Lovely period hotel in a great location very much in the old town area. Liked the period furniture and generous room size.

The staff were professional and friendly and fixed an error I had made when reserving the room with absolutely no problem at all. The room was clean, with a nice view, and excellent amenities. I especially appreciated the hot water kettle and selection of instant coffee and tea that was provided. The room itself appeared to be specially arranged to accommodate wheel chair users, with a raised toilet and barrier-free access to the bathroom and shower. While not a wheel-chair user myself it looked to be very well thought out. All-in-all, the combination of price, location, and service will be hard to beat for anyone looking to vacation in Strasbourg.

I had a lovely room very comfortable with all i needed for my stay. A great location and a beautiful building. The staff were all very kind welcoming and helpful. I had a wonderful meal in the restaurant in the evening and enjoyed the spa facilities in the afternoon.
