Service bij uitchecken behoeft behoorlijk wat verbetering, ik ben nog aardiger tegen mijn hond! Wifi is echt uit de tijd van Napoleon (om maar eens een oude Franse keizer te noemen). We leven in 2025 en een 2 wifi codes voor 2 apparaten, jullie zijn echt voor het digitale tijdperk van huis gegaan.

beautiful location, easy access with parking space in the courtyard. Modern and newly furnished structure. Bathrooms a bit small, missing handle in the shower, toilet in a narrow position. Very spacious dining room with spaced tables. Very efficient, super kind and competent waiting staff. Excellent food, surprising for quality, quantity and price: absolutely recommended!

Not our first stop here but previously it has been overnight on the way to France. Thisctime we stopped longer and Le Val Moret proved to be the ideal touring base. The service, the food and the tooms were all up to our high expectations

Good, quiet hotel with pleasant surroundings

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, there's no food on Friday nights. While I really enjoyed the food on my previous stay, I had to drive back to the city for dinner today. It's a real shame.

Hello, A very mixed welcome. A room with a lake view, or rather a hedge view, on the ground floor. The room was advertised at 87 euros for 2 people in low season (which is the case), and the room cost 120 euros. The hotel restaurant was closed, I was notified a few days beforehand. The breakfast was decent, the person in charge was charming. The person who took care of the morning routine was charming and professional.

Traditional formula & good to find it. Basic rooms, good restaurant & helpful staff.

Price/performance OK, restaurant and kitchen OK We were in the hotel 3 years ago. The new menu was enough for one night. We were looking forward to the large selection of cheeses and were disappointed that there was only a small selection. The attentive service suffered because there was a large group in the restaurant.

Disappointed by the bedding in 140 as well as by the service, the air conditioning did not work well. We were cold the two days we spent the nights there, the breakfast service was very unpleasant. No one to seat us, we were made to change tables, lack of dishes, the cheese was dry. The cold cuts did not look appealing. Not even a boiled egg in the pan or scrambled, the welcome at the deplorable breakfast level.

I enjoyed the place. I walked around Lake Nantua, which is 7.1 km. The hotel is right on the edge of the lake, which is very well laid out with "benches and paths", a very good memory of my stay at the Hotel l'embarquadere.

After several issues during our stay we spoke to the hotel management. I think the issues have been resolved. The location is perfect. If you book here because you have a dog, they are welcome in the rooms, BUT if you want your dog to be in the restaurant with you, check the hotel policy first. Gues Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit sehr gutem Restaurant. Leider entspricht der Service (nicht aufmerksam) im Restaurant nicht dem sehr guten Angebot. Gues Hotel mit einfachen aber zweckmässigen und sehr sauberen Zimmern - ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Sicheres Parking beim Hotel. See Angebot at the Restaurant. Impossible to have an evening stopover if booked with accommodation, The relatively expensive dinner for average quality €30 a lamb shank, and I had to ask for my carafe of water and my limited glass of wine served at the end of the meal. For breakfast, same punishment, very expensive for not much. I absolutely do not recommend. Regarding the room, I am averagely tall 1.86, to access the WC it is very limited, having to sit diagonally, no need to get an image!

Hotel pleasantly located on the lakeside. Comfortable and clean hotel. Passing through on business, I did not have an offer for an evening stopover, the restaurant does not offer a specific menu in the evening. Damage.

The hotel is correct, the bedding could be improved. Quality restaurant. However, at the time of payment, the price of breakfast was different from that of the Logis site (+2€) and I was refused the evening stopover formula under the pretext that I had to contact the establishment directly.

The wifi was very fiddly. It required the insertion of a long number as username, and another long number as password for each device. Each time one reopened a device one had to log in with the numbers again.

Quiet hotel & ideally located opposite Lake Nantua. The rooms are very clean but the beds and bathroom are a bit small. Friendly and attentive staff. Buffet breakfast copious and relatively varied, but lack of local products and a little less industrial for the price.

We had a lovely room with a view over the lake. The accommodation was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast. Both were very good and well organised.

Hotel located in an excellent position, modern and current entrance, the classy French cuisine restaurant with an excellent view of the lake, ideal for seeing the sunset, kind staff ... non-tourist price, ... but decent value for money. The nice and functional rooms, recently renovated bathroom ... Sore point the breakfast, poor ... and with unsympathetic staff. Cost 11 euros per person ... to be avoided !!! And Wifi is not free ... but with a maximum of 15 minutes of use ...

The hotel is correct and clean well located facing the lake. The restaurant employees, the receptionists and the ladies and gentlemen of the rooms. Only downside at the time of our departure this morning the person present at the reception whose job it is obviously not made a remark to us about presenting our Logis loyalty card and paying with holiday vouchers: it did not suit him obviously not and she makes the remark to us with a disdainful air. She told me that she had fees on the loyalty card as well as on holiday vouchers. However, payment by credit card also generates costs. When you don't have the training of a receptionist but rather the profile of a cantankerous, embittered accountant, you don't allow yourself to make disparaging and inappropriate remarks about customers. I wish this lady a quick retirement to fully enjoy the rest of her life.

Very friendly welcome, a pity that the room is not bigger, but very correct, there is a lounge area for sitting down, a pity that there is not too much outdoor lounge. The set is very nice with a view of the lake and just the road to cross for a walk

Very good hotel and excellent restaurant. Establishment ideally located opposite Lake Nantua! A real pleasure !
