Not a very exceptional hotel, a bit old. The bed is still comfortable, but the welcome was not exceptional

Room with very comfortable bedding! The shower lacks modernity but everything is very clean, that's the main thing. The breakfast products are varied and of quality. The bread and pastries are excellent. Good value for money.

The hotel is very good, in the juice of its years! Maintained, clean, well located in relation to the shops (supermarket, pharmacy, fast food, bakery ...), to the city center and to the lake and well laid out overall with a plus, the functional and spacious balcony (chairs and table) and also an unsecured parking lot but quite large and directly overlooking the hotel. The staff very pleasant, helpful, smiling and caring. The private "well-being" area, to be reserved, very pleasant at a reasonable price given the service (jacuzzi, hammam and sauna) clean and available: towels, bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast is plentiful and the room pleasant with its large bay windows. We did not take the catering but the dishes and menus seemed good to us and at a fair price (same room as the breakfast service). 2 small negative points, it was a little cool in the room and therefore a little humid, given the current weather at the end of September. And the nightly rate seemed a little above what it was worth. Indeed, given the number of hotels we frequent, it deserved a few euros less! We will return there on occasion, when we return to the area, that's for sure!

Nice staff, good value for money and lots of space. Good location for excursions. Breakfast is also good.

The hotel is well located. The bedding is ok. The reception is minimalist, and they are not very accommodating. No possibility to drink a coffee in the morning if you do not pay the breakfast of 12 €. The staff (except the restaurant) is rather unpleasant. The price remains high for this type of hotel.

we stayed at this hotel last year and were very satisfied with the welcome, the staff, the bedding (which has been further improved), the breakfast and the choice and local products, easy parking, decent wifi, … There will be improvements to the bathrooms which will increase comfort for sure. good luck ladies.

It is a family-run establishment, the reception was very friendly, the service in the restaurant was a little difficult due to language difficulties, but this was compensated for by the friendliness of the staff, we enjoyed the regional dishes, the rooms were clean and comfortably furnished, the beds had good mattresses. The whole facility is a little outdated, but that was not a disadvantage for us! The bathroom and toilet were a little cramped, but clean and functional. The WiFi worked very well. The location in a mixed commercial and residential area on a main road ensures that the hotel is easy to reach. There are private parking spaces right outside the door.

Breakfast was good..staff friendly..rooms were very old..no closet..mattress was good. Cleanliness was okay.

Description on the merchant site corresponds to the room rented. Restaurant on site (we didn't eat there but we returned around 10:30 p.m. it was full which gives good information about its reputation). Very good salty and sweet breakfast.

As part of business trips, the welcome is good and the partner restaurant is very correct. For a 2☆, the rooms are OK. The comfortable interior, but basic comfort for the rest and the bathroom. Good point for the WC separated from the bathroom.

Horrible reception, already the entrance corridor is sinister, no one at the counter and when someone finally arrives, you really have the impression of having disturbed them. What does this person do in the hotel industry, especially why is he in charge of reception...

I don't find it normal that we have to have lunch at 9 a.m. then 12 € for breakfast because we are offered too expensive and the reception and not open for long knowing that we have to return the cards before 10 a.m. and that the reception and not open go get the cleaning lady to make them not great and the parking lot small. breakfast that stops at 9:00 on a Sunday morning! and at 10:30 a.m. they call you rudely telling you that you have to leave! I have never experienced this and yet I have made hotels out of them! otherwise the room is fine, large, clean... missing the air conditioning perhaps? really a shame that the staff is not courteous.

Passing through Gerardmer, we only spent one night in this hotel. The person who received us at the reception was very friendly, very attentive and available... Pleasant triple room and quiet hotel. decent bedding. We couldn't test the breakfasts because we were leaving at 7:00 the next day. The hotel restaurant also looked nice...definitely recommend.

Home and cleanliness nothing to complain about. The restaurant was also very good, even if things were missing on the menu. On the other hand, disappointed by the excessively noisy behavior of a few people who stayed on the restaurant terrace until after 11 p.m. Despite the heat we could not open the window because of the noise. This is not acceptable within the confines of a hotel.

A friendly and authentic night with the family.

If you like retro. This hotel is ideal for you. Everything works fine but there are fixtures from the 80s. The room was clean. The reception was very good. WiFi is working properly. There is the smell at the entrance of the hotel but it is part of retro. One downside was the smoking point location which was below our room so we smelled the tobacco especially in the evening.

No storage cabinet, floor heating impossible to adjust the temperature. Basic cleaning under the beds and cleaning of the room not done for the 3 nights, except for the bed being redone and the trash can emptied. Good breakfast but could be more varied. Hotel restaurant at the top.

Not very friendly, 2 sachets of coffee for 2 people for 2 nights NOT sufficient, 1 big towels and 2 small ones for the first night, had to ask for another and receptionist did not believe me! Cleaners left bedroom widow open all day only to return late after a day out and the room was freezing as only 2 degrees out side!
