Disappointing hotel Bad decor Bad reception Good food
MY EXPERIENCE OF LOGIS HOTELS HAS BEEN GOOD UNTIL THIS STAY. THE BATHROOM DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN FULLY AS IT HIT THE SIDE OF THE BED. THE BATHROOM WAS TINY, AS WERE THE BATH TOWELS. ONLY ONE BEDSIDE LIGHT WORKING AND NO CEILING LIGHT. NO COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES. I DIDN'T EXPECT THE BREAKFAST TO BE ONLY 1 PIECE OF BREAD AND 1 CROISSANT WITH 1 CUP OF COFFEE AND 1 ORANGE JUICE. FOR THE PRICE OF THE ROOM I WAS EXPECTING A BETTER STANDARD THAN THIS.

Old establishment, small room and non-existent view overlooking the foliage of the trees. No possibility of changing the entire suite. Clean bathroom but too small! The price of the room (€89) in these conditions is overpriced.

Hotel a little old but clean. The evening and morning staff were great but not the afternoon staff. Then our stay took place during the passage of the Paralympic flame so traffic and parking problems. Very well located hotel.

It is hard to say this but while the service was very good and the room comfortable and vey clean the food was disappointing.
As a 4+ star hotel we were expecting a real experience with the meal. There was nothing wrong with it but it was mediocre
The service is ready to be used, and you have to prepare a baking dish and it is also possible to cook it at the restaurant. My camera was just a little short: it was in a square and in the middle of the room, in the bathroom it was hot and cold, the tenda in the bathroom were all strapped, the temperature was turned on, the temperature in the camera was tropical, the fan was not there. At the end of the day, you can see or see what happened at the end of the day. However, this is the case, at all times, there is an annoying noise from a motor or refrigerator or from another appliance that makes it impossible to sound. Peccato perché the position is delicious!

Charming place to stay near Monet's garden, has a grand chateau on the doorstep and a beer cave!
We loved the location on the banks of the river with free car parking immediately opposite. We stayed here to be near Giverny for Monet's house, so we were very pleased to discover the Chateau de la Roche-Guyon on our doorstep, especially with its Monuments Men exhibition (Aug 2024). Wish we had more time to also go swimming in the river half an hour away. The hotel is a typical French Logis with charm and the restaurant is popular with the locals. It had all the necessities and was comfortable, with a standard breakfast. No bar per se but do take a walk and visit La Grotte a Bieres if it is open. Ask for a river view.
I have complained separately to you about my stay, as the hotel and staff were so poor I checked out after only 30mins, now seeking a full refund.
One of the 2 beds was apparently slept in without changing the sheets. Little comfort in the room. No hairdryer, but we could borrow one at the reception
Good welcome, room in the pleasant annex, traditional breakfast, refined and copious restaurant meals, efficient and fast service. Peaceful place with a beautiful view.
Rooms need some renovation but staff and surroundings make that almost unnecessary
We chose the hotel for its location. The welcome is top notch. Smiles and availability are there despite the large number of customers. The service is efficient and impeccable. We appreciated the calm, the comfort of the room, the quality continental breakfast as well as the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant.

Very warm welcome and very beautiful decor of our room
I have already stayed in this calm and quiet hotel without any worries (but in the hotel) but this is not the case with their annex which is very disappointing due to the noise you have the impression of sleeping outside and when a truck comes delivered (I assume the bakery opposite) at 4 a.m. at the end of the night because after that it's the ballet of cars (not Paris at rush hour either) that starts again and it's impossible to go back to sleep. I would return to this hotel (impeccable service and catering) but not in the annex

I would highly recommend this as a place to stay near Monet’s garden in Giverny, but I would also suggest that you request not to be in the annexe.

Beautiful location on the Seine River in a very cute town of Le Roche-Guyon. The restaurant was excellent with a very nice patio. We would recommend this hotel.
Hotel requiring major renovation. Very cold welcome by a gentleman who would be better off in another profession than being a hotelier. Very expensive rooms for minimum comfort (no soap, remote control which does not work, door which does not close from the inside, radiators from another era which require a lick of paint, cleanliness of the floor which leaves something to be desired , no hairdryer). Unremarkable and expensive restaurant. Service provided by a student, although friendly, who has no experience. Error in the stay invoice.
We left and canceled the room. We were placed in an annex 200 meters from the hotel. Annex without age, floor and door crooked, a poor pod of soap, and one bulb out of two that works! And above all no hot water or heating! Providing more than 200 hotel rooms per year. This is not up to logis hotel standards. Let me say that it worked the day before! I have big doubts!
Superb place and very warm welcome.
Friendly and efficient welcome followed by a pleasant stay with staff attentive to our needs. Plus, the restaurant where we had a very good dinner. I highly recommend. Ideal for spending a weekend of relaxation and leisure.

Nice accommodation complex (room in the annex with a view of the Castle), reception and catering. Certainly out of season, but nice atmosphere (Jazz Live playlist) for this establishment on the banks of the Seine in a magnificent village. The hotel is a little set back from the passage and it feels very good there in the evening after a dizzying day in the Paris region.

Old hotel with small rooms. Some updating has been done but more needed. Beautiful and quiet setting on the Seine. Staff was very nice and attentive. Excellent restaurant which has been updated.
The welcome and interaction were fine, the accommodation, we stayed in an annex building, was disappointing. an old building, toilet and shower in need of renovation. floors were crooked so you also lie on a crooked bed. I wouldn't book again myself, despite the beautiful location.
Perfect for hotels and restaurants, what a shame that parking with a 6m long van is so complicated
Overall the room is OK but what is disturbing is to see that there is no protection on the mattress. The sheet placed directly on the mattress is not suitable, which means that it comes undone and we end up lying directly on the mattress. In terms of hygiene there is better. Room 7.
Very warm welcome, but poor bathroom. The cleanliness of the room was limited (hair and other things on the bathroom floor) with a lot of dust on the bedside tables and the bathroom wall light.
Beautiful setting, the food is very good
Exceptional location on the banks of the Seine with a view of the river and the Castle of La Roche-Guyon. Adequate quality of the accommodation (refreshment of the rooms and some modernization adjustments are necessary). The restaurant is very good with a varied menu and friendly staff as well as fast service.
Ideally located, it is a shame that the maintenance of this hotel is a little neglected. The bedding is average, the rooms a little too noisy. It has charm but not enough, in short, the place is not everything...

No Wifi in the room. Truck engine (delivery) running for about 30 minutes on a Saturday morning right under our windows (single glazed). No water in the room. No hand soap in the bathroom (2 miniature soaps for 2 nights, totally insufficient in our opinion). Request for a photocopy of our credit card on our arrival (both sides), which is incomprehensible given the risks involved. But the service was great (very friendly and attentive staff).

Correct pity no buffet breakfast but only continental. The proportions of the meals are a bit fair and the supplement for animals of 15 euros is overpriced to finish the double bed of 1.60m wide is too narrow these are my negative points
Hotel well placed on the banks of the Seine, pleasant welcome, we had a good stay, the street to access the hotel was closed in the early afternoon but open in the evening.
The location was beautiful. The staff were very helpful even though there was a slight laguage barrier sometimes. The room was basic, but adequte for the purpose of my stay although i wasn't expecting to stay in the annex on the town square! . A little noisy sometimes. All in all we have no complaints.

Wonderful location by the banks of the Seine
A little disappointed with the correct room but the bed squeaks and the pillows without protection and of poor quality. The bathroom tart on the shower part, joint all black paint that is peeling off... In short, a bit expensive for the price...

The staff is wonderful, especially since we don’t know any French. The restaurant food and wine were delicious. The room is okay for 1 night (it’s small) but 2-star at best. Our room faced the street so we got all the noise from the late night people returning to their cars. The unfortunate issue is during the night, our rental car was scraped by another car leaving the space beside it. It’s a public lot outside the front door (not the hotel’s). No note or witness, just a headache for me with the rental agency.

Particularly heartbreaking to have had to call reception to request another room. The bed sheets had not been changed!!! The person at the reception was responsive and friendly.. Only downside… he visited at least 3 rooms.. to find a remade bed with clean sheets.
