The toilets are quite old, otherwise the room is pleasant.
Not very warm welcome after a waiting time of about 15 minutes with no one at reception, at an arrival time of around 7 p.m. Noise from the occupants of the rooms upstairs. A little noise due to the rental of a room for a family party I suppose (music). We were on the ground floor, lake side for 1 room and parking side for the other 2.
Cleanliness is impeccable, nothing to complain about! Soundproofing of room 23 needs to be reviewed, you can hear everything outside and you're right in the entrance. Automatic light in the bathroom needs to be removed, it stays on for far too long and wakes you up... Air conditioning off and yet the sound of water running every 15 minutes is not great at all... Pillows need to be reviewed, not great at all

Mal insonorisé, mais literie excellente . Rideaux de douche absolument pas hygiénique pour un hotel.
Bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance (unable to release bath water after having had a bath, couldn't close the plug in sink, toilet role holder loose). Also the toilet was cramped up against the wall.
The breakfast was poor (the only "hot" food was tepid scrambled egg).
I had one evening meal which was OK.
Very professional welcome. Comfortable and well-equipped hotel. Very good table for an evening stopover.
I gave it a 3 for the price/quality ratio because it is much cheaper in the provinces. In the Paris region it deserves a 4-5 star, perhaps.

The air conditioning didnt work in the room and it was so hot i couldnt sleep. The toilet seat was so stained it was disgusting, the carpet was really stained. The hall and stairs we disgusting and never hoovered. overall the place was disgusting and i would never stay in this hotel chain again.
Disappointing overall. A strong smell pervades the corridors and to a lesser extent the room. Our room was cramped and the vista towards the lake is at best tired and unkempt.
Breakfast was dreadful and vastly overpriced, there were flies all over the pastries and although we were in good time there was no bread.
In the evening we had drinks at the bar which were vastly overpriced.
On the plus side the beds were very comfortable.

Too bad the restaurant was closed... good breakfast, cozy room with good air conditioning. I'm sorry the staff only spoke French.
When we arrived at mid-day after a long drive through Paris we asked if we could order a coffee in the bar/resturant . They told us no,as they were serving food only (to an empty restaurant.) They did offer a coffee but we could only drink it in the car park ! Not a great start to our stay.

Prijs/kwaliteit is correct. Medewerkers heel vriendelijk. Goed in groot bed. Little badkamer puts bad om in your shower. Wc moeilijk op te zitten door de smalle ruimte. 2 chambers geboekt (in bevestigd gekregen) met zicht op meer en op gelijkvloers (ivm beperkte mobiliteit) . Bij aankomst hebben kregen we beide kamers op verdiep. Mevrouw aan onthaal was wel vriendelijk en heeft ons 1 kamer op gelijkvloers geregeld. Wel 2 kamers met meerzicht betaald maar dus slechts 1 gekregen. Op zich niet zo erg want het was maar voor 1 nacht en het zicht op het meer stelde niet veel voor. Gereserveerd in restaurant met eleven hond. However, you may have to worry about this and this problem was the same as before. What about the verantwoordelijke? van het restaurant toch geregeld dat het in orde kwam omdat het een kleine rustige hond is. Later op de avond bleek er nog iemand met een (grote) hond in het restaurant te zitten. Omgeving vonden wij vrij teleurstellend. Bar van hotel not open om 18u en niet direct iets om te drinksen in de omgeving. Buitenkant hotel had wat onderhoud nodig. They are available for self-service. Eten in restaurant was ok, enkel de scampi's waren heel taai. Please contact us personally.
For one night, it's largely satisfactory. A good welcome, a large wide bed for 2 people. No noise the night of our presence. Clean room! A towel was missing, we reported it and the problem was resolved very quickly. Small negative points: very narrow room for 3 but for one night it is enough, hotel a little dilapidated, A tiny noise of "running water" in room 16 without consequence. An exterior, even if it was cool, which perhaps deserves a little care. Small details make big differences! Satisfied overall!

This is not the first time we have come, we really appreciate this site and the welcome, nothing is missing, it's perfect.
Very nice hotel, welcoming and friendly staff. Beautiful room and services with good value for money. The only downside is that the "private" parking lot is not really private because it is adjoining a restaurant and therefore not accessible when the restaurants are open.
I booked a room with three single beds for two adults. I confirmed the reservation with the hotel as requested because we arrived after 6:00 p.m. I was told that the room I had reserved was not available and that I would have to accept a replacement. Why offer a room choice if rooms cannot be reserved? The room was dirty and had definitely seen better days. In our experience, the hotel does not meet the standards of Logis Hotels.

Charming establishment on the water's edge, very warm welcome with very friendly and smiling staff. The evening stopover formula is generous and delicious (congratulations to the kitchen team). Small negative point is the strong smell of humidity in the room which is not pleasant, perhaps a solution should be considered.

Perfect with a downside on customer reception
We booked this hotel a week (7 days) in advance. On the day of our arrival we discovered that the restaurant was booked for a function and the bar was not available. When we made our reservation, we requested that a table be reserved in the restaurant. A simple response indicating that this was not possible would have been polite!
A quality evening stopover
Great hotel but room very hot. Little ventilation. Difficult that bedside lamps burn at the same time and not each separately. Bedside table was missing on one side. Awkward!

First of all the restaurant was closed as we arrived by plane and taxi and therefore we could not move from the hotel. It should be stipulated on the site that there is no catering on site. Then in addition to being noisy, an unpleasant smell floods the rooms and especially the corridors.

Incomplete breakfast. No milk no fruit or compote. For 12 euros it is extremely limited. Musty smell in the room and hallway. At the restaurant, dinner on the first evening, 2h30 to be served the main course. The hotel deserves a restoration. No place to park.

Great location, decent breakfast, free parking
Aggressive rude manageress who argued bookings price and we had to fight to get a twin room that we had booked because they said they didn't have twins and that we were at fault. Luckily I had printed booking paperwork and proved it but then they blamed booking so I argued back that the photo clearly shows two beds and they still blamed booking.
Then they said they don't always bother reading the notes in booking email so I had asked to reserve the restaurant but didn't respond so assumed booked. We were disappointed when we arrived asthey said restaurant was closed Sundays. So we had to drive to find food.
We then explained we didn't want breakfast because it closed too early we needed good sleep.
At midnight people came in our room because they were also given our room! The night staff had messed up. We finally got sleep but got woken up at 7 am by another staff to ask if we were in right room! Of course that's why we the key. Just about fell after again and maid knocked on door

Customers who book through bouking have the wrong rooms. I tried to change the room but at the reception was cold is directly not.
Very good stay: calm, cleanliness, welcome, location, everything was good. Downside: you can't have breakfast on Sunday morning on the terrace near the lake because the restaurant is closed that day. We did not understand, since the room can be used, why the terrace is prohibited. Too bad especially when you come for a weekend.

Quiet, well-renovated hotel
Hotel correct, however the pillows need to be changed urgently because they are yellowed and their very foams are falling apart. Preferably for firm models.
Comfort level cleanliness maintenance of the bathroom to be reviewed because during our stay, problem of evacuation of the bathtub ....
