After a long drive the hotel was a welcoming place. The receptionist/ manager was very accommodating. My room was upstairs, no lift. A very generous size, the bed was extremely comfortable. The ensuite was perfect, clean and very easy to use. Dinner was exceptional, the food simple but definitely homemade, the wine was equally good. Breakfast was a very simple but satisfying meal. I cannot find fault with anything except no lift. I'm old

Very welcoming, really lovely owners who even opened the doors of their garage to us to shelter the motorbike for the night. In addition we ate very very well.

A great discovery! Concerning the hotel part, it is more than correct. The restaurant part, local dishes like quails, simmered like a beef stew. Trout meunière, with almonds.... You have to know how to deviate from the main roads to reach Saint Cirgues en Montagne and especially stop at the Hôtel les Cévennes. You will discover a simple couple who are at your service and the chef a master craftsman. We had a great evening, an excellent dinner. Thanks to you two.
Excellent hotel! Cyclist passing through in the rain, I was very well received by the owners who offered me their garage to park my bike and offered to leave my wet things to dry for the night in the boiler room. The room was very comfortable. The dinner was very good and plentiful, as was the breakfast. I recommend, you can go there without hesitation, very good address!
