Good welcome, decent room, shower that could use some updating, but otherwise clean. On the other hand, you should not be sensitive to noise if you sleep on the street side. The cleaning truck that comes by on Sunday morning at 6 a.m. is really violent. Very good, substantial breakfast.
The Hotel Staffs are excellent ~ Kind, Friendly & Helpful with their Smile -“You can feel that they are Welcoming you with Open Arms” :). Awesome Customer Service! The Location is Perfect! You can locate the Hotel the moment you walk out from the Strasbourg Tran Station main entrance (just opposite). In addition, the Room is Super Clean. Highly recommended! :)

Well located and very well maintained hotel: bedding, shower, impeccable sanitary facilities. Excellent breakfast for 11 euros. The only downside was that parking was only 13 euros out of 53 euros when we expected 50%.
The photos at Booking were not the real room we had. Very small , and the bathroom with some things broken.

Price inflated due to the Christmas market.
Elevator broken, establishment on 6 floors! Carpet in the room not maintained. Mold on window sills and under windows. WC not properly cleaned, urine smells. Hair on the bathroom floor. The water was not draining properly in the shower tray, because it was clogged and filthy, mold in the shower tray. Support to fix the broken shower head. The blackout curtain was hanging. Stained bed linen. Marks on the windows and mirror.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the end of my stay at your hotel in Strasbourg. Overall, I enjoyed my stay until check-out, where I was treated inappropriately. While I was quietly waiting in the lobby due to my train being late, I was asked to leave by the owner, under the pretext that it was not a waiting room. As a hotel guest, this attitude deeply disappointed and shocked me. Additionally, I would like to point out that I am aware of my rights as a customer. It is unacceptable to ask me to leave the lobby, when I was a legitimate hotel guest waiting for my train. Please take this unfortunate experience into consideration and review practices to ensure all guests feel welcomed and respected during their stay at your establishment. I would also like to receive clarification on the hotel's rules regarding the use of common areas. This is to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding in the future for guests waiting peacefully in the lobby during their stay.

Hotel very centrally located. Right on the train station square with lots of restaurants. Three tram lines run from the train station to everywhere in Strasbourg. You can reach the “old town” in just a few minutes on foot. Reception was very friendly. Rooms nice and clean, well equipped. My view had a view of the train station square, which is very attractive day and evening. Breakfast was very good and a friendly lady looked after the guests. Lovely again!
Great welcome and great room. On the other hand, the windows are poorly insulated from the noise from the station square. If you are sensitive, take your caps!

Often traveling to Strasbourg, I came across this hotel by chance. The bathroom is ugly. The empty Kleenex box. The liquid soaps are not renewed and the sink was clogged. There are other better quality establishments in Strasbourg for the same price.

The bedding is good / Pleasant welcome (day / night / morning) A hair on my clean towel when arriving in the room. Mold in the shower cubicle / Toilet leaking / Pipes echoing other people's conversations / fire door near the bedroom slamming; Poor quality shower gel. You have to stop using hard soap for one night, pure waste.

When I arrived, the lady at the reception helped me a lot, such as giving me the recommendation for dinner, making a reservation and even keeping the left food in the fridge until next day. Only thing which I found inconvenient is that there's no personal fridge in the room.

Perfect location in the immediate vicinity of the train station (just opposite). Charm of a family hotel. Reception H24 by very welcoming hosts who have a sense of service. The room is a good size, the bed very comfortable. Very good equipment (kettle, coffee and tea in the room). On the other hand, a lot of noise in the street (even if the hotel has nothing to do with it). Hence an average rating while the hotel and staff are great.

Very clean and well located hotel. However the service is not up to par. Our baby having vomited on the bed. The night team contacted did not give us other sheets. We had to wait until the next day for the cleaning team to change them nicely and therefore slept in vomit. For a 3 star, it's more than average service.

Location was convenient to train station, and it was a fun and easy walk to the center of the city. Staff was very hospitable, and the room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast (extra fee) was very generous and well worth it.
Ideal hotel! Lovely and very efficient staff, ultra comfortable and very clean room and bathroom, everything is perfect. The establishment is also very quiet even though it is right in front of the station, which is really very practical when traveling by train. It is right in the center of Strasbourg and you can visit the city on foot.
Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the departure. Hotel very close to the train station, so convenient when you have an early train to catch. Room and common areas very clean. Nothing to complain about the breakfast. You have options. The two ladies who take care of the DPJ are very pleasant, smiling and helpful. I remember the address for next time :)

Very close to the city center and little Paris. The train station is 100 meters away while that of the Flixbus terminal is 2 kilometers away but can be reached very well with a suitcase, remembering to go along the river because if you go from the center there is a pave that hinders the movement of the wheels of the suitcase . Very helpful staff and very nice view of the illuminated station, the latter has a glass cover that encloses the old facade. Next to the hotel there are a small supermarket and various bars and restaurants. To be strongly recommended
