The room is small but it's fine for two days. We were unlucky because it was very windy and the shutters were hitting the wall from the outside, making a lot of noise all night long.

c'est un petit hôtel très bien situé mais un peu vieillissant et qui mériterait un rafraichissement. La propreté est irréprochable et un très bon point pour le petit déjeuner copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité avec de bons produits locaux.

Accessible hotel with parking space, good quality and comfortable bedding. Close to the beach, the city center and shops, restaurant on foot. No soundproofing between the rooms, noise from the bathroom and toilets, the television, and neighbors snoring. The window frames, double glazing not effective, lots of traffic on the avenue, peeling paint and questionable cleanliness. The breakfast is of poor quality, very little choice, the most surprising being 2FR eggs presented in a box of ORGANIC eggs (SCAM)? We will not return, I am surprised by the lack of quality of this establishment while I frequent the logis for my business trips.
Minimalist welcome upon our arrival, decent room, relatively clean and perfect bedding! On the other hand, in terms of tranquility and noise, the best! Impossible to take our car from 9:30 p.m. because people from outside the hotel had the intelligence to park their car behind ours and as no hotel manager is present at night, there is only a telephone number to call in case of emergency, so impossible to leave! Then some residents of the hotel improvised on an outdoor terrace under our bedroom window a karaoke evening until 11 p.m.! Then around 5 a.m. other guests were kind enough to shout in the corridors and knock on the doors of the rooms! a very relaxing night ..... a summer camp dormitory without a monitor! It's really a shame because the hotel is very well located 15 minutes walk from the city center of Biarritz!!!

La primera noche nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña y para nuestro gusto con un colchón incómodo y ropa de cama aún más incómoda. Al menos el baño tenía ventana.
Para la segunda noche nos cambiaron la habitación a una mucho más pequeña, apenas cabía la maleta pues no se podía pasar de un lado a otro de la habitación, con un baño muy pequeño y sin ventilación. Algo increíble. Hay fotos No pusimos reclamación porque al día siguiente nos íbamos. Pero ha sido muy decepcionante todo.
El trato del personal ha sido muy correcto.

Cozy hotel in a heritage home. The rooms are all you need for a short stay. The breakfast is quite good and varied. The owner is lovely and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here.

Normal room price increased to compensate for the Logis commission, and therefore too expensive in terms of quality/price for this room in the annex, with very dated equipment. Surprising for a Logis.

The welcome was great, so was the free parking. Unfortunately the bathroom was minute and the room was also small. However the garden area was a bonus.
Location is good and the bedroom is clean. However the hotel guests are like a big family, you can perfectly hear each conversation and whenever a guest wakes up, everyone wakes up with his alarm too.

My wife and I already felt very comfortable in this hotel during our stay of several days in 2022. So we booked it again for our stay in Biarritz this year.
cramped room, not air-conditioned, overlooking a very busy street day and night, impossible to move properly as it is ridiculously small, no place to put two suitcases, hotel chosen expressly for its free parking on the site, but once on place no place available despite my reservation because there are only 6 places for the whole hotel! we had to look in Biarritz city and in residential areas for a place... I do not recommend this hotel in the middle of the summer season: too hot, too much noise (window left open to cool down because no air conditioning!)
Ridiculous, expensive and not at all enjoyable
Delighted with our family stay at this hotel! The staff was attentive and always willing (especially to heat a bottle at night). I highly recommend this hotel which is very well located, 700m from the hyper center of Biarritz, including the beach. The room we occupied was very clean and well appointed, as was the bathroom. The breakfast is hearty and worthy of "Logis" establishments. The owners are available and will be able to help or advise you during your stay. We would gladly return to this hotel on our next vacation!

A wonderful hotel just a 10-minute walk from the Grande Plage. We were warmly welcomed. You can park in front of the hotel and end the evening on a terrace. When we brought a bottle of wine and chips with us, we were immediately given glasses, a corkscrew and a bowl, which we found very thoughtful! The bathroom was very small, as was the room, but perfectly adequate. But what you need to know: the rooms are very (!) badly soundproofed. In the evening you can understand the conversations in the adjoining rooms even at normal room volume, you have to be considerate here.
