Onze vast plek voor een stop-over vanuit zuid Europa. Hele mooie Auberge met een uitstekende keuken en heel vriendelijk personeel.

We have used this Logis before and found it very suitable for our needs.

Very good restaurant!

A superb room, excellent evening meal and breakfast, lovely staff and super value for money. Five stars on the questionnaire is not sufficient to convey how good the Hotel de l'Abbaye is.

A warm welcome; comfortable and spacious room (well equipped and furnished); excellent dinner and friendly and efficient staff. We first stayed here over 20 years ago with our young sons (who are now parents themselves), and have been back intermittently since. There is a very good reason we come back! Very many thanks to all staff at the hotel - we look forward to our next visit with you.

Perfect welcome, from my arrival to breakfast

A beautifully renovated hotel that maintains a traditional feeling combined with modern comforts. Excellent value. Charming staff, and special compliments to the very young but very accomplished servers in the restaurant.

Great experience both in terms of the staff who are always attentive and pleasant and in terms of the establishment, clean and comfortable overall. Concerning the restaurant, the choice is quite limited but they are good local products. The appetizer leaves something to be desired because it is identical all 3 days!

Wonderful hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. And a great restaurant with high quality food.

Room is ordinary. Large bright bathroom with separate toilet. Price of drinks is off-putting. Breakfast and dinner were good, taken on site due to the discouraging quality-price ratio.

Everything was great, but it is a shame that when booking we were not informed that on Wednesdays the restaurant is closed. In fact it is a Gourmet relay and we were not able to take advantage of it. We had a unique menu not extra. Breakfast is average.

Very good value for money

Rurally located chambres d'hôtes, accessible via stairs. We had breakfast here and in the evening we were able to enjoy a 3-course meal carefully prepared by the hostess. We were welcomed by the hostess and host for dinner with an appetizer of Pinot de Charantes and had a delicious meal. The hostess bakes the baguette herself and it is delicious. We will definitely come back!

It was a great pleasure for us to be guests in this place. The room was excellent, the food was wonderful, the service very friendly.

Lovely accommodation and amazing room (15)

If you want a truly gastronomic, authentic, tasty French 3 course dinner made from locally grown food, his is the place to choose. We would highly recommend the set menus just 35 Euros. It was the best meal we had all week and hands down beat others at twice the price. The staff were so friendly and helpful to assist us. Breakfast was plentiful and the fresh local bread heavenly. Simply could not fault this Auberge. it was simply DELIGHTFUL.

The smallest places you can take a look at the other places, but you can see the hotel at the door of the hotel when it comes to the 'verkocht'. De kamers waren ruim met modern sanitair en alles was uitermate schoon. 's-Avonds hebben wij heerlijk gegeten in het hotel voor een prijs, die bijna 'vooroorlogs' is. The damage was a bit higher and it was easier to get rid of it. Dit alles werd ondersteunt door uitermate vriendelijk personeel, die absolut de bedoeling had om voor je te zorgen. Auberge de l'Abbaye is now open!

We have been coming here for more than 20 years, I believe, beautiful new construction, spacious rooms, authentic atmosphere, and the lady herself is always very nice and adequate.

We booked this hotel for our trip as we stayed here many years ago when our children were small (they both remember the hotel very well). We were not disappointed. We had a very friendly welcome and were shown to our amazing room. Our room was large with a beautiful vaulted wooden ceiling, a marvellous walk-in shower and a large and very comfortable bed. The evening meal was perfect and the restaurant staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and intend spending longer in this area in the near future - again staying at this wonderful hotel.

The rooms, the cuisine, the service, the welcome, the prices of the rooms and the restaurant,... everything is of very good quality! It was our second stay in the Inn, we come to visit members of our family who live in the region. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant and well located hotel in an equally pleasant village.

We booked two rooms decorated with great taste, very spacious and comfortable. The meal served was delicious with local products. The reception was very friendly. Extremely quiet place ideal for a refreshing rest after a long journey. We stumbled upon this establishment by chance, we will definitely come back to enjoy the place more. We recommend the Auberge de l'Abbaye without hesitation.

Have a good stay

In English, I was not aware of the fact that dinner and breakfast were included in the (low) price. I got a choice in the included menu, but did not get the 'normal' menu for restaurant guests (which I would have preferred!). The simple diner was awful and took one hour and a half to get served. As alone traveling person I had the last corner to sit in and was not able to address the waitress when I wanted. To get something of very low quality for a very low price made me very angry.

and felt very welcome. The room was lovely, it was spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable .And we could not fault It , it was a lovely stay before our ongoing travels in Europe.

A regular stop for us on our way further into France for a few years because of the quiet location and good food. The latter can also be seen in the crowds in the restaurant where people from the area also come to dine. The menu choice is somewhat limited this year, but the quality is fine. The breakfast is plentiful with coffee, tea, fruit juice and items such as yoghurt and various spreads.

In short, great. The only (minus) point is that on Tuesdays (and Wednesdays) there is only a daily menu - jours de repos - but delicious food despite that! Missed a safety guide in the bath / shower.

Quality establishment: everything is perfect: this is the 5th time I've been there. The carpentry in the bedrooms is of high quality, very pleasant to stay in. Perfect food even for a stopover menu. To recommend !

Booked second time halfway through our house in France, large room, good restaurant and excellent breakfast, ideal even for our young labrador

The room was new, well equipped and very clean. Ditto for the restaurant and the breakfast room. On the parking side, the situation is a bit tight, because there are only a few public car parks in front of the hotel - however equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.

Comfortable and warm room. Calme. Friendly staff and good food. Breakfast very good. Just that a little gray bread was missing, but that's a small detail.

A huge and magnificent room (No. 15) in the new building, simple but good food, friendly staff, parking in spaces in front of the hotel (public parking), all this in a pretty town where the people are welcoming. Luckily there was a small Christmas market with mulled wine, biscuits etc... it was very pleasant. Special mention for the person who takes care of the breakfasts in the morning :-)

We have known this hotel for several years. When we are in the area we always take this hotel. It's quiet and the food is good. Fast operation.
