A welcoming house in a quiet place, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The owners of the place are very pleasant, Monsieur will serve you Madame's succulent cuisine. Perfect.
A comfortable charming hotel for a perfect stay in the beautiful surroundings of Aurillac. Very friendly and helpful French staff with personal attention. Delicious and healthy continental breakfast choices and we really enjoyed our tasty dinners with a nice combination of tasty Thai food with a French twist. All in all, we look back on a few very relaxing days and a hotel to visit again!
Perfect Evening Stopover
This is the second time we have come to this hotel and certainly not the last. Very friendly establishment, quiet. Excellent stay. The Thai and Auvergne cuisine, a mixture of flavors is a treat.

Family hotel, we feel at home from the moment we arrive. Perfect room. Very good meal. Correct price. We are in a quiet area. It was great.
The place is ok. The manager is extremely unpleasant and rude, makes inappropriate comments. Restaurant to avoid as well.

Our room located directly above the restaurant's deliveries caused us to wake up twice at 6:45 a.m. with the delivery truck running for 15 minutes with a built-in fridge and no air conditioning in the room, especially the first night when we didn't sleep. with the heat leaving the windows open and a little angry I did not validate my Etik card amounting to 587 euros

We are a group of cyclists from Gironde who have come to discover Cantal. We were welcomed very warmly by the hotelier, whose attentiveness and availability greatly contributed to our comfort. The hotelier took care to provide us with everything we needed for our cycling equipment, which was particularly appreciated. The hotel's cuisine is a real asset. We particularly appreciated the clever mix of Thai cuisine and Auvergne cuisine offered. In summary, we had an excellent stay. We recommend this hotel and we will return with pleasure.

Very friendly welcome for our group of golfers.
In an authentic, green and very calm setting, you can organize yourself around numerous activities: golf, hiking, water sports, discovering the region, etc. The welcome is very friendly. The kitchen offers very well cooked and fresh Thai specialties. A delight. The traditional breakfast also offers local products (country ham, cheese). Very nice break for a successful stay.

Hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in calm and golden silence. Very relaxing. Perfect for recharging the batteries! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is extensive, with a wide choice of teas, the traditional coffee of course, and as a bonus, excellent local cheese (Cantal, Bleu du Cantal). The evening meal is homemade by the owner, predominantly Thai, and with no less than 4 dishes to choose from, all very good (I tried 2 over 2 nights). The welcome is perfect, and the boss is very friendly too. An establishment that I recommend and to which I will return during my next business trips.

Old-fashioned room, the premises are not maintained, smell of humidity throughout the establishment, peeling paint in the room. On the other hand, a warm welcome, the cuisine is exceptional and the environment is very calm

We are truly sorry that your stay was not completely to your satisfaction.
Regarding your return, I apologize for the very slight smell of humidity but our water heater failed during your stay (room adjacent to your room) and of course it was changed subsequently. As for the decoration, I invite you to come back in the spring to discover the makeover that is underway to give a new lease of life to this charming establishment.

The welcome was very warm and accommodating. We arrived by bike and were able to store them safely. Breakfast was very varied and sufficient (with lots of fresh products, squeezed orange juice, fruit, etc.). The staff was always friendly and we were able to enjoy our aperitif on the terrace in the evening. It's a very quiet area and we slept very well. Only the furnishings (we were in the building next door) are a bit old. But everything was very clean and tidy.

On the hotel website open at 3 p.m., we arrived at 3:30 p.m., the staff arrived at 4 p.m., without warning us. We had to wait 1/2 hour. On arrival the receptionist no apologies.

Very good stay in this hotel, the meal was delicious and plentiful and the breakfast very well supplied with many fresh products (squeezed orange juice, fruit, etc.). The room very clean and well equipped. The reception of the very pleasant bosses and the terrace as well as the Wifi are perfect for working with a nice view. I recommend and I will return.

From many years of sales and customer relation I have learned one important thing (from many others) : never act in bad faith. When you are wrong, you are wrong, you do not try to report the faulty on your customer.
I arrived at 8 pm. Asked for dinner. « No problem sir, your table is booked, come whenever you want ». Took a shower and have a moment to check my email. Returned to lobby at 9.10 pm. « Sorry sir the kitchen are closed, I told you to arrived before 8.30 pm ». « Really ? You never specified that point !! ». They finally accepted to serve a rest of a reheated dish after I insisted (40 minutes of car to go and return from the first city near to this hotel…). Good news is the owner’s wife is a very good cooker and especially a nice person like all I met so many in Thailand. So the experience was not horrible as it should have been otherwise.
But prices are a little exaggerated, 27€ for only a play starter and a dish. Hey, we are in Cantal or what ?
Additionally, the swimming pool was in renovation and this detail was never mentioned when I booked the room.
Will not try again this place.
