Room not heated upon arrival.

It went very well, I stayed 3 nights in a hotel and everything was very good, welcome, catering and professional cleanliness, everything you look for to have a good stay. I found my new address when I was passing through the area.

Bon hotel. Le bémol concerne le petit déjeuner, buffet limité, sans oeuf, un seul fromage qui était du chèvre, jus de pomme uniquement. Aussi, concernant le prépaiement ou pas, le message était ambigu de la part d'Hotels.com (Expédia), il semble que l'hôtel n'est pas de contact avec le site de vente.

A bit expensive for the environment (very quiet industrial area); room decor ordinary but very clean and comfortable beds

Very friendly and helpful staff. Impeccable hygiene. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms is felt in this region in the hot and bright summer sun.

Accueil très chaleureux et très facile. Les chambres sont simples et très propres même si un lit de 160 aurait été apprécié…

Un établissement servit par du personnel de qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et la literie confortable.

THE RESTORATION IS VERY GOOD. On the other hand, the room is very disappointing with the minimum equipment, average bed, an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and no soap. As part of my work, I sleep in a hotel between 3 AND 4 nights a week and I have experienced much better and more pleasant experiences. Sincerely .

Very well received, very good meal, only small downside the towels are really too rough but apart from this small detail I highly recommend this establishment and even if I have the opportunity I would come back.

Good welcome

Despite the hotel's distance from the large urban center making the journey a little winding for those who work in Lyon, the hotel's setting is calming, exotic and relaxing. The rooms are neat and the access points are all very wide and therefore easy for a traveler with luggage. Welcoming our 4-legged friends is authorized and even very kind.

Came for one night for work, I was quite satisfied with my stay at the Hotel l'Horizon. The hotel itself is practical, modern and well located. RAS on the reception which was quite correct. Regarding the room, it was comfortable, well equipped and with a simple decoration. The adjoining bathroom was modern with a nice large shower. On the other hand, there was a black spot on the cleaning which, in my opinion, was minimal in the bathroom: yellow drip from the sink, traces of splashes from the walls (at the height of the toilets in particular), presence of dust and hair. As for the Fougasse restaurant, I enjoyed having dinner there. The dishes offered are good and provided in a reasonable quantity. The service was impeccable and quick. Just a little disappointed that I was only offered the €25 menu card and not the other dishes. Finally, for breakfast, the buffet offers a varied choice and quality products.

Reservation for two people validated: a single bottle of water and a single cup for two people... At lunchtime a menu at 19 euros, and in the evening the same menu goes up to 25 euros! One star too many!

Always satisfied with this hotel, friendliness smiles. Perfect meal. Dynamic music.

Personnel très accueillant

Room adequate (very cramped, tv prevents wardrobe door opening, seating limited and uncomfortable) - good points were Wifi speed (excellent) and chower also very good.

A very clean room but which would benefit from being maintained (curtains undone, lights burned out in the bathroom). Very noisy indoors compared to the road, very busy night and day.
