Mattress quality and small room and overheating
The staff were welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable about the local are . The receptionist ( and sorry I have forgotten her name) was so kind and gave a warm welcome. Nothing was too much and she explained everything fully. Please thank her

Pleasant and very efficient welcome, we met a very pleasant and professional person. Quiet room, very clean and comfortable. We will happily return to the Grand Hotel. Hearty and good breakfast.

Entrance and breakfast-room in a poor standard. Coffemachine in breakfast.room breaks the world-record in slowliness and in length of the cue in front of it ;-)
