Refresh the overall decor a bit...the corridor leading to the rooms looks old-fashioned. Beautiful restaurant and good dinner and breakfast
We had booked access to the private jacuzzi. The main massage bench was broken, what a shame especially when you pay for this option. We reported the problem ... But no response.. .

The welcome, the catering, the size of the rooms were correct. The only downside is that it is an aging establishment with some aspects that are detrimental to the whole. For example, the large skylight that overlooked the corridor was all green with moss and a dirty frame... That is a shame.
Hotel staff was friendly but the room furnishings were very worn and did not fulfill 3 star hotel standards. There was black mold in the bathroom. Water tank from the toilet need 10 minutes to fill up. We were very disapointed for 600 euros / 3 nights absolutely not acceptable!
Welcome and accommodation at the top! Ideal for families with duplexes allowing everyone to have their space without getting in the way! Excellent value for money! Slight area for improvement on a few points that remain marginal to the wonderful services offered by this establishment: the service time in the restaurant is very long but the warm service makes up for the wait; hot water is no longer very available after 10 p.m., Shower or bath to be preferred during the day or early in the evening especially if you need to warm up and, finally, Perhaps a more personalized welcome in the morning at breakfast, no one having asked us for several days if we had slept well and that would have pleased me :) Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back next year!

I am disappointed because the classification made by the Logis guide about the restaurant is overvalued, it does not deserve the blue label tasty restaurant, at most local; I don't blame the management of the establishment but the guide who disappoints us for once
Arrival (around 9 p.m.) after a tiring day, ruined by the discovery of a "party or dance class, with a very loud sound system on the ground floor"... which could be heard +++ in my room. Calm returns only around 10 p.m.... Not serious, but a shame. Everything else was very good.

Smartbox offered in this establishment with breakfast, spa and dinner. Very warm welcome, creative and tasty cuisine. Spa nothing to complain about. Just a downside (constructive criticism). We would have had one more dinner but the day before at the end of the meal, the waiter was very noisy to put the breakfast preparation back in place (noise of plates, glasses on the tables) which made us leave more quickly and have coffee without the lounge Apart from that I recommend this establishment.

The reception
As far as the hotel business is concerned, it is very correct. We were made very welcome by the receptionist and the room was ok. I paid a 20 euro upgrade, I wonder why as there was no water or kettle in the room. Regarding the catering, the young waiter was very pleasant but the meal much less so. My husband paid an extra five euros on a menu for a piece of beef which was borderline tender. As for my pork tenderloin, it was red and dry when cooked. Probably in the oven. For baba au rhum, the cook should undergo training.

Following your departure we checked your invoice, we did not charge you an extra €20.
In addition, you chose the gourmet menu which costs 38€ and we did not charge you the extra 10€. Only the supplement of €5 was asked for the flavor menu which was not included in your box.
Concerning the room, the smart boxes generally include this one, the Atlantic which does not have a welcome tray, however we have a friendly space in the hall (kettles / coffee / tea / sweets / biscuits) free and at will.
For our cuisine, our chef, with 20 years of experience, offers quality catering, sorry that you did not like it.
We still hope that you had a pleasant stay in our establishment.

I booked two rooms in this hotel (which I already knew) for three reasons: - its fairly central location to be able to travel around and visit South Finistère - The very green and wooded environment, particularly appreciable for our two dogs who could walking very easily - the calm and comfort of the beds I would however suggest a small improvement: install a mini fridge in the rooms to store two bottles of water because once is not customary it was very nice and warm during our stay and we would have appreciated going for a walk with fresh water.

Minimalist room for a price of 172€. Housekeeping needs to be reviewed in its entirety, very dirty window, broken headboard. Poor quality bedding. Correct welcome, the person had a cold reception initially because I paid in part with Etik loyalty checks. Very very disappointing.

The restaurant's evening menu is offered every evening with new dishes all cooked to perfection by a chef worthy of the greatest tables. The staff is very welcoming. The restaurant is quite correct but the rooms are not up to standard. This hotel deserves real improvement work to meet today's standard. The hotel has a real humidity problem. There was heating in my room the entire stay so as not to feel this humidity.

The hotel is in a lovely location, perfect for the area we were touring but we didn't discover until we had checked into the room there is no room wifi, and dinner was fully booked. The accommodation was also not the best we have stayed in and expensive. These are the main things we have come to expect of a Logis hotels. This hotel let us down badly.
Second time in this hotel, still just as pleasant, but the stay was hampered by the presence of a rather noisy group compared to the positioning of the room on the ground floor.

Decent room. Unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday so the spa (paying!) was closed and the staff on rest. For a hotel and in summer, it's a bit odd. Very friendly staff otherwise. It is one of the few affordable in Locronan for pedestrians. There is a beautiful garden.

General conditions, very strict and penalizing, unexplained or misunderstood (big losses if cancellation, including health issues, well before arrival)

Located 800 m on foot from Locronan and easily accessible. Hotel that deserves a renovation at the level of the rooms. Too bad our room overlooked the rooftops rather than the park which is very beautiful. It's also a pity that access to the SPA is chargeable. Very welcoming staff.
Accident or collapse? Housework not done in the room: a few biscuits left in the cupboard, candy stuck on the shelf! Meal that could have been good but: if the fish was hot the accompaniment was cold! The Vacherin was so frozen that I asked for a knife to try (with difficulty) to cut it! But frozen at this point, the ice cream was unpleasant and tasteless!! And to top it off: shave, shampoo and shower with cold water this morning!!!
At the reception they were very nice, we kept our food in the fridge.

We took a duplex, the stairs were steep for an elderly person and the upstairs bedroom lacks sockets, tv did not work properly. And bathroom to modernize ... simply for improvement ..... bed in medina room .... change the mattress
We had a problem with the top of the toilet bowl that did not hold and after 2 nights it was not fixed.
Charming hotel in a beautiful natural environment
We really enjoyed our stay at the Logis Ouest Hotel. Our room was great, as was our dinner and breakfasts. However, it was the owners and staff that made this more than an excellent hotel experience. Their care and kindness was above and beyond and made our hotel stay a special French holiday experience for my wife and I. A big thank you to all!
Excellent stay, caring staff, quiet environment
The hotel is well located, easily accessible and quiet. The reception is correct. The room is very simple, with no fridge or "coffee-tea" tray, a television screen that looks more like a computer screen that is too small. Several channels are not picked up. The decoration is correct as is the cleanliness. The bathroom is very small and dilapidated, although the shower has been redone. The shower head does not hold, the radiator is rusty, the sockets and appliances have been moved without the walls being repainted, which reveals the previous fixing holes. the baseboards are badly installed and the walls have damp spots, insufficient lighting and a mirror placed too high. I complained to the management explaining the reason for my dissatisfaction, who recognized that my remarks and criticisms were justified. The management very honestly lowered the room rate to rebalance the value for money. She also specified that work would be undertaken to bring it into condition (at 3-star level). Other occupants with whom we had exchanged were rather satisfied with the room and the bathroom. Overall I can recommend this hotel overall not badly but I recommend that future customers of this establishment ask to see the room they are being offered before checking in. Thank you to the management for their understanding and the way they handled the problem.
