The bed is beautiful, clean and comfortable - top white bedding. The room is cluttered with furniture and on the desk, chips, granola bars etc take up space. You have to contort yourself to plug in the cell phone, unplugging the lamp.

Room crammed with oversized furniture, hard to even get into the bed. Already small window, covered half by cupboard. Breakfast on first day overpackaged, ultraprocessed, sugary food only, clearly overpriced. 2nd day breakfast ok. No instructions given on arrival how to get out in the morning before 7.30 AM.

We spent 2 nights and had 2 breakfasts. The first one at the buffet, great. The next day, big disappointment, because served at the table: no choice, no fruit, not enough bread, all for the same price. Otherwise the dinner is of very good quality.

Room with old-fashioned decor, view of a wall, unusable desk because there is no room to use the chairs. The reception is very distant, with the exception of the waitress in the restaurant.
A few more signs at the entrance to the city to get there.
a decent hotel for one night. When it's very hot it would be good to run the air conditioning all day to have a cool room when guests arrive. Too bad credit cards are not accepted.
Short stay to attend a concert at the Vigan music festival and wishing not to take the road back to Montpellier late in the evening, we chose this very well located hotel. Our choice proved to be wise given the welcome and services offered.
Very good hotel. Good welcome. Very good restaurant, sophisticated cuisine and a very beautiful presentation. Great breakfast with a large choice and quality products. Top swimming pool with a jacuzzi which is a real plus. I recommend this hotel with very good value for money

Hotel offering honest services, but almost no hot water, to take a shower around 11 p.m....
I booked at the last moment the last room that remained, a small room on the courtyard side. Although small, it looked like a big one and even had a 160 cm bed. The hotel is well kept in a landscaped setting and the terrace under the lime trees is particularly pleasant in summer. The restaurant menu is short but of high quality for good value for money. The breakfast is plentiful and varied and the staff very friendly. A very nice step.
My sister is buried at Le Vigan’s cemetery so every year I visit the village. This was my third time at the hotel and the first one of a long stay. During summertime, I need to work every day, so the hotel internet room service is a must for me, but it was never available.
We claimed several times that the internet wasn't working, but although they told us it had been fixed, we never had an internet connection in the room. I had to use my mobile data and couldn’t hold the scheduled virtual classes I had as a teacher. The hotel management is aware of this problem as they recommended us to work from the hotel entrance and didn’t seem worried at all.
It’s a pity but we’ll not be considering this hotel as an option for our next year visit.
Reserved and confirmed room unavailable when we arrived. On the edge of a very busy road, noisy because of the holiday center opposite. Tiny bathroom. Apart from the meal, not recommended!
Friendly welcome. The chef prepares healthy cuisine with a variety of flavors. The setting of the shaded terrace is very pleasant.
Comfortable hotel but reservations about the restaurant as vegetarians. No choice of dish or dessert, while the "carnivores" have the choice between several products. Too expensive: 23 € for an omelet and a floating island!
