Very well located in the city center, independent hotel, very good value for money
The hotel was comfortable and very quiet for a city centre location. Set back from the main road in a courtyard setting. Excellent outside spaces too. The staff were friendly efficient and welcoming. The room decor was a little dated and showing it's age a bit, but was still in good condition and working order. The bedding was great and room service efficient. For our likes the mattress was a little too firm. We stayed in a small double.

Nice room with a rooftop view, and reasonably comfortable bed. No restaurant but good recommendations for restaurants a short walk away.

City center hotel, quiet except for some rooms on the street side.
Convenient central location and very helpful staff. Pre-booked car parking for 9 euros was very worthwhile. Breakfast was good but we would have liked more choice of fruit - only some melon slices and apples. We asked to change the room we were initially allocated as it was on the ground floor looking on to the car parking area by reception. We were immediately offered, and with no fuss, another room on a higher floor at the same price or a top floor room with a small balcony for another 10 euros, which we took. This was a nice room, though you had to duck a bit to get onto the little balcony. Close to good restaurants and shops. Would be happy to stay again.
We had a pleasant stay, however, we were disturbed by people talking in the courtyard, including one on the phone without putting on headphones, we were forced to call reception around midnight to stop it, it is good to put a bench and an ashtray so that people smoke outside, it may be useful to put a message for the attention of residents that people want to sleep just above, especially since the room is not equipped with air conditioning requiring opening the windows. Otherwise, our stay was perfect with a very nice establishment very well located. Mr. and Mrs. MARIE
Perfect location, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, and you can do your laundry for a small price. What else can you ask for!

Charming hotel in the center of Poitiers. The welcome and friendliness of the staff is beyond reproach. Passing through on a business trip, a little cocoon in the middle of the city.
There is no air conditioning for the hot weather, given the price of a night of €107 for a medium-sized city like Poitiers

Beautiful room overlooking the garden. Very good buffet breakfast with savory and sweet options. The pastries were a little disappointing as they lacked butter and crispness.

A very nice hotel. I had a single room that was very charming and well-equipped - in a beautiful old building with a view of the garden - perfect. And everything was very clean! Highly recommended!
Quadruple room perfect for a family. The bedding was large and comfortable enough for our 2 children, which is not always the case and should therefore be emphasized. The bathroom with bathtub was perfect. The room is clean and quiet, with enough storage and a kettle which is great. Small downside, there was rooibos and black breakfast tea available, the classic green tea with mint was missing to make everything perfect (it's a micro detail but easy to improve). We will return to this hotel if we return to Poitiers.

A garden, a patio, a hotel organized around several buildings. Small room but well arranged, the tip of the cupboard door which can be made into a double door to create an airlock. As a little extra, pastries that were not eaten at breakfast are offered at reception when you leave!

Great Location, but bed far too firm for our liking.
The common rooms of the hotel are beautiful but I was disappointed with the size of the room in relation to the price and the 3 stars. Absence of a real bathroom (sink next to the bed) and a desk for working.
