Hotel very well located for walks in the center. The hotel does not have parking, but the public paid parking (with reduced rate for hotel guests) is two minutes walk away. Very professional and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasant stay. Small negative point for "late risers": the breakfast times until 9:00 or 9:30 (I don't remember exactly). So we did not have it at the hotel, but in a café on the Place de la Pucelle a minute's walk from the hotel.
The elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. Other than that, it was good. Good bedding, clean bathroom and nice decor. Breakfast a little too expensive.
Very good reception, too bad the elevator was broken and 5 floors on foot is a lot. We are still young but for other customers it could have been problematic. Fortunately the terrace and the room were great. For breakfast you should not arrive too late otherwise we have less things

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Using Google maps to get to the address sent us the wrong way so it took us some time to find it.

Lovely staff, very welcoming. My room was spacoous and the bed lovely and comfortable. I enjoyed my breakfast. The hotel is in a perfect location to visit the old centre and get down to the river.

Very noisy. Outdated, worn towels, ... Disappointing
This text refers to our stay in the same room in August 2023: Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken (according to reception, it had been for a long time), which was more than unpleasant on July 13th, 2023 to July 14th, 2023. Due to the really exceptional room and the terrace, we booked again and were happy that it was much cooler during our stay in July 2024. We skipped breakfast in 2024 because we still had terrible memories of the instant scrambled eggs from 2023 :-( It shouldn't sound more negative than it was: A very nice room with a huge terrace and an exceptional view of the cathedral and friendly, attentive staff. When we are back in Rouen, we will stay at l'Europe again!

Very good partner restaurant for the evening stopover. Very nice welcome with a smile. Poorly soundproofed room and very noisy door in the corridors. Otherwise great location for visiting the heart of Rouen on foot.
Overheated room (southwest facing), no individual air conditioning. When I asked to change rooms, it was full - I had to leave my window open to get some fresh air. Result: eaten by mosquitoes at the start of the night, then awakened at dawn by the cry of seagulls. And no commercial gesture to compensate for this inconvenience... In short, what a disappointment!

The hoteliers couldn’t have been more accommodating in terms of making us feel welcomed. The rooms were comfortable and the bed was outstanding
The very BEST thing about this hotel was the LOCATION. It is a stones throw away from the square where the shops and restaurants are and a block or two from the historical sites. I traveled with 3 other ladies and we all felt the same.
I spent 5 days enjoying the stadium in Rouen. Unbelievable experience. Hotel very comfortable and very well located. Personal exceptionally friendly. MUY RECOMENDABLE
Hotel très bien situé pour visiter à pied la ville. Par contre le petit déjeuner est décevant pour 15 €. Les viennoiseries ne sont pas fraiches, le choix au buffet est ridicule. Un conseil: allez le prendre ds un cafés !

Not luxurious but very good, clean, right in the center, friendly staff. Maid's parking lot next door (paid) a little narrow for my big car I don't give 5 stars as I very rarely do unless it's extraordinary, but 4 coming from me is very good

We made our choice on the form thinking that the buffet would be a little more substantial. So it was a bit fair. But this formula is very good so as not to waste. But breakfast is a bit expensive. We recommend this establishment
The room is clean but it is small with outdated decoration and very poorly insulated. It does not correspond to a 3 star. Besides that, the staff was very welcoming.

remarks: the setting of the television in subtitle mode for the hearing impaired is impossible, the remote control does not correspond to the television, undoubtedly the configuration is incomplete on the other hand, when I reserved, it was clearly specified on the site "set courtesy ", it was removed on our arrival and was no longer on the site: I should have been informed of this finally the space between the bed on each side and the wall is too narrow
We stayed twice. I recommend room 206 with its very special decoration!

very small lift We went there 2 times on Saturday and on Friday of the same week they charged me 7 euros more… There is no parking but at least you have space to unload your suitcases… The other Logis provided bottles of water water, not this!
Hotel located in the heart of old Rouen, very pleasant and warm welcome by a young team. The hotel has been tastefully renovated, but the only downside, in very hot weather, it is not air-conditioned. Because of its location, park in the nearby car park, place de la Pucelle.
Your brand, which deserves to be known, is probably too discreet from the street.... Congratulations again for the welcome, the decor!
