I did not wish to stay in the hotel after seeing the room. The hotel refused to refund the room (even a small part), nor the tourist tax even though I did not stay.
Very pleasant staff
A very pleasant hotel perfectly located for access to the important (in my opinion) points of interest in Le Puy en Velay. Our stay was made even better by the professional and friendly staff encountered at all times. All enquiries were handled quickly and effectively with a smile. The breakfast buffet was excellent and our evening dining experience was memorable.
