Regional cuisine with a really friendly feel
David, the Chef, following in the footsteps of Michel Carlier, the former owner, will prepare for you home-made, tasty and generous dishes served in a warm atmosphere.
Juliette and David have drawn all their love of cooking and hospitality Read more from their uncle Robert Bardot, a worthy starred chef of the famous "Flambard à Lille".
Here, the journey continues on the plate, as original as it is tasty. Colourful dishes with similar flavours, such as flamingo in Maroilles or Flemish carbonnade, but also with more distant flavours, are served around the same table in the authentic and convivial setting of the house's very pretty dining room.
In the summer, meals are enjoyed on the large terrace of our hotel facing the lush vegetation of the park. A delight!
We work in the kitchen to the maximum with our products from the garden (honey from the mill, apple juice, eggs...), products from local or regional producers, concerned about seasonal products to serve you better.
Open in the evening from Monday to Thursday, our table d'hôtes welcomes non-resident visitors to the mill, at lunchtime: for seminars and meetings; in the evening and on weekends from 8 people on reservation. Reduce

A nice and unusual atmosphere in a nicely decorated setting. All the customers meet in a beautiful room at aperitif time, and dinner is served on 3 large communal tables, conviviality guaranteed, I had a very good time and chatted throughout the meal with my table neighbor! The owner is very welcoming and familiar (maybe too much for some) and the dinner served in the evening stopover was very good. My room was in an adjacent building that was recently renovated, modern and comfortable, it just needed more blackout curtains for those like me who like to sleep in the dark. Disappointed, however, with the breakfast, which can only be taken in the room: the product offer is too limited, there must be a way to find a solution!? In any case, thank you for this lovely evening, I will come back (to try breakfast version 2 😉).
