The food is out of this world. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
I spent 2 stopover evenings there recently, both went very well!!! Dinner just perfect, nothing to complain about, top staff I recommend

Rooms rather simple but adequate, restaurant very good.
An unfriendly 'welcome'. We did not eat in the hotel as, unusually for Logis, our dog was not allowed in the dining room. To be fair, we knew this from the website. The room was adequate but the SMELL! The whole hotel and, particularly, our room STANK of drains. We won't be coming back here. We will return to the Come Inn just down the road where we normally stay, but they were closed for the holidays.
