Restaurant les Cévennes

After a long drive the hotel was a welcoming place. The receptionist/ manager was very accommodating. My room was upstairs, no lift. A very generous size, the bed was extremely comfortable. The ensuite was perfect, clean and very easy to use. Dinner was exceptional, the food simple but definitely homemade, the wine was equally good. Breakfast was a very simple but satisfying meal. I cannot find fault with anything except no lift. I'm old

Very welcoming, really lovely owners who even opened the doors of their garage to us to shelter the motorbike for the night. In addition we ate very very well.

A great discovery! Concerning the hotel part, it is more than correct. The restaurant part, local dishes like quails, simmered like a beef stew. Trout meunière, with almonds.... Simple, effective and very well served and at the right price! A treat, without forgetting the welcome and availability of the couple of managers! In any case, thank you and see you soon.

You have to know how to deviate from the main roads to reach Saint Cirgues en Montagne and especially stop at the Hôtel les Cévennes. You will discover a simple couple who are at your service and the chef a master craftsman. We had a great evening, an excellent dinner. Thanks to you two.

Excellent hotel! Cyclist passing through in the rain, I was very well received by the owners who offered me their garage to park my bike and offered to leave my wet things to dry for the night in the boiler room. The room was very comfortable. The dinner was very good and plentiful, as was the breakfast. I recommend, you can go there without hesitation, very good address!

a good hotel-restaurant in the heart of the Ardèche mountains a few minutes (by bike) from the Loire. Warm welcome and tasty and varied local cuisine. Rooms a little narrow, but clean and above all equipped with comfortable mattresses. A good place to spend a weekend or a few days of vacation in peace.
