Very warm welcome, very pleasant and professional staff. Clean and pleasant room.
2nd visit to this hotel. We like the system of rooms which are all on the ground floor, with a view of the swimming pool, with a table, a chair and an ashtray (for smokers) available on the terrace of each room.

Beautiful establishment, pleasant welcome
We pass by this location frequently when we visit Western Europe. We stayed here early September 2024 and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Stayed again 2 weeks later and the staff remembered us. Gave us the same nice room and another nice experience. We will definitely stay there again.
It’s a shame that during the renovation certain details were overlooked, particularly the paint in the toilets which is grossly cracked on the ceiling.

An excellent stopover evening
I come to this establishment quite regularly but am disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and very surprised to find clothes from a person who stayed in the room before me.
Too bad there is no air conditioning in the rooms.
For the first time the dinner at a Logis establishment was mediocre because the meat, lamb chops, was not cooked and very tough. I complained about this to the service, after which my plate was taken away and later came back with a much smaller piece of meat and a DIFFERENT knife???
Quality establishment in every way. And we forget the environment in the commercial area very quickly
A decent hotel, the room is pleasant and well equipped. A downside about the dinner included in the stopover evening, if you are normally hungry I recommend taking à la carte because the portions are very limited in the "stopover evening" package... The breakfast is very pleasant with a smiling and helpful team

Nice hotel in unusual surroundings but pretty sure the hotel was there first. We only stayed one night on our way to Germany but was a good choice. They were very accommodating of our little dog, was allowed everywhere. Evening meal was excellent and breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Just booked to go back!

Very disappointed to see the pool empty without having been warned!!!! No word of apology from the receptionist. No commercial gesture. WiFi very difficult to pick up. No electrical outlet at the head of the bed. The shower does not work. In short, too expensive for what it is.

Easy parking and friendly staff. The newly furbished rooms were very comfortable and clean with easy access to the garden. The disappointing aspect was the restaurant. The food did not meet expectations, was warm (not hot) and portions and quality did not match the price being asked. Service was abrupt and not as friendly as staff in other areas of the hotel.

No pool open
1st time I slept in this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised, well on all points, I recommend.
We came particularly for the pool and we were very surprised and disappointed that it was empty and nonfunctional upon arrival. Very sad that no one informed us of that- you had our email and phone number.
Hotel located in the center of a commercial area but very well arranged. Indeed, the hotel and the parking lot are secure and the green spaces are very well maintained. Almost making us forget to be next to the expressway. Only the rooms are a little old but functional.

Hotel well located very friendly and professional staff there are some problems with the noise level you can hear people from other rooms going to the toilet or talking the room was clean but very old brown marks around the wooden bathtub swollen by humidity I blame also the lack of socket near the bed I am fitted and to connect my device it was not easy, the place where the coffee maker is with the two little unfortunate bags of tea and coffee and sugar the cord of the kettle was too short for the trendy being a tray I had to place it on the seat in balance which is dangerous and not at all practical.
Second evening stop and still a good experience. Breakfast from 6 a.m. is really a plus for professionals. Spacious and very clean room. Replacing the bathtub with a shower would be a plus. Electrical outlets should also be added at desk level.
Quality of Restaurant was not up to Logis ´´blue´´ standard

Comfortable hotel. Well equipped room. Breakfast which could be improved (lack of diversity, coffee with milk really not good; however fresh orange juice!). Restaurant without more (reheated dishes). There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, but it was closed for repairs: the least we can do is warn the customer by message before their arrival.
Very helpful staff
We were disappointed not to be told in advance that the swimming pool was out of action and under repair. Had the weather been better this would have been a big issue for us as there were no sun loungers in the pretty garden. The meal in the evening was particularly good.
The welcome was very warm and we were given an upgrade and because of our age on the ground floor. The only downside is the location, although you won't notice this in the hotel. It is located in Center Commercial Lens 2

Large and comfortable room.Food at restaurant was very good.
A slightly odd location for the hotel but when we located it we found the hotel was an oasis of calm with lovely gardens and very good restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient and we had a very enjoyable meal with live entertainment which was very brilliant. Would definitely visit again

Very warm welcome, however be careful of the cobwebs hanging in the bathroom (room 151), and in the restaurant I was placed next to the counter so often disturbed by the passage of customers or staff....

A lovely hotel in a quirky position as it is surrounded by a commercial centre. It is an oasis of calm amidst the bustle. Our stay would have been improved had the hotel noted my requests. I booked through the Logis website & these were not passed on! So please note, the hotel suggest confirming special requests by telephone.
Everything else was fine, including good choices for breakfast and an ambient restaurant with excellent service.

Stayed for one night, on journey to Alps. Finding the hotel was okay except for "last mile", where satnav gave different instructions to signs on road. When there, the stay was very good, overall - only slight negative was very clinical service in restaurant (although the food was very good). We will probably use hotel again.

Lovely hotel, staff very welcoming, if we ever play Lens again would definitely book again. Bit of a walk to town but knew that beforehand but didn't know taxis are rare in Lens. Cozy hotel in green garden behind the hotel. Upon arrival you are shocked around large companies. But yes, the hotel was there first, then the companies came. Menu not large but very good. We like coming here from Ned. Is it near Lille.

A decent hotel but a little expensive given the setting and its location. This hotel is in a commercial area in the suburbs of Lens, next to a supermarket and other stores. Not very glamorous... For those who, like me, are on a business trip and above all looking for a good hotel for one night: The rooms are OK, the bedding comfortable, but impossible to close the shutters and no possibility of adjusting the temperature in the room. The catering, dinner and breakfast, is excellent, even for the evening stopover, as is the welcome. In short, it's pretty good, it's a shame that the "Parisian" price weighs down the overall result

The hotel has many rooms. Nice garden. When we arrived there was just a wedding. Had little trouble. We stayed for two days The first day we ate in the restaurant. The meal was very good. The second evening (Sunday) we thought we could also eat. But that was not possible. The reception had forgotten to communicate that. We ate at a Japanese wok restaurant within walking distance. Too bad there were no extra pillows for the bed. This was our 6th hotel we booked with Logis. Our vacation has ended. We really enjoyed booking at Logis.

We come quite regularly to this establishment because its geographical location allows us to be close to our centers of interest. On the other hand, the rooms require an improvement in terms of lighting in the bathroom and above all an installation of sockets near the bed because these are on the other side… This time we were disappointed because the room luxury was not prepared; only one towel for 2, a plug not working, the toilet flush not filling up, no mini fridge and a label still taped inside the sheets... For a stay at nearly 600€ we could expect better.
We have been going back several times for almost 10 years now and each time we are welcomed by Nathalie the owner and her equally friendly team at your service. I recommend it and we look forward to going back.

Although we had read the reviews it does not prepare you finding the hotel in the middle of an out of town shopping area but once in the hotel you could be anywhere in France, the staff are helpful and friendly, the food rustic fine dining. Our room was upgraded free of charge and was generally very good although the carpets are very tired. The hidden garden within the hotel complex is a gem accessed from your room with table and chairs so you can enjoy the garden, within easy access of Leshuttle we would stay again
Friendly staff, comfortable beds and great food
Location of the hotel in the Lens Commercial Centre came as a bit of a surprise but the hotel itself was very nice, especially the gardens. Originally I had booked two rooms but due to illness I had to cancel one. The cancellation did not appear to have made it onto the system but this was sorted out very readily. Our fridge was malfunctioning and this was also put right very quickly. Restaurant excellent and service charming. I'd stay again if I were to go back to Lens
