a warm welcome, a very quiet, functional, clean room, a restaurant with fresh produce, a top-notch buffet breakfast.

All that's missing is a small kettle to make coffee/tea in the room as well as a small bottle of water on the bedside table.

Excellent meal, attentive welcome, perfect room, comfortable bedding, staff present and attentive. Everything is perfect. A place that I prefer when I am in the area.
