Very quiet location. The room is large and well equipped. The quality of the dinner was in line with our expectations. The staff is very dedicated, it lacks a common thread and a soul. On the other hand, at 9:30 on Sunday morning, the breakfast was ransacked, no more natural orange juice, no more bread, no pastries. The coffee was only in name. The young woman was doing her best. A little more staff would be welcome. The checkout was laborious, services were charged but that we had never requested. The word doubted ... probably due to lack of experience.

A wonderful discovery. A superb location in the middle of nature, spacious room, excellent food and very professional staff. A stopover evening that was more than up to par and makes me want to come back and enjoy this establishment privately.

Hello, For professional reasons, I had to pick up my breakfast the night before, because I had to leave at 6:15 the next morning. My tray consisted of a cookie, a slice of cake, a bowl of cereal, an apple and a clementine. If I don't beg for a drink, I don't get one...

The setting is beautiful and the place is lovely. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend this, and the amazing gastronomy dining experience. A 9-course gastronomic New Year's Eve with quality food and wine pairings, a flawless way to end the year. Many thanks to the Chef and the entire team who provided courteous and efficient service. We appreciated the formula that allowed us to sleep in this 4* hotel and leave only the next day, after the buffet breakfast. We will gladly do it again next year, but not this year 2025, which started very well for us.

I know the Baulieu area very well as I go there regularly. A team very concerned about the well-being of its customers. I stayed in room no. 7 and have reservations about the soundproofing. A snoring neighbor +++ literally ruined my first night. From now on I will ask not to be in the rooms on this level. Thank you to the whole team

everything was perfect and we had the ambition to enjoy ourselves, which was the case! It may be necessary to review the heating system in winter, which works very well, of course, but which requires constant service which generates some noise pollution.

Everything was very good except that we had no heating in our room...; we were very cold but the 2nd night the staff installed an additional heater for us! I did not note it in the notes because this kind of inconvenience can happen!!

The room was beautiful and spacious, offering all the necessary comfort. The heated pool is a real plus, and the restaurant offers delicious cuisine. The staff is very pleasant and always attentive. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay.

It was an incredible discovery, my wife and I took a stay with a relaxation area, sauna and jacuzzi. All the services were up to our expectations, very welcoming and very smiling staff, always attentive to our needs, impeccable clean room. The swimming pool is a delight, perfect for relaxing, not to mention the decor which is a real haven of peace. The restaurant is a delight for the taste buds, everything was perfect, very good, well done to the chef for these achievements. We first visited the hotel eight years ago and were delighted to be able to return again. Although the complex has developed it has not lost its appeal. The location is excellent and provides a wonderful rural setting. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to provide vegetarian options on the menu. Looking forward to returning before 2032!

Wouldn't take the Valentines package again: rose petals shredded into a million pieces on the bed. Spent 10mins on my hands & knees cleaning up the mess. Whole rose petals are better! The 'gift' of a sample size shampoo, lotion & soap are expected as toiletries in a 4star hotel, not as a 'valentines gift'. No shower cap, cotton buds or phone in the room. Big problem with wifi & tv. Very disappointing for a 4star establishment. Restaurant: food was outstanding! Service was terrible! After one hour of waiting after arrival, I had to ask the waitress if she forgot about us as later arrivals got served before us. No apologies. Young staff need more training on not being rude to paying guests. We had to ask for everything: knives/forks, bread, more wine.

The menus in the Restaurant have too much milk and not much choice. No salads and no grilled meat. For older people we must consider that they have an intolerance against milk (not fermented). If you use crème fraîche or yogurt - it's less difficult.

Superb hotel, finally a real 4*. Two or three small details like the condition of the parking lot or the chicken wire on the wooden paths to prevent slipping. it's a shame. I appreciated the calm of the hotel, its setting, the decoration of the rooms and the bottles of water from the estate served in glass bottles in glass glasses, the softness of the water in the shower is rare in our days in hotels and finally the impeccable cleanliness of the room, something equally rare these days.

Environment (calm and friendly donkeys) and pleasant welcome. A little lick of paint on the ceilings and quality/size of the bath towels to review.

Excellent meal; the mix of flavors is very balanced. The service is very pleasant and efficient. A small disappointment with the somewhat expensive wine pairing for the wines presented. The choice at breakfast is very complete and very good. The only disappointment on the coffee side; no espresso machine; only filter coffee in a Thermos is offered; to review.

A last minute reservation. We had the pleasure of being upgraded and being able to benefit from 2 massages! The service, the staff, the welcome, the restaurant, the wellness center, everything is designed to make you feel good, even very good! A little extra to accommodate my gluten allergy. Menu at 55€ perfect snails, good trout and the blackberry dessert won't carry you away. Well-stocked wine list but no sommelier who can provide informed advice

We cannot express an opinion as to the quality/price ratio, this stay having been offered to us. The setting (the hills of Gascony at the gates of AUCH) is superb. A mix of old and modern real estate of good quality, the very professional restaurant service and the finesse of the meal added to the (exceptional) care of the hotel's relaxation complex make this place a remarkable address.

A courtesy tray with the possibility of having herbal tea, tea or coffee would be welcome. Gravel from the slippery parking lot. At the restaurant, the menu is very short.

Very small rooms, basic equipment, very poor sound insulation (you can hear the neighbors' TV very well and people moving in the room above), non-existent wi-fi, mini-bar not refreshing, little storage space ...the only positive point is the bedding.

room with only one shelf for wardrobe, the obligation to repack our suitcases to leave the room to a technician who comes to carry out non-urgent work, inappropriate response from the reception staff who imposes and gives orders to customers, a wedding gala dinner announced at 8 p.m. with first starter course at 10:15 p.m. and more than 45 minutes between the two remaining courses, then 1 hour and a quarter for a portion of dessert, and I spend 3, end of the meal at 3:10 a.m.

My husband phoned reception to find out if the restaurant could adapt a menu to my diet (pregnancy). The person was unable to answer us and simply ask the restaurant the question. Too bad you lost 2 customers. Also note that the car park is only equipped with an electrical outlet. So we could not benefit from it because the connected person remained connected throughout the stay. We were obliged to recharge our batteries in Auch at the time of the evening meal. In addition, at the end of the stay I was surprised to receive an email telling me that the carafe in the room had disappeared and that I had to pay for it. Now the bottle was on the bedside table. They didn't look much... On the other hand, they were very reactive to bill me for it. Despite a good night and a pleasant moment during breakfast, we will not return to the Domaine de Beaulieu for the lack of professionalism of the reception staff.

We were very disappointed with our night spent at this hotel. Room on the ground floor with an air conditioning that did not work forced to sleep with the bay window wide open all night. Mosquito infested room we were devoured. Household that leaves something to be desired there were cobwebs with their inhabitants... A crushed spider on the pillowcase. Lack of privacy on the terrace which overlooked directly on the swimming pool with passage in front of the bedroom. Regarding soundproofing, we had the pleasure of hearing neighbors until two in the morning. We had come to rest and left more tired than when we arrived. In short once but not twice.

Very pleasant place, the stay went well, very accommodating staff. Only small downside: there is no possibility of "nibbling", only the gourmet restaurant is provided on site, but for a stay of several days with children, a proposal for tapas to eat in the room would have been a plus!

The reservation made on the hotel's website for a “panoramic view” lodge turned out to be a room with a cramped terrace overlooking the hotel's main passageway and swimming pool. Explanation of the hotel: you had a view of the garden… In fact, there is nothing panoramic because the hotel calls lodge rooms that are not panoramic, suggesting that they all are. Conclusion: same room for the second time and not the advertised lodge with panoramic view. In addition: more than poor soundproofing, no coffee pods (despite the receptionist's assertion), absolutely empty soap bottle (to pick up yourself at the reception), water leak on the ceiling, meal of a duration of 3 hours (1 hour of waiting for the appetizer). The person at the reception is extremely unpleasant (she told us that we had booked at the last minute and that we should not complain …) and the restaurant staff incompetent except the sommelier. to conclude: for us, the classification of the hotel is not deserved and the booking site is misleading (the lodges are presented as panoramic when they are not all and it is impossible to know this when booking)

Accomodation, restaurant, perfect staff. Only downside: lots of mosquitoes.

Toilet being separate from bathroom leads to walking about to wash your hands, a small basin in the loo would assist. No restaurant open on Sundays was odd for a hotel. Nice place and location and people friendly.

Beautiful and relaxing setting. The bedding is excellent. On the other hand, I found the price of the lodge a little excessive in relation to the room and, having not taken the breakfast service, I was refused a coffee at 10.30 am by the swimming pool. Maybe because of the organization of the wedding but in view of what I paid for one night + the escape game (very nice as well as the manager by the way, I recommend), I don't find it very correct . Good stay overall.
