Warm welcome, good service

The hotel is lovely but we had no hot water in our room. We told reception who moved us which was good but when we came down for dinner a member of staff, the hotel manager I think, was very rude telling us there was hot water and suggesting that we had made it up to get an upgrade. This was very insulting so we left the restaurant and ordered delivery pizza instead. Very disappointing as the restaurant looked lovely and we were looking forward to a nice evening after a long drive. The rest of the staff were charming.

Great place. Very comfortable and excellent restaurant. This was our second stay - perfect for the channel tunnel and it's in the countryside so very quiet. Highly recommend

Chic and calm!

Nice hotel in a convenient location, fairly close to Calais. Staff are very helpful and professional. Hotel is clean and everything is in good condition. Food is good.

Arrived after midnight due to travel delays but was given the door code and my room key was laid out for me in reception. Room 2 was spacious with a lovely view of the grounds. Proper double bed not two singles joined together. Very clean. Good bathroom with a waterfall shower over the bath. Only thing I didn’t like was the bedlinen which was a weird crinkly fabric. Would have preferred French coffee at breakfast but I know the rest of the world is obsessed with Nespresso machines.

Friendly and helpful staff, very good restaurant.

This is a perfect stop before crossing back to the UK on Le Shuttle with friendly staff. The decor is fairly basic but our room was more than adequate for our needs with a comfortable bed and the bathroom was good, though a shower cap would have been nice and I don't think there was any shampoo. The breakfast was adequate with good coffee and croissants, though the continental meat/cheese selection was fairly basic.
The only really disappointing aspect was the dinner. I had beef which was unbelievably tough and flavourless with a pepper sauce with I am sure was from a jar/packet. So all in all a comfortable and convenient stop, but food well below par.

The staff are very professional, pleasant and helpful. It says something when you see the same staff year after year - we always use this hotel on our travels through France several times a year. The accommodation is clean, well equipped, comfortable and a good size. The food is very good, too!

We loved our meal in the restaurant- a 3 course menu
( including service ) . The restaurant staff were great, prompt service and very helpful and pleasant .
We were also warmly greeted at reception.
The staff lent us a kettle ( as well as the room coffee machine ) to make morning tea for one of us which was helpful .
The location was excellent -close to the motorway,5 mins ) and also quiet . Easy morning drive to the channel tunnel.

Great location, lovely spot just off the A26 and the hotel was lovely and made our dog very welcome in all areas including the restaurant
The room was very spacious and well appointed, we all would love to stay there again in any future holiday to the French Alps

A very, very good stay, between the room which was both spacious, comfortable and pleasantly decorated and the excellent food (quality of products, inventiveness, quantity). In short, to remember, and what's more in a very beautiful region. Top! :-) The only downside is the imprecise address on the Logis de France website, while the hotel is on the right along the departmental road at the entrance to Wisques coming from St-Omer.

Spacious room, pleasant staff, very pleasant meal with choice. The only point of improvement would be to put a bottle of water in the room.

Greta hotel, within half hour drive of Calais. We love the cabin rooms, which are spacious and well appointed. The food is also excellent and good value for money. We have no reservations and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Excellent restaurant and staff

What a little gem. Fantastic friendly staff. We had left our car window open and it was raining. A very kind member of staff came to tell us and took the keys to shut windows and wiped down the seats what service. The food in the restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a night very near to Calais. In the countryside with nice greenery around - pet friendly. Rooms clean and perfectly equipped and the restaurant was fantastic. We will certainly stay again.

This was our third stay at the hotel this year following various European trips. Ideally situated for the Channel Tunnel with an excellent restaurant and the staff are superb. Highly recommended.

The establishment is located in the heart of a wooded area. Room, cleanliness, reception, staff, parking, cadde, breakfast: nothing to say. A small downside on the signage to arrive at the establishment. Establishment to recommend without reservation.

A perfect overnight stop, staff friendly and helpful, food was lovely. Room was clean and spacious. We couldn't of asked for more.

Not cheap but very nice room. Excellent evening meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was good on parts. Would have been nice to have fresh cheese rather than packaged. Also more egg options rather than just boiled. Overall I’d recommend and definitely stay again

I have stayed here several times over the last 25 years but this was my first time under the new ownership. standards have been maintained and it is still a good 'near Calais' stop in terms of accommodation, dining and location.

My wife and I spent a very agreeable stay of one night at the hotel. Everything was just right for us and we especially enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. Service was very attentive and the location of the hotel was ideal.

Our stay at the hotel was so good that we have immediately made another reservation in 10 days time. Great staff, great food and fantastic view.

A wonderful place to stay and terrific food for lunch and dinner. A bit pricey for pilgrims walking the Via Francigena, but in a wonderful location.

We received a very welcoming and friendly recetion when we arrived at the beautifully located Logis Hôtel la Sapinière near St Omer .The room was spacious and walk in shower top class. The manager and staff were all attentive, and teh evening meal was excellent value, with an excellent , well chosen wine list, and a selection of fine wines by the galls. Breakfast was excellent with some qualify local products.
All in all, a superb , comfortable stay- We shall return !

Toutefois, petit problème d'éclairage dans la chambre que nous avions (no31) : une des lumières qui ne s'éclairait que très faiblement que j'ai oublié de signaler en partant. Sinon, tout était très bien, et nous reviendrons très certainement.

Good welcome in this hotel and good service throughout the stay. Pleasant and clean rooms, good size, with good bedding. Small bathroom, but functional. Good quality catering. Good quality WiFi, allows you to work.

We love the ability to either cater for ourselves in one of the apartments or to take advantage of the excellent restaurant. Always excellent service and a very comfortable and spacious room with a modern bathroom and a functional kitchenette. The hotel has marked the last night of many holidays in France before catching the Shuttle across the channel and the meals in the restaurant are always a special end to a holiday.

An excellent hotel in every way, food, accomodation, welcome and services.

The room was spotlessly clean, the manager and staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Although on arrival, there was nobody at reception, a quick phone call brought somebody to the front desk within a minute.

Excellent experience in all areas

Room 8 was a little small and there were no coffee making facilities, which there are in other rooms. Everything worked well.
Car park will be much improved once work is finished.

We booked late and had a bigger room than we needed. Consequently it was a bit pricey.

Lovely situation and good standard. Choice of menu very poor as no vegetarian options and very limited fish choice. Good well priced wine. Breakfast very good. Nice bar. It was our final hotel on a 2 week road trip from the UK . Folkestone.Tours.Bordeaux.San Sabastian.. Bilbao.La Rochelle.Tours.St Omer.
I had booked accessible rooms at each hotel.
This one was the joint top.
Room 24 was one of the wheelchair accessible rooms. I had 2 get in round the back door as it was easier to get in.
The room was a good size with a kitchenette ,sofa and dining table.
The bed was a good height and comfortable.
It has a separate toilet which was large had grab rails . It looked like the toilet was higher than normal.
The separate shower was big and modern.
I had my first shower in five days as my last 3 hotels I could not use for various reasons.
The sink was great and I could get my wheelchair underneath.
Getting around the room in my wheelchair was easy.
We went for an evening meal in the Hotel restaurant.
Access was super easy. The views from the dining room was stunning. The service from the staff was efficient, friendly and polite.
We both went for the 3 course menu at 29 euros each.
Wow, the food was amazing. We had a fabulous starter of fresh tomatoes , delicious.
I went for the Chicken soy kebab for my main.
It was just perfect.
I had the local cheese for my desert.
I think the meal was great value and amazing standard.
This was my stay at this wonderful hotel.

Comfortable well-run hotel. Pleasant environment.

Hotel with a nice setting, large and pretty room. The only complaint is the postage stamp format TV. I would of course come back without hesitation.

It was lovely.our second visit and it was as good as our first

Lovely hotel and resutaurant, with great service from the staff. Room 1 is above the kitchen and is very noisy - the extractor fan is loud until the kitchen closes, and the staff are noisy while clearing up afterwards - don't hope for an early night! Although the bar is very nice and the staff are very good, the atmosphere was spoiled by the presence of four very smelly dogs. Their stench was repulsive - it smelt like a barnyard, not a quality hotel.

An exceptionally good hotel with much attention to detail in a beautiful setting. Very close to the motorway and convenient.
The food was excellent and the breakfast was unusually good - the croissants were fresh and much better than at the majority of Logis hotels.
IThe owner is charming and helpful and the staff in the dining room were top class.

Lovely setting with super views. We were delighted with the room and the gardens. We were allowed into our room 4 hours early, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately the evening meal was disappointing. Meagre portions of meat which were tough. There were adequate potatoes but other than that hardly any vegetables - a slice of carrot, a tiny sliver of pepper, one mushroom. We told the waiter about the meat being tough but he just said he would tell the chef. The breakfasts were very good though. We would definitely stay at the hotel as it's delightful and very convenient for the tunnel and St Omer, which is a lovely town, is nearby. We wouldn't eat an evening meal in the restaurant though.

Our stay in the cabins was wonderful, on our repeat visit we had rooms in the main building, not quite so good. There was no anti-slip mat in the bath.

A really nice hotel. The only problem we has was a party going on nearby with loud music until 2.30am. That was not the fault of the hotel
