This small hotel is right in the middle of town close walking distance to fab shopping, cafés and restaurants. Beds were comfortable- everything was clean. Bathrooms are small but clean. Breakfast - continental style and very fresh nice quality. Helpful staff at reception.

We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. The walls are stained, even in the bathroom. The walls are crumbling. And to think we were upgraded... Disappointing. It's a shame because the style of the premium room is very tasteful.
Madam, we are sorry to hear about your response and have of course checked your room as soon as you received this message. Indeed, our Comfort and Prestige rooms are a good size in the city center.

A foul odor emanated from the drains. The staff offered to use bleach to reduce the odor. The product ended up on my belongings and my favorite skirt was discolored; it should be thrown in the trash. I'm not very happy about having this unpleasant odor during my stay and I'm very unhappy about my soiled skirt.
