Whether it’s regional offerings such as the remarkable Burgundy snails in parsley butter flavoured with old Pontarlier, Bresse chicken from "La Bonardière" prepared as a sausage in yellow wine and morel mushrooms, or seafood such as blue lobster in Savora remoulade, the flavours are just right, and the dishes elegantly created.
