Overall a good stop. Great welcome, good dinner which was efficiently served by shiva who looked after us well and had a great sense of humour. Our room, which was otherwise good, had a very old carpet and there was no bottle of water or kettle which is usually available in similar properties. Public areas good, staircases a bit tired

Et tout le long de notre cour séjour nous avons été reçu par le serveur Shiva et nous avons très apprécié son attention à notre égard digne d'un chef de rang tout cela nous a donné l'envie de revenir dans cette établissement. We were very well received, both at the hotel and at the restaurant, and we had a great time. The menu was both plentiful, tasty and refined, a treat!

We were not warm in our room and there is no heating in the toilets and bathroom which is not at all pleasant.

Nice hotel, in a beautifull building. Outside the city center. Personal very kindfull, restaurant good, bar availbale. Only parking is a big problem. Not much place, certainly when it is fully booked or a convention is organized, Hotel must be prepared for this and inform the customer in advance how or ware to park.

Beautiful hotel, very pleasant welcome

The quality of the welcome and the availability of the staff is very pleasant. We find a family atmosphere on each of our visits. Many customers are not on their first visit, this shows the pleasure of the hotel and the restaurant. With a special mention for Shiva our favorite waiter and his unfailing humor.

Thanks to the young lady who was there on arrival our room was very good. Thanks to the two receptionists for the quality of their services. Always available and smiling!

We spent 3 nights in this charming hotel. All the staff are kind, smiling and professional, thank you all for making our stay so pleasant. Our family room was comfortable, bright and very clean. It was air-conditioned. The breakfast is very complete (bread, pastries, cereals, eggs, cheeses, cold meats, fruits, jams, honey, various hot and cold drinks ...). The restaurant is very good too. Finally, the hotel is quiet and very well located to discover the region.

Beautiful hotel with particular architecture, a little old-fashioned but very chic! Very spacious. Very friendly staff. We slept very well, not a sound Good breakfast, maybe a little expensive! The only thing missing was a small tray in the room because lukewarm tap water was not very pleasant and it was difficult to go down to the bar when you were ready to go to bed.

A hotel as I like them, different from the large standardized chains. A huge entrance with a cozy, old-fashioned atmosphere, a very clean, very well soundproofed room, and very good bedding... So I would come back.

Chambre et salle de bains confortables , j'aurai aimé y trouver l'eau ou bouilloire avec café soluble/thé/tisane
Manque d'accueil également en salle de restaurant (devoir patienter quelques minutes devant l'affiche de l'entrée et voir passer des personnes du service sans vous calculer ....C'est pas top!)

We were lucky enough to be able to celebrate our wedding in the small villa surrounded by a small private garden located a stone's throw from the main hotel. What to say ? Kindness, thoughtfulness, sense of welcome, professionalism, delicious meal, everything was perfect from start to finish. Another big thank you to the people who took care of us!

Friendly welcome and good food. Renovation work on the rooms would be welcome. The toilet is against the bathtub and you should not spray too much so as not to wet the toilet paper.

room 63 which overlooks the access to the delivery people... impossible to fall asleep before 11 p.m. and to sleep after 6:30 a.m. noises of trolleys, crates and slamming doors

Nice hotel and well located for visiting Puy de Dome and also to the bus stop for visiting Clermont Ferrand. Very tasty food in a beautiful setting. Free parking. Friendly staff and everything very tidy. No refrigerator in the comfort room, which was completely renovated on the ground floor.

Welcome to this hotel. Nice, clean room. Good quality catering, very pleasant waiters but a little overwhelmed, sometimes... The wifi requires reconnecting each time it is used, which is a bit cumbersome. Pleasant garden, limited but practical parking. Lots of attention given to people who need it.
