I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of hot water supply during my recent stay at Logis Hotel Etchemaite. As the winter season can be quite harsh, the absence of hot water made my experience uncomfortable.
I understand that issues can arise, and I appreciate the efforts of your staff in helping me find alternative arrangements for a hot shower. Their assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated during this time.
However, I believe it is important for the hotel to ensure a reliable hot water supply for all guests, especially in winter. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to prevent future inconveniences.

Excellent stay. Welcome, location and what about the restaurant. The whole team is very welcoming, pleasant and smiling with all the professional qualities. We enjoyed ourselves in every way. Thanks to the judicious advice given the season we were able to discover unusual places in complete safety. A cocooning, sporty and gastronomic stay! A perfect formula, we can't wait to come back in 2025 to hike given the many possibilities of this wonderful Soule of all beauty and still a little secret. THANK YOU
