I travel a large part of France on a stopover and I am disappointed with the value for money. The overall quality of the hotel/restaurant is okay, nothing more. I have found much better for the same price. What shocked me is that I did not like the meat offered on the menu (single menu on a stopover - no choice). Not that it is not good but just not to my taste. Well the chef did not offer me anything else and let me leave having only eaten the starter and dessert. I fell back on the bread! I find this attitude very average. I will not come back!

We sincerely regret that you were not satisfied with your stay at our establishment.
But to clarify your subjective opinion, I would like to point out that in the stopover evening at €120 (rate offered to business customers including double room + dinner + breakfast) we offered you a menu of Appetizers + Starter + Main course + Dessert usually sold at €55 in the restaurant and with noble products such as the French beef fillet that you did not like. I told you the menu before the service and you told me that it suited you and that you were not very hungry... So indeed, we cannot "offer" a second course in Stopover Evening services once the first course has been served and half eaten. On the other hand, the chef always adapts the menu if a customer does not like a product so you simply had to tell me when ordering.
And finally, it is indeed preferable that you choose another establishment in the future that will fully satisfy your keen sense of gastronomy.

Very nice establishment, but 10€ for parking is absurd in this village! The restaurant is not one: only one menu (55€!) and no à la carte. The compulsory starter is the smallest portion of foie gras I have ever been served! Main course: salmon or quail! Nothing to complain about the quality.

Pleasant night Disappointing restaurant for a distinguished table! Only one menu, very limited choice, only one dessert We chose the quail where a fillet was missing!! In addition the dish was just lukewarm but the tastes were there The fireplace in the dining room was very pleasant
