Charming and very well equipped hotel (sauna and swimming pool) with a quality restaurant and a very nice breakfast. The village, the calm and the view from the rooms really delighted us. The family welcome and the quality staff (maid, restaurant, reception etc.) completed our stay.
A very nice discovery. Smiling, welcoming and attentive staff. The swimming pool is a plus to relax after a few hours of driving. The only downside is the soundproofing of our room when some foreign travelers forget themselves but this is the case in many hotels.
Nice hotel. Good service. Price of room and breakfast a bit high. Only one vegetarian meal. Restaurant and drinks a bit expensive.

small family hotel with charm; small but functional standard room (1.40 m double bed!); excellent breakfast. provision of a small indoor swimming pool and easy parking; a little disappointed by the evening meal (half board): service too fast and not very "personalized": for example, they do not offer if you want a little extra soup, no appetizers, ....

Over het algemeen een goed hotel. Goede ontvangst. Mooie ligging. Mooie omgeving. Spreken jammer genoeg (bijna) geen andere taal dan Frans. Dat is dus even lastig. Heeft wel een binnenbad, maar geen buitenbad jammer genoeg. Als doorgang naar je volgende bestemming prima. Ik zou er niet meer enkele nachten verblijven. Het plaatsje zelf is wel wat saai. Vegetarisch eten moet je zoeken. In heel Frankrijk is dat het geval.
VERY GOOD STAY AT THE HOTEL DES 3 ROSES
We stayed at the Aux Trois Roses hotel as part of our second stage of the GR53. The route is on the GR53 circuit so no detours to make. We stayed the night of August 16 to 17 and the hotel reception had kindly informed us of the Jazz Festival, which allowed us to discover a superb festival. The restaurant also adapted so that we could eat before the concerts. Also, to our great and pleasant surprise, we were able to enjoy the sauna and the swimming pool when we arrived at the end of the afternoon, ideal for post-hike aches and pains! I plan to stay there again during a short weekend in La Petite-Pierre
Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Welcoming staff, attentive to their customers. The pluses: a beautiful terrace for having meals and breakfast as well as a pleasant, clean and functional pool area.
Ouderwetse accommodatie zonder airco. Kamer was proper met een terras en een mooi uitzicht. Beddengoed was synthetisch dat bij warm weer aanleiding geeft tot transpiratie.

The ambience has a certain flair of nostalgia, very pleasant. The staff are very courteous and can speak French, German or English.

We are delighted with our stay, we were very well received, the staff is attentive, smiling and available. The room with a view of the valley is very quiet, spacious and welcoming. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, the sauna and the moment of relaxation in the sun on the terrace which enjoys the same view of the valley.

Average: beautiful tea lounge area, professional welcome. Pleasant swimming pool area, but not heated enough. The room is the negative point, quite old-fashioned, you can hear the neighbors in the rooms, the noise of doors... No more hot water from 7 p.m. Average for a 3 star!
Hello, the negative points for me are, no thermostat in the room and heating set too hot, so the nights are not pleasant. Double bed but with two single duvets, I didn't understand the principle. Pool good, but for the sauna you have to ask reception to turn it on. The positive points for me, the price which I think is rather correct, the quality of the catering and the quality of the breakfast which is quite varied.

Well located, the staff is friendly and professional, the room is good even if I would add a bar area with kettle and tea/coffee but comfortable and well soundproofed. Beautiful view of the village and the forest! Parking accessible without difficulty.
Since our last visit, which was several years ago and which we found very pleasant, the rooms have been completely reduced in size. We had the feeling that the previous rooms were divided and made into 2 rooms. The result was that if you were over 1.80 m tall, you had to let your feet hang out of the bottom of the bed. The bathroom is now tiny and there is no longer any storage space for your own toiletries. There was a young lady at the reception who supposedly could understand and speak English. That wasn't the case and we had some problems getting there. When we left there was a lady there with whom we could communicate very well (a little French and a little German).
Our bicycles could be safely stored.
The rather inconspicuous impression from the outside is far exceeded inside. The terrace in particular has a beautiful view of the valley!
Friendly staff and good food. We booked a normal room but ours was wonderful, on the top floor with two beds, lots of old wooden panelling, a table with chairs under a window overlooking the heavily wooded valley across to the château. We had a balcony. They have an indoor pool and sauna. We were on a cycling holiday but next time I’d stay longer than one night!

Very nice room with terrace overlooking the valley and the castle, very good value for money, panoramic terrace where we ate in the evening, a little extra appreciated by its strong heat, presence of a very pleasant swimming pool, very good breakfast. Great place to stay even if you are in rush - no problem with late arrival and coordination in English. Nice experience in a traditional Alsace hotel, which building architecture originates centuries back. One must appreciate the sensitive reconstructions and upkeep considering its running as hotel for its life time. Everything perfect, except I could not get hold of hot water in shower, well I considered an eco/health approach ;). I really enjoyed my quick stay with a touch of history and local culture during this rush business trip.
Very nice staff, nice hotel with nice terrace. Room was clean, albeit a bit dated. Food was disappointing for a Logis de France. Breakfast was not well supplemented but good and fresh. Noise from guests in the evening and night, but there is not much the hotel can do about that. Diverse groups when I was there (June 23).

Exceptional staff member on reception who went out of her way to help us find transport to our next destination when injured on a walking holiday. Very nice home. The hotel is very clean and very neat. Although the decor is not necessarily very young, we loved the care and cleanliness of the place. It says a lot about the constant maintenance that is carried out and it is a guarantee of good quality:) The restaurant is also great: fast, plentiful, good advice. Little more with the swimming pool and the sauna which are also well maintained. It was really a great weekend.

No unpleasant surprises
We Had room 119 and there was a hard noise of an ventilation unit under our room. We slept with closed window and still there was a lot of noise.
The Hotel was nice to be but room 119 is in my opinion not for sleeping.
