Regional cuisine with a really friendly feel
As for the cuisine, our approach is to combine local products, freshness, simplicity and traditional know-how. Market products selected according to the seasons (strawberries gariguettes and green Read more asparagus from the country in spring...), meat of local origin: Limousin or Aquitaine blonde beef, guinea fowl, free-range chicken, fattened duck in fresh duck breast or confit, grilled lamb chops. Not forgetting the local and Lacaune charcuterie, but also our cabbage stuffed with sweetbreads and our walnut cake in the autumn...
