A true inn experience, personalized and warm welcome, top-of-the-range catering.
Very satisfied with this stay.
A first-class welcome and attention to customers at all times, whether it is the hotel or the reservation. In addition, the meals are excellent and the advice allows you to make the right choices. A particular human warmth and an ability to interact with young children are to the credit of the team.
We just spend one night at this very comfortable stylish place on our way from south of France to Calais and we liked it a lot. The restaurant is apparently very popular - we saw many people dining there who did not stay at the hotel - and we had absolutely fantastic freshly baked bread for breakfast. Highly recommend.

Very positive experience. The hosts are very welcoming, the summer room very pleasant (with a great space for children in cabin/refuge mode) and the cuisine of the inn is delicious! We recommend.
Very warm welcome in this small establishment. The room is quite large (low ceiling in places, because under the roof), functional and clean. Wifi is good. The bathroom is clean and well equipped. A reading room is available to customers, with lots of information about the region. The (very good) food served in the restaurant is typically Auvergne, of good quality and in good quantity. Traditional French breakfast, but can be (very well) supplemented on request. Excellent service throughout our stay. Certainly a very good address at the foot of Sancy.
