Very attentive and considerate welcome

Very warm welcome. The room could use some updating, but the bedding is very good. The restaurant is faultless.

Excellnet location many routes for cycling. Staff are exceptional so friendly and welcoming. Food is exquisite thank you chef. Thank Chassey le Camp for a wonderful holiday

Very friendly and welcoming staff. We preferred the room in the annex to the more expensive one we had earlier in the holiday in the main building as it had lift service, was larger and still had nice views. The restaurant, while OK, could be better in our opinion to justify the 'Gourmand' tag.

Establishment ideally located in a quiet area with a magnificent view from the terrace over the valley.

Hotel nestled in the countryside, quiet. Staff very attentive to the customer. Gastronomic restaurant. This is not our first stay and we will not hesitate to return.

My first stay then the second the following week were pleasant. The welcome is friendly, you are undoubtedly put at ease. Thanks to the staff.

Very nice hotel but be careful not to let it age too much. Very pleasant and very friendly staff. We chose this hotel for its relaxation and aquatic area and especially the spa, hammam and jacuzzi area. And when we arrived we were told that there was a problem and only the swimming pool was "heated" and accessible...but even the water in the latter remained very cold. And no compensation for the stay despite the absence of the services offered. Really very disappointed for our romantic weekend.

Hotel that we have been doing for years, the quality of service is deteriorating, systematically for around 2 to 3 years during our visit the jacuzzi is broken. It's a chosen place for services that we don't have. A big lack of soundproofing in the rooms.

We had chosen this hotel which was presented as an elegant hotel but between the spider web (with the beast) on the ceiling, the dust accumulated on the edges on the inside of the sliding door of the bathroom, the drips on the glass of the bottom of the bathroom door... we found that the elegance was not there. Another small problem: the sauna and hammam were not working but we were able to enjoy the swimming pool. Fortunately the friendly welcome and the quality of the restaurant somewhat attenuated our disappointment.

a little disappointed because we really came for a moment of relaxation and the jacuzzi was out of service! We would have liked to have been notified when booking. Otherwise very beautiful setting, super good restaurant. On the other hand, the room is not very well insulated from noise.

WE HAVE CAME 3 TIMES THIS YEAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. WE REALLY ENJOY THE ROOM, THE RESTAURANT AND THE POOL. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A DUVET INSTEAD OF A BLANKET AND SHEET.

With cobwebs on the stairs A curtain in the shower with a room at this price! The restaurant nothing to say The bedding was well worn on one side.

Quiet, lively hotel at the end of the summer season, very beautiful view from the terrace. Several ranges of rooms, a little warm in the attic but the bedding is very good. The food is very tasty there.

The restaurant is correct, its menu at €39 is quite up to par. The breakfast is also up to par. The room on the other hand is dilapidated, it is closer to a guesthouse than a 3*. The bedding has lived longer than it should. There is no fire detector in the rooms although an ashtray is present. The toilets have no ventilation.

Great location, great view from the room. A very authentic Burgundian experience. Wi-Fi fine in public areas, but not so good in bedrooms.

The ideal place to rest

The big plus is the swimming pools, however the exterior around the swimming pool for example or the lamps along the path deserve better maintenance

What a superb hotel in a superb location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great facilitates. Lovely food in the restaurant in the evening. We are definitely hoping to return.

Very good address both for a stopover in the countryside to relax after a long drive and for the restaurant. All the staff is friendly and relaxed, family atmosphere. The large outdoor pool is very pleasant and also the possibility to go for a walk in the forest instead of having to stay in a city. Dinner on the terrace was a culmination of the holiday. .

Fantastic stopover menu. Access to the outdoor pool makes you forget you're there for business. The meal on the terrace with a beautiful view of the valley… To be redone
