The owner told us that his establishment had left the LO group??? Meals, breakfast, room not at the level of the group. Run away!!!

Rudimentary style room with sanitary facilities and bathroom from the end of the 80s. Hotel not soundproofed from the room you can hear music from the bar, people and cars passing on the road with closed windows. Second day when we arrived room not made at 95€ per night it seems a little exaggerated to me I inquired about this problem answer we make the rooms after 4 days, when the meal it is on the rudimentary slate and not great except for the price the breakfast let's not talk about it nothing fresh and rudimentary except the price too and for information I had an etik check they don't take them what's the point of being Logis de France and view l The hotel restaurant as a whole does not deserve this logo except for the hairdryer and the prices. Be careful, pigeon catcher.
Room above the bar, not soundproofed, impossible to close your eyes, mess all night. To top it off, no soap in the shower tub. As for the quality of the meal and the breakfast, let's not talk about it, we would get angry... On the other hand, in terms of price, we really believe we are in a home in France, but there is really only on this side . €10 for a Saint-Marcellin in the oven, as a starter, it gives an idea of the mediocrity of the place.

Non-existent soundproofing between rooms and noise from plumbing
A little disappointed, because the hotel refuses Logis loyalty checks. He agrees to credit your loyalty card, but refuses to take our loyalty vouchers which represent approximately less than 20 percent of the total amount of the invoice. Reasons given: order from the manager!!!! Not normal, I would like to have further explanations.
Poor quality hotel. Evening meal was awful - chips having been in grease several times - and the lady serving was very rude
Good overall except for a missed Logis who had not transmitted my reservation to the hotel which posed a problem for the second night. The hotelier was professional in his management of the problem but it is abnormal that the reservation, although confirmed four times by Logis, did not reach him. The hotel is of good quality compared to its price. The atmosphere is very pleasant

Very pleasant hotel 25 minutes from Les Arcs
Small hotel with very kind and helpful staff, ideal for visiting the nearby stations of the Savoy for those who are not looking for luxury but comfort at a low cost. The cuisine in the restaurant and the selection of wines are excellent, even if the cost is on average for the locality
Having smoked several times on the doorstep leading to the balcony, the owner accused me of smoking in the room (risking a €90 fine). I apologized saying that I would completely step out onto the balcony. End of stay, check-out at 10:30 a.m. (which is already early). I was a little late and returned the room at 10:45. Intransigent owner and charged me 50€ for delay.... Only good point, the employee who is nice and welcoming.
This hotel is exceptional! Handicapped by a ski accident, I stayed there for three days. Not only is the establishment, which is an old chalet renovated with great taste, very pretty and very comfortable, but the restaurant is also truly excellent. The people who run this establishment take great care of their customers. Although the restaurant is not open for lunch, given my situation (leg in a splint and walking with difficulty with crutches) they brought me something to eat for lunch and came on purpose to cook for me! I therefore highly recommend this remarkable establishment whose quality of service and friendliness of the staff have given me back a morale that I had somewhat lost in my situation! Very disappointed with Logis because my reservation had not been taken into account on their software when all the signals were green on my side with a reminder email 3 days before. The hotelier, who couldn't help it, was adorable and very professional in finding us another establishment not far away for our 3 nights for 4 people. He refunded us the difference and paid for dinner to make amends. Logis did not help him at all to relocate us or reimburse us when the fault was theirs! I will not book at Logis in the future...
A very friendly stopover hotel. The staff is very welcoming. No frills, it feels like home! Well located on the way to La Rosière, with a shuttle stop at the foot of the hotel for skiers. The restaurant offers local and quality cuisine. Only the insulation is not exactly optimal (you can hear the doors of the 2 adjoining rooms!), and a bit of the road. The latter being very very little frequented at night. The price for the weekend of 31/12 and 01/01 was surely a little above what is usually practiced in this establishment. However, I recommend!
