Very welcoming staff, the room is great and the restaurant is delicious.
Hello, nice surprise this hotel. Nice renovations, nice bathrooms. Downside on bedding (you can feel the springs) and shower screen too short, so you flood everything, but it's really not much. Excellent welcome, good breakfast except the coffee.
The only downside is that coffee is 2.85 and cappuccino is more than 4 euros!!!!

From our arrival on 1/08 to our departure on 5/08 we were very satisfied. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room is very good, very comfortable bedding. The whole is very clean and modern. The breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice. Regarding the restaurant, we ate there every evening of our stay. The quality of the catering is exceptional, it would be a real shame not to take advantage of it. A swimming pool with sun lounger and a ping pong table. The little extra to make the stay even more pleasant. In summary, a top establishment.

The first day we have a small bottle of water and 2 infusions offered in the room. It's a shame not to find them the following days, we would have appreciated a restocking

Just perfect ! Spacious rooms, very well appointed. The swimming pool is great, as is the restaurant. The dishes are original, based on fresh produce. The meats are simply exquisite… The breakfast is excellent, with a wide choice and above all quality (waffles, fresh bread, very good croissant, etc.) The staff is adorable, always with a smile and ready to help you , to recommend this or that other dish on the menu. We really appreciated the calm, and the train station located right in front of the hotel. Which allows you to reach Figeac in 25 minutes, or Brive la Gaillarde. As for the center of Gramat, allow 10 minutes on foot. We feel so good in this hotel that we even have trouble leaving!

We feel in this family and this team a real desire to satisfy the customer and the least we can say is that it is perfectly successful. I have to say that this is one or probably the best hotel I've stayed in my life, and this is no exaggeration. I travel a lot for work, I'm a Diamond member at Hilton and Titanium Elite in Marriott. I say this just to compare that even though I have a top tier level with two well-known hotel chains the Logis Relais des Gourmands Hotel service and accommodation was at the same level or higher than most of my stays from Hilton and Marriott hotels. Everyone at the hotel made us feel welcome and were very helpful. For example, my wife and kids wanted to explore the animal kingdom/zoo in Gramat, but didn't have transportation because there is no Uber, and you have to book a taxi 24 hours in advance in this small town. The young lady at the hotel was so kind and without hesitation took my wife and daughters (in what I assume was her own vehicle) to the zoo. We also ate dinner one night at the hotel and the food was top quality, Michelin rating. I wish we had stayed an eaten at the hotel our previous nights. If this hotel is not a 5 star hotel, it should be because this is the type of service you get at this hotel.
