Beautiful establishment, pleasant meal

We enjoyed our stay the room was very comfortable and quiet.
The food was to a high standard and delicious.
We will stay again when we are in the area.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been generally happy. On this occasion I was disappointed. There was no soap of any kind in the bathroom. The room was very cold on arrival, despite it being in February there was no heating on to preheat the room prior to our arrival. The bathroom door does not close properly.
Very friendly welcome, very good location close to the highway, easy access for hitchhiking during a journey, clean room, old-fashioned decor
