Good stay, shame that the restaurant is closed on weekends. We chose this hotel following a recommendation for the restaurant, we had to eat outside.

A hotel that is not worth its price and even less its 3 stars. Uncomfortable bed Hello back pain in the morning and even then only if the night was not disturbed by the noise of another room, no soundproofing..The toilet flush was broken and we could hear the water running, the worst was the heating, despite knowing that it was defective in some rooms, we did not get new rooms (hotel supposedly full while the parking lot was empty) and not even a gesture on the price.. a word of advice run away..

We chose this hotel because of the restaurant wich should be open on Sundays. When we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed!

Everything is perfect at this hotel: the welcome, the cleanliness of the place, the copious breakfast, the kindness and the availability of the staff. I really appreciated it a lot.

My preference for "logis hôtel" always guides my choice! But I think that this establishment does not live up to this logo! ... both in terms of the hotel and the restaurant!

We received a quality welcome. The room is spacious, the bathroom comfortable and in perfect condition, the whole is very clean. Breakfast and dinner quite satisfactory. Access to Wifi seemed unclear to us but we did not make a verbal request which would probably have resolved our difficulties

I can really recommend it, the reception is very friendly, the dinner is plentiful and good. I thought 9 euros for half a litre of beer was completely excessive. The pint on the meadows is a bargain. All in all, suitable for passing through

Room available only from 2:30 p.m. minimum, 2 out of 4 sockets did not work, the heating in the rooms does not work, we managed to warm up with the bathroom heating for a few minutes before it also cut off. Comfortable bedding, and welcome 24/7 appreciated.

Arrivée pendant la nuit, réservation via Booking, on sonne à la porte à plusieurs reprises et on ne nous réponds pas, j’ai du appeler l’hôtel pour signaler ma présence et enfin on a daigné nous ouvrir. Ayant réservé par booking, nous avons bénéficiez d’une réduction, ce qui ne semblait pas être au goût de l’accueillant, qui nous a fait attendre entre 15-20 minutes pour imprimer 2 papiers… Lorsqu’enfin il me donne la notex, je paye en liquide et il me doit un reste. Il met l’argent dans son tiroir, va se rassoir à son bureau et cherche de nouveau je ne sais trop quoi au lieu de me rendre mon reste, c’est là qu’il a entendu mon chien, qu’il s’est levé d’un bon assez content de nous dire qu’il y avait 5€ de frais pour celui-ci.
Bref après avoir conduit pendant des heures on a pas envie de ça…

Overall, a decent night at the Escargotière. Note some confusion and shortcomings in the breakfast service, where customers were left to their own devices, or even reprimanded; the tension among the staff and the uncertainty in the service were perhaps linked to the temporary transfer of meals to an adjoining room, due to work in the usual room...

Great hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is very good. Hotel to recommend even if a little away from the highway.

If this is a 3 person room I will eat my shoe. Not worth any money. Very noisy, you can hear everybody walk, talk and any kind of noises. Overall very disappointing. And not even a discount for the very small room. WiFi is very bad

Reservation on the internet but at no time do we tell you that it is a room under the roof with air conditioning that does not cool, bathroom dilapidated compared to the photos the hotel looked good. Dined at the restaurant, a good one, but a slightly high bill for the meal 41 euros with water, some restaurants in the region are much better and cheaper, I won't put a wouaouuu.

Noisy hotel, you can hear conversations in the other rooms above or annex, the TV worked 1X out of 2, the chairs in the restaurant need to be changed, the mulch is torn..

Everything was great in the hotel. It was cold in the restaurant. Outside temperature 35°, inside it felt like 18°. The evening meal was very good. We wanted to enjoy breakfast outside. The unpleasant person in the service did not approve of this and it was not possible for us. She was also very busy and clattering dishes loudly, even though there were very few guests. Most of them had already left. This was not pleasant.

Absolutely very friendly staff, helpful, etc. Everything is perfect except for a small refresh to be carried out in the rooms on the upper floors, which must be done soon according to the information provided. We tested this hotel restaurant in 2022 and were very satisfied with it. Last year (2023) due to lack of a reservation early enough, we had to choose another hotel very close to this one and were extremely disappointed. I totally deplore the fact that this "so-called hotel/restaurant" tested last year is as well rated as Logis Hotel L'Escargotiere, which is absolutely abnormal and incomprehensible. So don't always rely on the number of stars.

Problems with plasticized underlay which transforms the night into a real sauna. Unacceptable!

One night stay in this hotel located on the outskirts of Dijon. easy access parking. Spacious room, spacious bathroom. Sound insulation between rooms leaves something to be desired (only downside). Pleasant restaurant and decent cuisine. Decent breakfast. Smiling and willing staff.

Room 209 very cold, the radiator does not work in the room or in the bathroom. Room light does not work nor does the TV remote control. The bed creaks and there is no soundproofing. Room located facing the elevator and the stairs, you can hear the elevator going up and down and the sounds of suitcases. Intolerable. Terrible night.

No heating in the room when I arrived even though it was February. After start-up, insufficient heating. The double glazing is so dirty that you can barely see through it. Sink faucet splashing on you. No soundproofing, the neighbor's shower woke me up. Linoleum from 30 years ago in the bathroom. I will not come back.

Unfortunately the restaurant is closed at the weekend. The restaurant was an important criterion for us. Since we only stay here at the weekend when we are passing through, we now have to look for another hotel with a restaurant. The room was also very cold. The heater in the bathroom didn't work.

We stopped at Logis l'escargotiere and we enjoyed it. Well renovated room, good bedding. Impeccable bathroom. The evening meal at the restaurant was very good.

2 AR passages 10 days apart. Reception at the hotel a little cold, reception at the restaurant very very good and pleasant thus compensating with the hotel welcome. Simple but effective restaurant menu. Breakfast a bit tight compared to the price €12.50. The room is missing an electric kettle to make herbal tea (available in other hotels).

Staff professional but friendly and check in fast and efficient. Sadly restaurant not open fully on Saturday evening but a cold buffet was available. What I had was carefully prepared, presented and of good quality. Likewise breakfast was excellent. Only down side in terms of facilities was Wifi which was not working at the time of my visit.

Good geographical location near Dijon My stay was in November, the nights were cool and it was a little cold in the room when I arrived.

No-one seemed to want to put themselves out to help on arrival. Directions to a shop offered with a wave of the hand. Broken Wi-Fi nor properly addressed (it never worked) - there were workman in my room when I entered (!!) and although the meal was good, my house red wine was freezer temperature (in Dijon!!!). I was grateful for free car parking availability on site and for complimentary drink at the end of the evening. The hotel (and staff) just appeared ‘tired’. I will not be returning,

The room and the hotel were adequate, they could have been cleaner. Although the hotel was advertised as having WiFi, it was not accessible in our room at all, and even in the reception area the staff could not get any of our devices to connect. The receptionist did pormise to report the fault, but nothing changed overnight,

Too expensive, very small room, dilapidated. Not isolated... Breakfast much too expensive even though it is very basic. The parking lot is not reassuring when you arrive. Groups were drinking in the back of the parking lot.

Good accomodation with good restaurant

Ashamed ! Arrived at 8:45 p.m. and was told the restaurant was already closed. Taking a night in a hotel restaurant and despite my insistence at 8:45 p.m. seeing myself thrown out and directed to a Mac is unbearable and unacceptable to me. Shameful, especially since everywhere it says order until 10 p.m.! I was furious and impossible to cancel and change hotels at the last minute. Avoid and avoid at all costs... A strong, nauseating smell was at the entrance to the room.... What a disappointment for a hotel accommodation. I do not recommend and will not return.

Hotel well located for a stopover with ample parking. The standard rooms are very small and ours was located along a busy road, fortunately with the double glazing the noise was attenuated. Comfortable bedding but a duvet in the middle of August is not necessary, the air conditioning worked. The restaurant is ok with a menu and a small choice of dishes which were very good with good value for money. The breakfast was correct with boiled eggs, 2 kinds of cheese, a bit of cold cuts, yoghurts and pastries. WIFI problem down for a week which is penalizing for the hosts! We arrived and the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. We got moved around 3 different rooms and all of them were the same. The manager said the temperature wouldn’t go below 25c as the building is apparently old. This is just an excuse for an old and inadequate Airconditioning system. this isn’t acceptable for a hotel advertised with Airconditioning. All of this felt a huge inconvenience for the manager. We left and went elsewhere. We had an issue when we checked in as they couldn’t find the booking.com booking and had to wait for them to sort this out. Complete shambles.

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay while traveling to or from Spain or the South of France. The family room was clean and spacious enough for 5 people, with a decent bathroom with bath. Dinner was better than expected, and the kitchen is flexible for vegetarians. Car park feels safe and spacious. Not overly luxurious but a very neat overnight hotel. All in all, highly recommended!

A duvet in July is very hot ????

We chose this hotel as a stopover for our trip through France. One of the reasons for this choice was the possibility to dine on site. On our arrival we were coldly informed that we could not have dinner. When we asked where we could find something, we got the cool answer "in the center". I would like to mention that the aloofness on arrival was more than made up for by the employees who ensured the evening and morning shift (on our departure).

Disappointed to find restaurant closed. Told that we were informed by email but could find no trace of it.

No air conditioning in our room with high temperatures at the beginning of July 2023, in the attic on the 2nd floor, with the obligation to open the window of our room on the very busy and very noisy road all night. For a hotel like this one expects a little more comfort, small attic room without even a small snack to prepare, coffee, tea etc...

Very good hotel, well located. Very pleasant welcome. The rooms were comfortable, but for a 3 star hotel the housekeeping needs to be reviewed. Whether in bathrooms, or the floor of bedrooms, especially under beds. She was my surprise when I wanted to pick up an object that had fallen under the bed, and that I discovered months of unvacuumed dust. Apart from cleaning, I do not regret having reserved 3 rooms in your hotel. And thank you for the welcome.

Great experience! Delicious food and enjoyed the snails. The food was served very nicely on the plates! Kudos to the chef! The only downside was that there was a very thick (winter) duvet on the bed, while the temperature was high. No screen for the window, due to insects! Other than that we were very satisfied and would love to come back!

À l’arrivée, la réceptionniste n’était pas immédiatement sympathique avec un sourire ou quelque chose du genre. Lorsqu’on nous a demandé si nous pouvions prendre un verre sur la terrasse où un parasol était ouvert, elle a commencé à avoir l’air difficile mais nous pouvions toujours nous asseoir, bien sûr nous avons dû attendre longtemps avant que la boisson ne soit apportée et le 2ème tour nous avons dû commander à l’intérieur de nous-mêmes. Manger à l’intérieur avec notre chien était donc difficile. C’est pourquoi nous voulions manger sur la terrasse mais comme le service ne montrait rien, nous avons décidé de ne pas dîner à l’hôtel,

En arrivant avec le très petit ascenseur au 4ème étage dans la chambre, tout a été mis en place pour que vous utilisiez le moins possible, le papier toilette était des draps en vrac et seulement à moitié remplis, du robinet de petits jets d’eau provenaient d’une tête de pulvérisation ce qui rend le lavage des mains ennuyeux.
Sur la salle de bain à droite dans le coin supérieur au-dessus des toilettes, il y avait des taches d’humidité de moisissure au plafond, la climatisation qui, comme indiqué sur le site Web, ne peut pas être appelée climatisation, ce moteur d’air intérieur qui rend l’air chaud légèrement plus froid et provoque beaucoup de décibels était le perturbateur de sommeil de la nuit par excellence.
Le sol de la chambre était sale que nous pouvions voir à nos pieds quand nous sommes entrés dans le lit. Les écrans que nous avons fermés pour panne d’électricité étaient sales et sales à l’intérieur et n’ont vraiment jamais été nettoyés.
Heureusement, nous nous sommes réveillés tôt pour quitter rapidement cet hôtel pas digne de 3 étoiles et pour ne jamais revenir.

Good for one night

Hotel located in a commercial area and on the edge of a large avenue. So noisy but still well insulated with double window. The air conditioning was not yet programmed in the hotel despite an outside temperature of 30 degrees and we could not open the window of our room because of the traffic day and night. Despite our complaint, the management offered us no apologies. We chose this hotel because it had air conditioning....

Nice room, spacious, clean, just a little problem with the heating blowing next to the bed (room 401) sore throat after 2 days, nice welcome, decent breakfast, well placed 10 minutes from the center of Dijon.

We were bothered by the noise there at night linked to poor interior soundproofing (no exterior noise) perhaps also disrespectful and noisy customers after midnight!

I had to take a single room because the evening stopover is too high for the sum that is professionally allocated to me. but for a room at €70, I don't understand the price of €115 announced at reception for an additional meal and breakfast. Indeed the breakfast at 12.50€, which is already expensive for what is available, that would make a meal at 32.50€ which is very expensive and incomprehensible for an evening stopover which, normally, in all hotels in France, are preferential rates! (moreover, the price of the evening stopover on the Logis site is €110. the messages left on the site for the attention of the hotel are either not transmitted or not read, which is annoying to want to saving time and ultimately wasting it...

Good & welcoming hotel in an excellent location in S Dijon, with huge car park. I arrived on a m/cycle & was offered a space in their secure integral garage which was an unexpected bonus, with no charge. Much appreciated. The food at dinner was delicious & excellent value. The bedroom (202) was comfortable, clean & a decent size, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was an unhurried buffet of everything you needed - including diy boiled eggs. Because everything was so good, the only stand out disappointment was the coffee machine at breakfast. It just wasn’t hot enough & the flavour was poor - the only thing that I felt needed improvement to bring it up to the standard of everything else. Definitely a hotel I’d be happy to return to in future.
