Good communication with the person who welcomed me, very friendly and available to my needs and my requests for information about the surrounding area. Pleasant vintage decor that gives a touch of identity to the establishment. Pleasant night and very generous breakfast. The appointment was made the following week for a trip to Gouzon with an additional night and breakfast.

A somewhat old-fashioned charm but very clean places, and a very good night's sleep for VERY tired travelers!

Good reception, great food, immaculate property despite the outdated decor, which is also its charm. The only downside is that the room is not soundproofed (for me, room 28). You can hear everything. But overall, I would stay there again

We loved this hotel. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable with our young kids. Absolutely outstanding dinner in the restaurant, both the adult and kid meals.

Welcome correct but without a smile. Premises and rooms generally clean but absolutely outdated. Old-fashioned decoration dating from the 1940s but without charm. Bedding and linen from another era and worn. Very noisy, rooms not soundproofed: the corridor creaks at the slightest step, thin partitions allowing neighbors' conversations to pass through and worn exterior openings. Minimalist breakfast but ok for the price. In conclusion: It is time to realize that we have changed the millennium, a complete renovation is necessary.

A bit old school room with small TV but it's very comfortable with a little space to work if necessary. There is a standing fan in the room, for the high heat upstairs without air conditioning maybe it can be complicated but otherwise nothing to say Super friendly welcome and staff, the restaurant is really great, breakfast can be -being a little simple but for me it was enough It's really good for short stays for salespeople who aren't too proutprout

Very good staff, very good meals and breakfasts. It would be desirable to offer new linen, towels, because they are really very worn and not pleasant. Make sure shower gel is available every day. Change the pillows because they smell very bad (musty or old) and replace blankets and bedspreads because they have outlived their usefulness. Too bad the rest and good.

The hotel is very well maintained, very clean... even if the decor is a little dated.

We appreciated the decor with exposed beams and woodwork, which is a change from modern establishments with a cold and soulless atmosphere.
