We know this hotel well and came back this year to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We love the place and its surroundings.
Everything was lovely. My only point to make is that the choices for dinner were read to us. We would be able to understand a lot better if we could SEE the choices written down. A minor point but would help with small confusion over language barriers! Thank you.

Spent 12 days here. Reception particularly welcoming and obliging, also cleaning staff. Room and pool were fine. Breakfast needs an upgrade of food offer and staff training -they did not engage.
Excellent welcome, very nice experience with a view of the lake, comfortable bed. Only remark, not too many choices for breakfast for a big eater like me 😄

Very good, although it would be appreciated if for an improvement such as installing awnings they did not start drilling before 11 as it is a minor job and they have all day.
Nice surprise when you arrive, the hotel overlooks the lake. Very warm welcome at the reception and very good service in the restaurant, the dishes served are delicious. Very clean room, very good comfort but a little refreshing of the bathroom ceiling is to be expected.

Nos ha gustado mucho el Hotel, porque realmente para lo que hemos pagado nos parece que está en un sitio muy bueno y las habitaciones están limpias y las camas cómodas.
The hotel is very well located, clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are warm and welcoming. However, there are some regrets: meals are cooked in the microwave, and breakfast is quite limited, with frozen pastries. We expect much better.

Everything is done to ensure that your stay is pleasant in this beautiful lake setting...even in the rain. The fireplace warms up and contributes to the pleasant...and tasty...evening...

Superb location, quadruple room is large with the beds for the children on the mezzanine, and a balcony with a view of the lake. The bathroom, however, is too small. But overall very good hotel
Renovated hotel, correct bedding, perfect cleanliness, well decorated restaurant room even if we did not have lunch there, good location in front of Lake Hossegor and the oyster farmers. Just a pity that the pool area has not been renovated to be more welcoming.
Superb, we had a very good stay, everything was perfect
we had to leave unexpectedly after 1 day but we had booked for 2 days half board and we paid in advance. There was no possibility to return us a bit for our unexpected departure, even the dinner of the 2nd day is paid for by us. We left the hotel after the first night. We didn't really feel a bit of "sympathy" or "willingness to find something" from the hotel.
Great experience...quiet and soothing lake view. Pleasant swimming pool. Friendly staff. Excellent and hearty restaurant to try absolutely. In short, everything is perfect. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful location, good sized, clean rooms with balcony area, comfortable beds and pillows. Hotel was clean and tidy throughout and staff were very friendly. Pool area was rarely busy and we enjoyed the cool water on the hot days. Good drinks selection at the bar and reasonably priced. Breakfast was adequate. Very accommodating of our dog.

Nice hotel in a quiet are. This means also that for eating out you should have a car. Within walking distance is only an Oyster Restaurant.
Hotel well located but the soundproofing of the rooms on the outside leaves something to be desired. Old-fashioned room that could benefit from a fresh courtyard like the lobby and the restaurant.
Beautiful setting, friendly staff
Everything is perfect. The only tiny issue is the lack of e-bike charging. But we did not reach the battery limits of our only electric bike in 4 days (45kms, I believe) so no complaints!!
Pleasant room. I would have liked there to be a small refrigerator in order to bring back some perishable products and put water in the fridge. There would be room. Good meal .
I choose the hotel because of the lovely, bright, good sized room I had when a visited 3 weeks ago - with a modern style wet room. I assumed this time I would get the same style room, but unfortunately not. I did not like the room I was given - with less space and separate toilet and basic bathroom. I was staying for 6 days so I really wanted a room similar to what I'd previously had. Fortunately the staff understood my disappointment and did everything to change my room and I was very lucky that the same room I'd had 3 weeks ago was vacant and they kindly gave me this room again. Thank you for this service and for your understanding.
The reason I gave adequate for the catering is I paid a lot of money for a fillet steak to be cooked medium rare it arrived rare, I do not like to complain so I did not send it back to the kitchen. I ate it but did not enjoy it and I had a very bad stomach afterwards as a consequence of eating very rare meat. Overall, the quality of the food was good.
I only gave this hotel 4 stars when it could easily have reached 5 stars. It has two faults 1) It has no coffee or tea facilities in the room. 2) It has no brochure on what is in the hotel or in the room. On arrival we where shown to the room but only told that Breakfast was from certain times. Nobody explained that we had air conditioning or roller blinds on the outside window or how to work them. No details of emergency services such as local doctor etc.

We come back every year always with the same pleasure.
I benefited from an internet offer which was interesting for a 3-star hotel. The view of the lake and its proximity make it the number one asset. However, the hotel is quite poorly soundproofed and you can hear a lot of traffic and the hotel's noisy neighbors. Very basic breakfast for the price (15€ per person). Very good bedding
