We loved your hotel and the staff were very pleasant and efficient. Particularly liked that we could have some soup at lunch time in our room and it was extremely tasty.
Only quibble is that a shower over the bath doesn’t really work for us - next time we’ll
Ask for a proper shower.

Its proximity to the city of Carcassonne is its main asset. The room is relatively cramped but we slept well. The pool area is nice and allows you to relax at the end of the afternoon! However, we arrived early in the morning, the receptionist told us that the room would only be ready at 3 p.m. and when we returned we had to wait until 3:30 p.m.

Quality hotel, quality staff.

Excellent hotel- 5 minutes walk from Carcossonne fortress. 15 mins from the main square in the old town.

On the day of arrival, the hotel wrote to me to inform me that there were works underway so it was closed and indicated an alternative hotel. A closed hotel should not accept reservations or inform at the time of booking that the accommodation will be elsewhere.

Very disappointed, room without window to the outside (inner courtyard with bamboo). Defective VMC in the bathroom, defective door bell: door difficult to operate. Household, bathroom trash not emptied. Just polite welcome. Breakfast: catastrophic. Very expensive, no buffet, tempting tea offer... in reality very little choice. Moldy yogurt, cold chain break. Long wait due to lack of staff. No mobile reception (underground it doesn't work).

But for one important item, my stay would have been rated 4-5 stars. Hotel is modern and accommodating. Staff quite welcoming. Bed comfortable and air conditioning was quiet and efficient. But, and it's a big but, we had a spotlight in our room so it was impossible to have a good night's sleep. There was an hotel light outside our window (inside the hotel next to a window, that was on all night. The curtains were attractive but completely ineffective at blocking light.
Again, without this problem, very nice hotel. But hotels are fundamentally for sleeping in and when sleeping is difficult to impossible, the rating must correspond.

Expensive breakfast for the service

Arrived early at the hotel, be warned there is no parking so it is on street, if you can find a space! We were told our room would be ready at three, when we returned at 3 pm, we were told it still was not ready and asked to wait in the bar area, no drinks were offered for this delay, I have to ask why not? Eventually accessed our room which was bright, cleanand well appointed. Breakfast was not a buffet service, we waited and waited for coffee whilst the receptionist checked people out, maybe consider employing someone to do breakfast only service? Breakfast room tables are quite small, even for two people. The accomodation is first class though and reasonably good value for money.

Hotel very well located at the foot of the ramparts. Pleasant welcome but above all a very comfortable bed in a small, very quiet and nicely decorated room. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. Very good value for money for this atypical hotel.

Clean but very small room!! At breakfast the young girl was alone to do everything... The swimming pool... The reception of the people... And the breakfast service 😱 She only has 2 arms like everyone else!!! They should be at least 2 people to work at breakfast time...

Easily accessible hotel with private paid parking

Very decent hotel close to the Cité but difficult to access, very useful hotel parking (a bit expensive 12€), impeccable renovated rooms, breakfast served on a very small table "for two"!!! quality products but all brought at the same time: a buffet where everyone can choose their food will be more appropriate (especially for the slightly high price of €15) very good advice from partner restaurants, professional staff. Overall okay.

Great hotel, ideal location for visiting Carcassonne and the city, very good value for money, very welcoming staff. I recommend.

Comfortable and very well located hotel (a stone's throw from the city of Carcassonne). Very helpful and available staff. Only one downside, but independent of the quality of the accommodation and the welcome. It's a noisy place: you can hear the noises well (especially at night when everything is calm) and the return to the hotel of tourists, sated and drunk, is sometimes done in a tohubohu which you can enjoy live. As there is no longer anyone at the reception from midnight, well, there is no one to calm them down.

Magnificent discovery during a business trip more upgrade Staff very welcoming, professional and attentive to customers I read the course past of the owners and I recognized myself a little as a business manager their careers strewn with pitfalls but in the end what great results on the 4 establishments. We will return with my wife to spend a stay in Carcassonne and then test the hotel in Aigues Mortes. Indeed it comes out of the classic hotels without austere souls noisy dirty impersonal that we find on the territory. I do not practice testimonials in principle and if something does not suit me I share it with the reception and is not misinterpreted as if social networks.
