Fantastic location, just opposite the shopping street. Extremely kind staff. They offered an umbrella when it was raining and allowed us to sit in their lounge to wait as we were too early for check in. Really great stay. Clean room. Comfortable. Safe.
Too bad the bathroom is not separate from the bedroom
Very strong smell of sewage in the room, especially in the bathroom. Oil bath heating on a power outlet, very strange. A placo partition is dented. This room would need some work before being rented.
Quite disappointed with the hotel. When we arrived the shower hose was leaking. The next day, the water was leaking even more, almost no flow, until the shower hose fell off and was therefore impossible to put back. The staff were unable to put it back in place either. We were asked to go down to a room to take our shower because apparently no room was available. The next day when we returned to the room, no towels were available. We called reception to have bath towels brought up. We were only given two bath towels and no hand towels or a shower mat. We found cleaning cloths that had not been collected. So we were assigned. A single room only suitable for one person. Unsuitable room for two people where you could hardly move around. The room assigned was only suitable for one person, especially for hanging towels, for example. While the reservation was made for two people. A fairly poor quality/price ratio and a service that was not up to par.
The hotel is well located in the center, downside, non-existent soundproofing, the noise from the street is unbearable at 2 a.m. No shutters, just curtains that do not completely close the window frame, the light from the street lamp illuminated the entire room. The bathroom is in a state of cleanliness that leaves something to be desired. Mold in various places, the shower cubicle with doors that do not close and are on the verge of coming off. A complete renovation would have been welcome.
The place was excellent very close to the center and tram...The girls in the reception very kind..We booked two single rooms but mine was like a prison. And dangerous..A curtain next to the bed was too high so I shuffled my feet..the bed was the size for a child...Too small and the view from the windows was a wall.The ac made a noise that you could not sleep..so I wasn't using it and was feeling cold all day.No cleaning last day so I hadn't towels and toilet paper. I was complaining but they told me they had no other available..or I had to see it in the internet.the internet is not real. You can't realize the size. I am very sorry about my stay there.

Hotel ideally located in the city center. The staff is welcoming and warm. As for the room, nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness, a little noise pollution when the room above flushes the toilet but nothing insurmountable! The breakfast is plentiful and varied, homemade cakes every day and also homemade pancakes on the last day!

In my opinion, this establishment does not deserve its 3 stars, but rather 2. In the bathroom, nothing to hang towels, cramped closet, no mirror, dust under the tray located below the window, empty Kleenex box, small room. In addition, the hotel is not responsible for it, but at night there is noise pollution from the tramps and others who are in the dead end located next to the hotel. In the corridors, there was a towel at the top of a door in order I think to reduce the noise when it closes.

Entrance belies what's inside! This hotel is in the very center and the entrance is small an unassuming but once we got in the lift and went up to our room we had a lovely surprise. Spacious bedroom, very comfortable and quiet, small but perfectly adequate bathroom, lovely light dining room for breakfast which was fresh and very good. Staff helpful, polite and professional. Location 10/10. Being in the center, which is pedestrian, the parking lot was about a 10 minute walk (with luggage) but with a huge discount and it's always good to forget the car.
Very disappointing for a 3 star! 1st night tiny room....really tiny tiny bed no decoration and against the elevator! 2nd night a little better by paying more for a normal room with finally some decoration but still against the elevator... Correct staff

This can be rejuvenated with a return to university residence because the room is tiny with a window that overlooks a wall. The carpet on the landing is old and dirty. On the other hand, the welcome was very warm and the overall cleanliness of the mini room was correct.

The room was a bit small, with lack of space around the bed. There wasn´ta place for the luggage in the room. The bathroom was also small and without enough hangers. The blinds were inefficient.

The room smelled like sewers coming up. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the shower, as well as between the tiles. Also, the paint was peeling off the shower ceiling. Definitely not what I expect from a 3 star hotel. On the other hand, the staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very well located.

I booked a premium room with a picture of a balcony on bookings.com I also sent an email requesting a room specifically with a balcony and was emailed back that the room would be available for my request at no extra charge. The room was not available, but I was offered breakfast. I actually only booked this hotel for the balcony. So was very disappointed.
