Disappointed by the size and the decor not up to date of our room Huge gap between our very simple room and the beautiful decor of the restaurant and the beautiful swimming pool!!! Also never answered for the reservation of the restaurant we only learned on our arrival that the restaurant is exceptionally closed!
It was a last minute booking based on location and the restaurant being open, which it then turned out was not the case. The staff were clearly working very hard and it seemed to be a family run establishment.
The room was comfortable, the parking was convenient and free. The price seemed a bit high for the size of the room and breakfast cost extra but it is a nice hotel with an excellent breakfast. There are several restaurant options in the nearby village of Charme.
Short but perfect stay! The establishment is warm with its majestic fireplace. The room is very comfortable and soundproofed. The diversity of materials, colors, materials as well as decorative objects make this hotel a true sober, magical, delicate and relaxing cocoon. All this being done with great taste, the location in the middle of this island of greenery seems to make us stop time! We were on a business trip, we were also able to appreciate the large parking lot made available. My only regrets are that we were not able to dine at the restaurant because I forgot to book and was not able to enjoy the swimming pool. We will come back!! The boss is very kind and shows a lot of pragmatism so that his customers are more than satisfied! Well done and we thank you again. The staff is also very welcoming.
Good Hotel for the price what you get. I would love to visit the Hotel again. Only if you go outside to your car or to smoke outside, ask for pincode.

Quick welcome, no explanation, just giving us the codes to return in the evening or to the swimming pool. Besides, not able to tell us the opening hours of this one... vets 7am!!! Correct bedding, disappointed to have 1 bathtub and not 1 shower. Top restaurant, just quick service, no time to enjoy the aperitif. The next day, head to the swimming pool. The sauna is out of service. When paying, we were told that it was normal, we had to book and pay!! Great, no one said anything

Tourist hotel, a bit noisy in the restaurants linked to vintage car gatherings. The service is long and it is difficult to consume at the bar before 7:30 p.m. due to lack of staff.

The restaurant is absolutely fantastic. I really like the "suite" rooms - big and comfortable, and a nice bed. I also always use the electric car charging service.

The astonishing and rich setting with a decoration as astonishing as it is fun and varied, the indoor swimming pool... My two guest colleagues left light for their big work meeting with a nice little note from the boss which alleviated the situation: 'Have fun -you well !' My colleagues and I will definitely return.
This was a very comfortable hotel, with a modern well furnished room. We have no complaints, but found the welcome a little distant. No mention of the pool, local restaurants or any other facilities, yet clearly it has much to offer.

Ham on request, some moldy grapes, cutlery on request, no additional plates available, no espresso cups for the espresso displayed on the machine. Received upon request. Unfortunately, everything overflowed because the machine doesn't portion it that way. What works well in the restaurant in the evening is completely missing at breakfast.
Very nice hotel in terms of catering but not the very simple rooms, too bad For a stopover evening where you have to choose a starter dish or a dessert dish for the high price offered! On the other hand very beautiful and good restoration!

It advertizes an indoor and outdoor pool which is wrong!! Guests can only use the indoor Pool because the outdoor pool belongs to a rented house and is private. Guests dont like wrong Information.. The owner was very helpful with our bikes. For a deluxe room a refrigerator would be nice. Everything very clean and new!

The room was too narrow, it was difficult to open the windows, we could not take advantage of the swimming pool because it was too cold, the breakfast and meal prices were too high, I think the stay was too high for the services.

IT was cold in the rooms, one window did not fitt properly, there was draft in the room, the bathroom was party not cleand, the lighting of the steps werent working, the did not tell us that the restaurant was closed even I had made a Reservation, the stuff werent interested in our complanes, There were no excuse at all.
The rooms could do with a refresh
The Logis is well located to stop if traveling by car. The restaurant is very good and the products (including those for breakfast) are very good and local. The reception service can be improved because it took us a long time to check-in and check-out, and we finally had to get someone to pay and leave. The room was large and well furnished. On the other hand, the level of heating in the common areas of the hotel was quite low and likewise the water in the shower was not very hot because the heating system was not on (it became hot once that we asked for that).
the nice decor, too bad the director is not more pleasant with his customers. Restaurant room as well as the breakfast room, unheated on January 17 at -1° outside with snow, not pleasant at all. the rooms are small given the price, stopover evening €135 with just two courses "dish and dessert". We expressed our dissatisfaction on site. However, it is good to remember that the hotel-restaurant definition is a concept of welcoming the customer, presenting the establishment, in short, being at the service of the customer because the latter pays. No reception, no welcome, a cook who should be in the kitchen and not at the reception. At the same time, when we sit down to eat, we understand better why the desserts are not up to the standard of the cuisine. Frankly... it's not worth the detour.
