Not much place, certainly when it is fully booked or a convention is organized, Hotel must be prepared for this and inform the customer in advance how or ware to park.
Beautiful hotel, very pleasant welcome
The quality of the welcome and the availability of the staff is very pleasant. We find a family atmosphere on each of our visits. Many customers are not on their first visit, this shows the pleasure of the hotel and the restaurant. With a special mention for Shiva our favorite waiter and his unfailing humor.
Thanks to the young lady who was there on arrival our room was very good. Thanks to the two receptionists for the quality of their services. Always available and smiling!

We spent 3 nights in this charming hotel. All the staff are kind, smiling and professional, thank you all for making our stay so pleasant. Our family room was comfortable, bright and very clean. It was air-conditioned. The breakfast is very complete (bread, pastries, cereals, eggs, cheeses, cold meats, fruits, jams, honey, various hot and cold drinks ...). The restaurant is very good too. Finally, the hotel is quiet and very well located to discover the region.

We were lucky enough to be able to celebrate our wedding in the small villa surrounded by a small private garden located a stone's throw from the main hotel. What to say ? Nice hotel and well located for visiting Puy de Dome and also to the bus stop for visiting Clermont Ferrand. Very tasty food in a beautiful setting. Free parking. Friendly staff and everything very tidy. No refrigerator in the comfort room, which was completely renovated on the ground floor.

As soon as I arrived in the middle of the afternoon, when I was looking for a place to park my vehicle, a charming lady came to meet me and offered me the place she occupied near the entrance to the hotel. Subsequently, a little later in the afternoon, this same woman knocked on the door of my room to ask me if I was satisfied with the temperature of the room. I consider this to be the pinnacle of customer relations (concern for the well-being of the customer, politeness, discretion) In addition, the staff, whether at reception, at breakfast or at the stopover dinner, has always been very friendly, competent to be active. The quality of the evening meals was also excellent. In summary, I have excellent memories of my stay and I will treasure this address in my guide to my favorite hotels, an address that I will communicate without qualms to those around me.
