing and staff were really friendly there.
Everything was perfect, except the fact that I had asked for our two rooms to be on the same floor and this was not respected.
We enjoyed most of the facilities. We liked the spa and the service provided in that connection. Regarding breakfast we felt the scrambled were not well cooked. Some small flies around the food tables, especially around around the cheese offerings were a minus.

We got the last room. But the price/performance ratio was OK. The room was very clean. Someone had obviously been having a party above our room. It was very loud until after 2 a.m., chairs being moved, laughter, screaming with the balcony door open, sleeping was out of the question. That's why we gave it a bad rating, because we believe that a hotel has to stop such excesses in order to protect the other paying guests.

We have been customers for years, we have never been disappointed with our stay, the welcome, the services, the cleanliness, the quality of the accommodation, even the breakfast, the best. However, we have noticed since the change of furniture in the dining room, in particular the chairs which are very heavy to lift and make an unpleasant rubbing noise: especially when there are people, with a buffet breakfast, we often get up to serve ourselves, a cacophony of noise harms a quiet breakfast, a small detail that could be remedied with noise-reducing pads. Otherwise, I highly recommend this spa hotel.
Pros and cons in this hotel. The staff is friendly but it doesn't exude the joy of living. The hotel is generally clean but aging. The cleaning is pretty well done except for a stain on the bed surround (probably one night too much water from a former customer). The restaurant staff is friendly and takes good care of you with a smile. The food..... the freezers must be big and the microwaves must be working at full speed. The most satisfying point is the very pleasant aquatic area! The treatment part is also very friendly with a welcome all smiles... that's great! A shame about the smell at the entrance, a synthetic perfume close to Wizard, too bad because the whole is well made. In short, a nice weekend with these limitations.

On the other hand, very disappointed with the catering for a 4-star establishment. Lots of mistakes, some dishes were inedible, including the overcooked fish, the risotto too filling... The welcome from one waitress in particular is worth mentioning. I still don't understand what happened on Thursday, September 5 at noon. I was embarrassed in the middle of a restaurant for a table that a waiter offered me the day before and that I had reserved for our stay to admire the view of the port while eating. When we arrived at table 23, she took it with inappropriate gestures and put it against the wall while moaning at us. As a result, we no longer had a view. She went to another table to serve, and she told the other customers that the table was not in its place. So I waved her over to tell her that it didn't suit me. In the middle of the restaurant and very loudly, she "scolded" at us, that's the word, she raised her arms at the same time, telling us to sit at table 12, since we didn't like that one, and that one wasn't moving. Her behavior is unacceptable, why should I know which tables are moving or not, I wondered what I had done to put her in this state. The situation was very unpleasant, and our meal went very badly. I chose this hotel to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. She was very shocked by the way we were treated.

We really enjoyed our stay. Small downside at meal times for our two meals the waiting time for desserts was enormous. Even though there is not much to say because I am very satisfied, I still note that the staff seems to be understaffed which causes some inconveniences like the overflowing ashtrays outside and the tables not cleared; as well as the wait to have a cocktail because the bartender is busy... In addition, a small remark concerning the brunch: 35 euros per person seems excessive to me, especially since you do not even offer a simple fresh fruit salad... It is not easy to please everyone but it is the basis and it is really lacking! Last thing: change your mattresses more regularly and a so-called "double" bed should not be made up of two single beds with hollow mattresses in a hotel of your standing

Magnificent hotel, spacious room, a little disappointed this time with the view from my room (certainly a view of the lake but with the roof of the entrance). The receptionist asked me to specify the room for a future reservation.
The bathrooms are in their original condition. Old bathtub, old tiles, mirror too deep for small people. Heavy toilet doors with a difficult-to-close groove. Bathroom door makes a lot of noise. Perfect breakfast, however €19 per person is far too excessive.
Does not deserve 4 stars! Restricted access to the pool due to aquagym classes, very very slippery pool surrounds, witnessed several falls, the lifeguards are useless, they spend their time chatting among themselves and when we ask them for information, they make it clear that we are bothering them. No minibar in my family room, at the bar there is a dartboard on the wall but when we ask for darts, well there are none. The children ate at the restaurant once, there was no more mayonnaise, ketchup or tokens for games

Disappointing for a 4*. It should rather be classified as a 3*, the emphasis is on profitability rather than customer satisfaction. The bathrobes have seen better days, other small problems seen with the management. First time I see empty tables at breakfast without any set up. The Spa, the swimming pool and the treatments are excellent, beautiful structure which justifies the 4* classification. The location on the lake, near the bike and other rental companies, near the cruise pier on the lake is a plus. Parking facilities appreciated
This doesn’t compare to any 4 star hotels I have ever stayed at….rooms were nice size but furnishings were cheap. Towels looked like they came from my grandmothers house and were old and dingy….what 4 star hotel has old blue towels? No iron, shampoos or anything you expect at a 4 star…. Very disappointing….

Really very nice and clean room, super comfortable mattress, well decorated hotel, great spa open until 11pm for hotel guests with the possibility of enjoying it from the morning of arrival until the end of the day of departure. On the other hand, at the reception, it really depends on who you come across (great welcome on arrival but the hostess sighed in my face when paying when I left....) and above all the restaurant is to be avoided: my sister was sick, problem in the order and in addition the waitress almost argued with us!

Being a regular at this hotel, we come here at least twice a year, this time, we were very disappointed with the breakfast... Just two small ones in a ridiculous 1m60 bed… and the toilet door that doesn't close!!! The price of this room is too high…

Special care should be taken with the reception and especially with the reception at the SPA. The person who welcomed us was particularly unpleasant. She looks more like a municipal swimming pool employee, which is a shame for a 4-star establishment. The SPA is aging but very pleasant. This small hitch in our stay was resolved by a warm welcome at the reception from 4 p.m. A meal at the restaurant won us over and the same goes for breakfast. But since the customer's welcome makes the first impression, I would recommend a little training for your receptionists before 4 p.m. and especially for the SPA.

No adjustment possible for my shower head
Deplorable soundproofing and acoustic insulation. You can hear the neighbor's toilet flushing, the dogs barking, the children screaming, the adults doing the same. They didn't even bother to put felt pads on the chairs inside and on the balcony. Result: we slept very badly and therefore, consequently, did not enjoy our stay because we were too tired to do certain activities. After a particularly noisy night, we decided to leave before the planned end of our stay, which we therefore cut short because we were exhausted. Extremely disappointed, we will not set foot there again.

However, the hotel is aging and needs to be renovated in terms of equipment, damaged furniture, damaged bathroom furniture, stains on the walls. The hotel needs more regular maintenance. Unprofessional staff, who do not seem to be professional, and who are not at the level of a four star, especially in the restaurant. Basic cuisine, fairly limited restaurant menu, with a lot of frozen products and few so-called “homemade” and local products, very long waits between courses. Breakfast at a price of 19€ is mainly composed of industrial products, no fresh fruit offered, industrial jams. The price is high for the quality of the products offered.

I must admit that the stay for a 4 star hotel and still limits the price for one night to 221 euros in a room where we see that there is work to be carried out I find that rather disappointing... l The state of the aquatic area is really neglected, the metal plates under the Bubble Zone are within reach with a screw coming out which hurt me a lot... the ventilation plates are completely rusty and the ceiling marked by countless fly droppings at first glance...

We are delighted with our stay: the room was large with a superb view, the beds excellent, the air conditioning very quiet. The SPA is super nice. The breakfast is incredible, we had it cool on the terrace. The hotel is well located, a stone's throw from the lake for swimming, the port for a drink, playing pétanque or choosing a restaurant. Really a very good address, I will come back!

The bedding in room 306 is not up to standard, there is a bump in the middle of the bed which forces us to sleep on our own sides and almost at the edge of the bed. The kettle was defective, the button to activate the water heating did not hold, I had to find a system to hold the button so that the water heated. On the balcony, fingernails or toenails still present on the ground at the table leg. We have been coming to your establishment for years, and even if we have a price advantage due to the vouchers taken from my company's CE, I find that this does not justify the drop in range and the quality of bedding that we we had. You recently changed software, but we have been coming regularly to your establishment for around ten years, but I think we will not come back again, because we have seen over the years that the quality is deteriorating and no longer suits us . I booked the Adelphia because it has a spa and has 4 stars. I was delighted to see the reception when arriving, but what a disappointment when arriving in the room!! It is old-fashioned, decor inconsistent: gray-blue plastered walls, orange plastic tables, simple paintings, not to mention the peeling paint, the enamel that jumped into the bathtub, the bottom of the very damaged mirror on 2- 3 cm high by more than 30 cm long... what can we say about the hole in the bathroom door...😶 The whole thing is not sound-insulated at all, like the bay window which seems so open the noise passes. The only positive points are an incredible view of the lake and recent and very pleasant bedding (king size lint). The spa is pleasant, the opening hours very wide (9 a.m.-11 p.m.). For me, the Adelphia absolutely does not correspond to a 4☆, rather a 3☆ to be renovated.

Many defects for an expensive price: Many ants die on the balcony, a wasp hive between our balconies, bedding which is marked by old age (sagging at body level), air conditioning that is not very adjustable in the room, a fridge which cooled to 12 degrees (temperature taken with a suitable thermometer)...

Very disappointing stay for a 4 star hotel, very poor value for money. Old hotel, very poorly soundproofed, you can even hear your neighbor coughing, in the room there is only low-end hand soap, the towels are rough and the bathrobes are torn! The pool deck chairs are old, damaged and dirty! Few staff. Certainly the restaurant and the health center were closed because of the Musilac festival but in this case the price of the room should be lower even though we paid full price. Avoid, not worthy of a 4 star.

Not the first time in this hotel either for work or for leisure but the restaurant on Saturday evening was really not great! To begin with, I waited 20 minutes sitting at the bar so that in the end I didn't drink anything. We subsequently learned that the bar had to be closed (Start of school holidays?) so we went directly to the restaurant to have our drinks before dinner. Servers not very smiling, some servers spoke as if they were alone, didn't know where the wines were found... For our part we will come back to this hotel but certainly not to the restaurant too bad.

Rooms are good. But for a 4 star hotel, there is no water in the room, only paper cups (not really environmentally friendly). Water in the hallway in paper cups is not very hospitable. The swimming pool is a public bath - no - There are no professionals in the restaurant. Wine by the glass is not served on a tray. Cutlery is also carelessly replaced without a tray. The food itself was not good either, overcooked vegetables, beef entrecote of poor quality. Our conclusion: we will not return to this hotel.

Hello, We paid 250e per night for a room. No water bottles (for ecology) however you can take water from the fountain in the corridor in a cup wrapped in plastic! Ugh. Then, access to the spa where we are forced to buy flip flops to enter 7th, both pairs. Slide absolutely useless in the spa since we have to remove them 5 meters further. For the price of the night, I would have hoped that this would come with the bathrobes. When we arrived on Saturday, we were told that we could enjoy the spa all day on Sunday. So we arrive at the spa around 3 p.m. and surprise, we have to leave the premises at 4 p.m. max otherwise we pay extra because Sunday is privileged for visitors who have not taken a night! Is this a joke? In the end, the view is nice over the lake. But disappointed with the services for a 4 star. We won't come back

We had requested a twin room and when we arrived, we found that our wish had not been respected! Having no more rooms, we were offered two separate rooms, paying €125 for each. The mistake didn't come from us. So, I told them that it was up to them to make an effort! I was told that we don't give gifts like that! In the end they found a solution by exchanging rooms. We were in room 313 and to our great surprise, we found, in the bathroom, a completely scaled bathtub, dirty! Unworthy of a four star!! We will not talk about the catering which does not correspond to a 4 star either.

Great hotel and balneotherapy! But the restaurant was very disappointing with its wait. Arriving at 7:30 p.m. we were told that there was no place before 8:30 p.m. and the entry was served to us at 9:15 p.m....really too long to wait...but very friendly staff.
We had travelled all day to get here, with an early start planned for the following morning. We could not gain access to the restaurant for 7.30 and had to wait until 8.30 which did not suit us. We thought we'd have a drink in the bar to unwind after our long journey. However, it was closed. The written undertaking of the hotel is "You can ask the reception desk to have a drink when the bar is closed". We did, but the receptionist was not prepared to offer this service. Frankly, she was rude and unprofessional. We returned to our room. At 830 we got into the restaurant although received no service at all for 20 minutes. The family on the next table who had arrived at the same time walked out. When ordering, the two items my wife chose from the menu (a starter and a main) were unavailable. The starters arrived after 45 minutes - they were good. The mains, however, were at best mediocre.

I'm not used to 4*. In the room the chairs are shabby. The shower pull came off on the first use. In the evening I heard the band on the floor above and at night a pump or other motor: the sound insulation is not the best. The first evening, this group was in the bar and after their departure the bar was closed: no aperitif for our group! The explanation is: lack of staff. I expected better for this standard.

Unfortunately we were very disturbed by two separate sets of guests in the neighbouring room. The first had inconsiderate, loud sex & the second argued loudly at length. The soundproofing in the hotel is really not good & it definitely spoilt our stay. We feared consequences from our neighbours if we complained to the hotel. Perhaps, management should walk the corridors & check noise levels?
We were also worried by the rooms above whose occupants found it acceptable to throw cigarette butts onto the artificial grass, rather than use the designated ashtrays on the balcony. We pointed out to reception that such behaviour is a fire risk.
Our room was comfortable & clean. We very much appreciated the help given to us by Cristina, the young lady who cleaned our room. She was the friendliest member of your staff.
Breakfast was copious & the coffee / fresh orange juice excellent. However, the teas were of a very mediocre quality.
Negative point: our room was very dark (at the 2nd end of the building) but nothing to complain about otherwise.

We spent 3 nights in a room with a good view of the lake. Very welcoming staff. We took advantage of the massages and really well done to the staff. Also took advantage of the swimming pool and spa. A little less good for the restaurant but still OK. Second time we've come and we'll come back.

I usually come and this time the room that was rented to us was disappointing: a strong smell of humidity and cold tobacco was very present to the point that we continuously ventilated the room. the balcony was not very inviting: there was a large quantity of pollen scattered on the ground which did not allow normal use of the terrace. The condition of the bathroom was not at the expected level either: aged mirror, missing joints, false ceiling slightly raised, in short, it was really not as usual... on the other hand the welcome was friendly and professional. The room was a little more expensive than usual I expected better

Hotel well located and equipped with a substantial SPA but saturated with people during the weekend. Very large and comfortable room with a huge bed; this is not the case for the bathroom which is very small with a bathtub not necessarily easy to access; Special mention to the "water saving" shower head which equips the bathtub, which the reception even offers to buy for 99€ (seriously ????) and which was leaking in our bathroom; so we mainly had air coming out on the shower side but the water was coming out on the other side... No towel dryer, so it's almost impossible to dry the large SPA bathrobes and towels and we must put back damp bathrobes if we return to the SPA. Very generous breakfast buffet but still €19!

I tried to contact the hotel by phone at different times of the day for information before booking and was unable to get through to anyone. So we could have enjoyed the wellness area a little more if someone had responded to me during this one. It's very disappointing that a hotel like theirs only communicates by email, and no longer with a person who answers the phone. The wellness area is a bit small for a hotel like this.

Hello The staff was very welcoming, the only negative point is the restaurant in the evening. For a 4 star to have stale bread, it's shameful, I pointed it out. The menu needs to be reviewed, very little choice, missing a choice of salad, pizza baked on site would be desirable, wine in a small pitcher would be ideal. Disappointed in the evening restaurant, the choice and quality of the dishes was not up to par, compared to my previous stays (the duck leg confit was not, the Sarladaise potatoes were in fact fried potatoes). with oil at the bottom of the dish..). the waiter cleaned several tables in front of us with the same sponge and without any product! not worthy of the establishment's stars! in the morning at breakfast there were ants walking around the orange juice. No respect in the hot tub for the families present: despite the message "no children allowed", I had to police myself for children to come out, neither the parents nor the lifeguards had taken the trouble to to take care of

We had to ask three times to get a bath robe and were given the wrong information twice. They won’t change your towels during the day after a swim. There’s nowhere to dry towels or swimming costumes in the room - not even a drying rack never mind any heating in the bathroom. The minibar fridge was warm. The room phone didn’t work.
However it’s in a great location and the pool is very nice and the opening hours are long and relaxed. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, as were the staff in the actual pool. It’s just the spa receptionists who seemed to be wilfully unhelpful and the situation with getting dry after the pool that is difficult.

I have been sleeping in this establishment for 11 years when I go to Savoie. It is excellent value for money, the rooms are spacious, the catering and breakfast are quality and the SPA is functional. Being Logis is also a plus! This establishment is almost perfect, to improve the bathrooms with still impractical bathtubs and the loyalty of their staff which constantly changes which means that despite all its years I still wonder if it is the first time that I come .

A contemptuous reception staff and a poor quality of service, a restaurant that operates slowly... in short, nothing is going well in this establishment. Just OK thanks to the cleanliness of the rooms, congratulations for the work of the maintenance staff, and the quality of the bedding otherwise it would be a zero point. A stifling heat in the room and the air conditioning does not work. A brochure announcing access to Canal+, which influenced my decision to choose this hotel because I was traveling and thinking I could watch the famous Real Madrid-Manchester City quarter-final; but in reality no access to these channels. It is a quality hotel with good service but two points are not great: 1-The cosmetic products are top but there is already shampoo in the shower so why add more samples. I had forgotten my conditioner (conditioner) I would have liked to have found some at the shop but I had to go and buy some outside the hotel 2- The bar was no longer serving at 10:30 p.m. even though it was 11 p.m. is indicated, the waiter pointed this out to me very unpleasantly by showing me his watch on a Saturday evening. The breakfast is great but the restaurant, although very affordable, is not at all up to par. The usual quality/price ratio for a room is good but for the Easter weekend with prices doubled at least, the account is not quite there.

We were in room 301 and slept poorly because of the mattress which was hollow. I find this unacceptable for a four-star hotel. We reported this to reception when we left, but we received no commercial gesture, despite the photo which clearly shows the indentations in the mattress.

Restaurant half board was definitely not worth the money paid. Service was rushed, there was no atmosphere in the restaurant and the food was not great and all. (Frog legs were ‘swimming’ in Oil and just tasted burnt. The ribs had a mouthful of meat and the rest was fat (I like fat but it was too much), the sauce was advertised as BBQ /bourbon but tasted like cheap tomato sauce for pasta from a can) mostly uneatable. We went for lunch at a local restaurant before arriving at the hotel and paid a lot less for a lot more. However the breakfast was had a great choice, great quality and was just fantastic!

We quickly realize that the swimming pool is very damaged, full of rust, the pipes which make jets of water are full of rust which falls into the water, you just have to pass the hand on it and we have the brown hand! … the bathroom is not cleaned properly… Traces, especially on the walls and chrome and handles, etc.. toilet paper etc. is missing. the towels which are small and of very poor quality, thin and dry. Any bathroom product. The bed is hard despite the fact that it is a well-known brand. A big stain on the bedspread upon arrival. a hole in the curtain of cigarettes. The balcony railings full of dust. The heating in the room does not turn off and the air conditioning does not work. So unbearable heat all night. In short, it's a space that has everything to be pleasant, but which is very poorly maintained... I came two years ago and the quality was much higher. Alas. Very expensive, value for money. The positive thing to highlight is the lady responsible for cleaning who came to put the mattress pad that was missing in the room at my request. The water fountains are full of scale and not cleaned. All it takes is a little vinegar… And yet. Breakfast is OK, classic but varied. The machine for making orange juice directly is a real plus. No place in the bathroom to put your toiletries. On the floor... We take the water If we place it around the sink taps of your choice... Same in the shower. No coat rack in the room, and the hangers are defective. Half of them don't hold their jackets and fall off... I think that generally speaking, nothing is checked at the housekeeping level, nothing is done in terms of maintenance before there are problems... It's almost. I think the swimming pool could close if there was a hygiene check on this funk which is seeping and flowing. Easy parking.

We are disappointed with our stay. Expecting a 4-star service and having paid close to €200, the services are not at all in line with the price. The rooms are old, poorly furnished. All equipment is damaged or twisted. The furniture is antique and uncomfortable. No sofa or recliner chair. In terms of cocooning, we found spartan equipment. The shower worked poorly, the sink was clogged. A budget Ibis at €70 per night has better services and facilities. In the spa, you feel like you are at the municipal swimming pool. The doors close poorly in the sauna and it is cramped. For the massages, we had booked for 2. We insisted on being a couple, the staff being less than friendly. It's a place you don't want to return to.

Only difficulty: By noting the name of the hotel (and not the precise address) in the GPS, they take you to the wrong address in the center of Aix.

We had dinner in the evening at the restaurant and it was a horror 1h10 for salads, without accompaniment we are still waiting for them and when we announce the wait we are looked down on a lot of customers we were unhappy that evening... review the organization and management. Overall the rooms are very good, a good stay too but a lot of people during the lessons which lead outside so the swimming pool and hamame quickly saturate. Nice experience nonetheless

Second professional stay in the evening stopover at the Adelphia hotel and still as delighted. The price is very reasonable. The rooms are spacious and clean, the view of the lake is magnificent, the staff at reception and in the restaurant are very friendly (very fast service at my request this evening at the restaurant! Thank you again). Excellent and varied breakfast! The gym deserves a little renovation and deep cleaning as well as the machines. The real plus: the SPA which allows you to spend a real moment of relaxation until 11 p.m.! Check out until noon thank you! I will come back ☺️

A bit outdated hotel, too bad. Lack of personalized welcome, not enough explanations on how the care works, where it happens, etc. The room is large, the bathroom too, but the decor is so cheap, too bad. Room service: you should cover the dishes when you bring them to your room, I had to eat my dish before my entry, otherwise it would have been cold. No condiments, no glass, in short, room for improvement! The breakfast in the room is perfectly adequate and served at the requested time. In the pools, there were children, rather noisy, this is clearly not the way to rest.... No one at reception from 7 p.m.! I had never seen that, especially in a hotel that boasts a certain standard.... On the other hand, a big BRAVO to Christelle for this highly professional massage, her attentiveness, and her kindness!

Moldy room, strong musty smell in the bathroom. Bed supposed to be king size but they are 2 single beds put together side by side. So it's impossible to put two people in a bed without the mattresses moving apart. The spa is open until 11:00 p.m. but the hammam was already closed at 10:00 p.m. when I arrived. And breakfast is normally served until 10:00 and is actually served until 09:30.
We have been staying at this hotel for many years, for rest and treatment. Always lake view. We know all the rooms: standard, privilege, suite. The reception staff, chambermaid, restaurant all very pleasant. Free hotel parking.

Warm and very pleasant welcome. Spacious room but in need of a little refreshment. Broken tiles in the WC. Socket cover that doesn't hold. Outdated bathroom. A shower would be more suitable than an old bathtub. Damaged and stained bathrobes. Half board evening meal ok.
While having breakfast at the hotel a member of staff entered our room and stole all of our money. We reported this to reception and to the police, however the hotel has failed in its duty to protect their guests who have paid to stay at this hotel. A duty of care disregarded therefore would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Restaurant: mediocre cook. The linguine alle vongole was drowned in cream even though it should be prepared with white wine. Fatty and tasteless. The tempura-style perch looked like ordinary supermarket nuggets and were served with mayonnaise! Unworthy of a four-star hotel.

We had a wonderful stay, very pleasant welcome, there is everything you need and the staff is AT THE TOP! The only negative point the restaurant .. we ate there the evening of our arrival, very nice staff but a big lack of communication (dish not available after our order, ordering a new dish and finally we are brought back the dish initially ordered , that they wanted to take us away after starting to eat …) and a very long wait of more than an hour. But it was still good and we will come back to this hotel ☺️
Good morning. Despite a little misunderstanding when booking, the stay went wonderfully. The services offered by this establishment with its swimming pool and other hot tubs made my wife happy. In the evening at the restaurant I invited 2 people from outside, the choices on the menu satisfied everyone, the prices applied are very correct for this type of establishment. In terms of the wine list, it's the same. The staff is very dedicated and does not lack humor. We loved our stay. I recommend . This day there was a terminal in the reception hall to take photos and of course Kodak click-clack while having fun we did a photo shoot at 4, a card with 6 small photos came out of it. Very cool.

Reception at the reception around 5 p.m.: no one accompanies us to the room even though it is equipped with a sauna and a jaccuzi spa! Figure it out ! Aged 75, we ask for a small step to access the jaccuzi, which must be accessed by stepping over the side!!! Air conditioning in the room broken: will not be repaired until the next day ... Air conditioning in the spa broken: will not be repaired, "you understand the room is new and there are still imperfections" The location of the refrigerator is heating: " indeed the evacuation of the air was not planned: lack of youth "For a room at 450 euros per night, you can understand our disappointment!
We stayed in this establishment for 2 nights with 2 rooms. One of the rooms had not been cleaned. We reported it to reception. First by phone. The information had obviously not been taken into account. We therefore moved to notify it again. The receptionist asked for proof (photos), then questioned the word, then insisted on moving to verify the statements. Which was particularly upsetting.

We know the hotel well and that is why we have been coming back for several years. You have to separate the hotel, the restaurant and the spa. Regarding the restaurant, we were surprised by the quality of the food, whether in the evening or at breakfast. The Spa nothing to say, except that despite supervisors we do not respect the shower or the imposed swimsuit. As for the hotel, very very disappointed! If you want to claim 4 stars, you have to give yourself the means. Dubious bed sheet, pillow if you remove the pillowcase, yellowish! ….and then, lack of staff, chambermaid speaking no words of French so that our bed was not made on Saturday morning,……

We stay regularly in your establishment and unfortunately we see it deteriorate a little more with each stay. The bathroom in our room was not clean. Mold settles everywhere, ditto in swimming pools and locker rooms. It's just bad maintenance. If the cleaning was done correctly right down to the corners, we would not have noticed this. The cleanliness is not worthy of a 4 star establishment. The big plus, the staff is always very pleasant and attentive to customers.

I will not give this hotel 4 stars. The beds were very comfortable and the place was quiet. I really enjoyed the spa. But in general the hotel looked neglected and not well cleaned. I found the price for breakfast at 18€ per person a bit high.

Apart from the welcome in an irreproachable decoration, the brilliant swimming pool and the bedding at the top. The decor of the rooms and the view of the exteriors and the equipment are average for a 4 star.
We booked two rooms with airconditioning. The airco's didnt work at the arrival and we made a complaint at the reception, every dag of our 7 days stay in the hotel.. The reception, the director Mr Galice and a technicien confirmed that the airco's should be functioning,, every day again, but they didnt. We became a financial compensation for the seven difficult nights of our holiday (it was 28°C in the rooms).
There was no explanation for Wifi connection in the room. At the reception the girl gave us a link for connection but this was not active because it was a not secured Wifi connection. The third day we found a receptioniste who gave us a hotel-seminaire connection, this was OK.

Everything was perfect. The room spacious, comfortable, beautiful and clean. The breakfast is plentiful, nothing is missing. The pool is and the hot tubs are top notch. The staff is very good too. We will come back.
The receptionist could not find our booking on arrival and required assistance. The hotel is rundown and shabby. Our room was dull, without an outllok. The air conditioning did not work. The sofa bed was so deformed, it was impossible to sleep on it and we had to put the (thin) mattress on the floor. The toilet room had no ventilation and stank of old urine. Parts fell off the shower when we used it and the drain was blocked so the water built up in the bath. There was mould around the bath. When we raised some of these issues with the reception, they said the hotel was fully booked. They did not offer any help.
For a hotel described as ‘hotel d’elegance’ it was disgraceful and the advertising descriptions and pictures are deceptive.

Clearly an excellent hotel/spa/relaxation establishment... On that side, not much to say except it is highly recommended. In terms of price / quality ratio there is not much to say either (the ratio is largely acceptable and reasonable). On the other hand, on the catering side (the dining room) there is failure... Clearly we have to change! It's just not possible anymore! Too expensive and not at the level compared to the services of an establishment of this kind. Too bad we preferred to eat in the center of Aix les Bains and frankly we enjoyed it but outside...
A very good romantic stay by the lake. the reservation with lake view has been respected. I was able to get the room a little earlier. Spa access is unlimited, included and even after leaving the room.

2nd stay in Adelphia and I was disappointed. I never got the email indicating the closure of the spa on Friday 17/03. I had booked the night of Friday and Saturday but on Saturday there are too many people at the spa, the hot tubs are taken all the time. The lake view room was fine but the hair dryer in the room didn't work. When I pay €400 for a weekend, I rather want everything to be perfect, but there I was disappointed...
put correct for bathroom because it is a bathtub to step over. Can be complicated for older people and/or with mobility issues preference for a walk-in style shower.

to improve: - some of the establishment's equipment (at the spa level) is aging and not sufficiently maintained (damaged doors, stairs with visible rust, loose coat hooks) - the restaurant, even if the meal was correct, we were a little disappointed compared to our previous stays, the dishes were less copious and tasty, like the bar where we waited quite a long time, even if we were well settled very positive: - the stay was overall very satisfactory, we already knew and remain satisfied - the spa, the treatments, the room and the breakfast are always perfect for us

We were very well received when we arrived. Very pleasant hostess. The restaurant is a disaster. Waitress not very commercial and friendly. We asked for a plate of fries as an aperitif it was a definite no without trying to settle for anything else. The outfits of the waitresses and waiters leave much to be desired both in their appearance and in their behavior. A lot of mixing for finally not much. It was not a very pleasant moment. We didn't even have dessert. Damage. For a 4 star hotel we expected better. So we didn't have breakfast or any other meal.
Really disappointed for our weekend. The spa was crowded... Since you allow access to outsiders. Quality of the evening meal really bof... The waiters and waitresses seem to be at the end of their lives... No smiles, sighs... In short, no joy at home. And really not worthy of a 4*...

Hello, we enjoyed our stay very much, but several things could be improved in your hotel, for example at the spa, I find it a pity that the swimming pool is not isolated since the aquagym lessons with music are heard from the jacuzzis where we relax. In addition, the deckchairs where you rest are directly next to the swimming pool and therefore next to the noise, it's a shame... Pb of sagging mattress bedding, (WINDOW SIDE), the duvet is flush with the mattress, no fallout on the sides. Basin drain problem, but solved. Pb of bath knob, simultaneously with the tap!! (wasting of water) Catering of the dishes offered but not available.

You will be seduced when you arrive in the lobby of this establishment, the SPA and restaurant areas will also delight you. On the other hand, big disappointment with the rooms, old-fashioned decoration, dirty fridge, unclean box spring cover, duvet cover put upside down (seam on the outside) mattress topper that does not fit on the bed, we paid extra for a room service at 10 a.m., it was the chambermaids who woke us up at 9:30 a.m. because no communication between the services, was not aware that we wanted breakfast for 10 a.m. For a 4 * hotel, we still expect a minimum of finishing in the preparation of the rooms. We have of course brought up this various information, everyone knows this kind of concern but no one is really concerned, no consideration for the customer, very disappointing.
The quality/peix ratio is average. The bed lamp in my bedroom was rickety. I reported it to the reception who did not find a solution to this problem. For 135 €....it's expensive. The fish of the day was really pokey. About 4o g of flounder and a handful of tagliatelle for 19 €....That's not acceptable. Otherwise, friendly staff and nickel breakfast.

Aging hotel. For a night at more than 200€, there is a lot of equipment missing in the room. No coffee maker, toiletries or even a bottle of water. To compare other nights in other 4-star hotels, this one is clearly below. The decoration is not up to date. For a hotel/spa, there are no toiletries in the bathroom, just a 2-in-1 shampoo-shower gel, the same as found in "budget" hotels. Disappointing experience. Finally, for a room sold with a view of the lake, there is a fort opposite a residence that overlooks the room. Overall, disappointing experience.

The reception staff, too often, were glued to their computer screens or their telephones. Some of the reception staff showed themselves to be indifferent to the comfort of their clients, even rude and arrogant. In my case, when loud construction noise above my room on Tuesday woke me abruptly from a nap after an early lunch and before before going to the pool, the response was that they were obliged to do work while open, since they never close and that it was very rare and only between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., so basically I understood it was too bad for me. This was shocking to me for any hotel, even worse for a 4* hotel. They did not warn me, they did not offer to change my room, when I suggested it, they did not offer anything to make up for the incredibly loud noise nuisance, when I asked what they would do to compensate. They could not even promise that there would not be noise other days. They said they did not know there would be work, that day, and that "something broke" in a room, when in fact, I later learned that they were installing new cabinets in a room on the 4th floor. They said I could not talk to the Director until Thursday, but I was given no specific appointment. On Wednesday, there was a lot of furniture being dragged around in the morning, which to me seemed to confirm that they were doing renovation above me. On Thursday, the Director took me right away, listened to me, said he was sorry, but he defended his staff, saying they did not know what was going on. He defended that he was sick and so had the right not to intervene the day of the incident. He said that when the work bothers a client, he offers 15% off of a night stay and was firm in saying the noise nuisance was something they had the right to do and indeed it could happen at anytime. He revealed that the work was waiting for a while, for the delivery of the closet. (So it was not a little something that broke the night before.) I consider unprofessional and not 4* behavior, the direction's attitude toward the normalcy of allowing major renovation noise with clients present. They took 21 euros off my bill, and he agreed that he could not promise there would not be construction noise in the future. So tranquility in this hotel cannot be assured. Also, the quality of the meals apparently cannot be assured either. While the meals on M, W, Th were good, on Tuesday and Thursday, what I ordered was bland and undercooked, quite disappointing (some of the bad dishes were supposed to be what I had enjoyed on a previous day. In general, for a spa hotel restaurant, the menu lacks lighter salad meals, and green vegetables. Upon request they did offer me a green salad with my fish on Friday. Service is sometimes fast, and sometimes very, very slow. One other non 4* thing, the flag that flows high at the entrance is ripped and smokers' cigarette butts are thrown over the balcony onto the fake green grass outside the second floor balconies. This look trashy, and should be forbidden or at least cleaned up daily. In my opinion. the renovation decor in my room does not look 4* and the floors without carpets, are apparently not sound proof, so chair movements from those above are very loud. I also regret that access to the lake is not easy for those who have limited mobility of any kind. possibility and some great staff but my stay was disappointing to me. I will not be returning, accept for the spa and maybe the restaurant on M, W, F. I took full pension. The chef on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at lunch was spectacular, and I complimented that chef for every delicious meal. Nice buffet breakfast. Restaurant staff, cleaning staff, spa staff were consistently helpful and professional. WiFi worked, though I used it only once in my room and nowhere else. Nice pool facilities but sometimes too crowded. It was easy for me to extend my stay a day to use the pool facilities longer. This decision was made before the problems with my stay began. I could have cancelled, but I stayed on for the good of my painful joints, exclusively.

The level of services of the hotel does not deserve the 4 stars, the bathroom needs to be redone, the mold in the caralage joints, the broken equipment, the broken tiles, the extra price for the lake view is useless because the room overlooks the nautical center... The only positive point is the balneo and again some equipment does not work or is broken.
the SPA: The bathrobe system is not up to date: many customers choose the wrong bathrobe before leaving the SPA and therefore we see a lot of people picking their bathrobes to find their personal belongings... I myself took my bathrobe with the card of our room in it... Bad to cross the bar to the reception wet and in a bathing suit The room: bad, damaged washbasin cabinet, blackened joints of the bath, sagging bedding, green carpet on the roof visible from the balcony in poor condition! Paying for a lake view and having an unwanted dilapidated green carpet view is not great. The restaurant: the catamaran, we were forgotten after entering, we waited 1 hour and unfortunately had to leave without asking for our rest. A waiter came to clear our soup bowls asking us if we were done?! Did the servers mix up a soup bowl and a dessert cup?!! The 4 stars are very dusty yet the prices are 4 stars!! Room service breakfast: perfect, it allowed us to end on a good note. The quality of the products was there and the quantity amply sufficient.
