Perfect restaurant and room On the other hand, for the reception we put a big flat very cold service. The smile was not in the choice of the menu! In addition, we felt an annoyance during the payment concerning a 15 euro discount voucher. Improvements are strongly desired with regard to customer relations!

Excellent hotel, the best since the start of the holidays. The only negative point is that there is no lift, even though there is only one floor, with my wife's 30 kg suitcases... tough!!!

Really very good: our room was very good but not equipped with air conditioning, which we did not miss given the mild temperatures, but in other circumstances, it could probably be a point of criticism, also missing a small additional chest of drawers for storage. Apart from these little things, I recommend the establishment, cleanliness, welcome, real cuisine of a quality restaurant...

Great service 👍 Motorcycle problem during the road trip, we were kindly offered tools and even called local friends to help us out! Hats off, we honestly don't see that every day. Not to mention a great establishment, room and restaurant!

When I book a hotel in the middle of nowhere advertising a bar and a restaurant, I expect these facilities to be open. Had I known that were not available, I would not have booked.

A very nice, comfortable, clean hotel. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We had eaten lunch out on our first night, so only took drinks in the bar. The local rosè wine was very good. On our second night we had dinner and very good it was too. We had breakfast on both mornings and it was also very good.

The room for 3 turned out to be a room for 2. Average friendliness. Breakfasts forgotten on the 2nd morning then served without plates or napkins in an unwelcoming space (cold, noise). Wifi not working. Neither apology nor commercial gesture. We were made to feel like this was all our fault. Staff very busy with group lunches planned for midday at the restaurant.

A pleasant room in a building with character; a cordial welcome and an excellent à la carte meal accompanied by a good, not too expensive Bordeaux, recommended by the owner. We can suggest the step...

We stopped at Logis Hotel l'Epicurial on our way across France after our ferry from Santander to Portsmouth had been cancelled due to bad weather. Unfortunately, the bad weather was also evident in south-western France, and we were greeted with heavy rain showers and cold temperatures. This may have coloured our view of the hotel a bit, but we certainly found our room to be rather barely furnished and cold. We also found that it took a great length of time for hot water to come through the taps and the shower although, when it did arrive, we found the shower to be very good. The highlight, however, was definitely the dinner in the restaurant which was delicious, and accompanied by a bottle of wine from the locality.

Excellent stay. Spacious and comfortable room. Very good dinner at the restaurant, the dishes are well presented and tasty. Perfect breakfast with a large choice of products. Very nice home.

We came as a family of 4 with two small children and the family room is perfect!

On the "hotel" part, nothing to say. The rooms are new, modern, spacious, well equipped. Perfect at this level At the restaurant level, also correct but a little below the hotel industry: the menu offered for the evening stopover is very simple, good but nothing exceptional. Breakfast also a little "light" since most products (including drinks) are served individually (and not self-service) and the waiter is not very present, difficult to claim something... A little disappointing on this point.

Lounge bar inaccessible because occupied by the owner's family. Partition of thin rooms, we expect the bathroom of the next room, unpleasant especially at night Services requested when booking on the site and by telephone not applied. Comment made to the owner, exceeded by this one answers us very badly. This is not what is expected of a Logis de France establishment of this standing.
