A little refreshment would be welcome. But the hotel is really very clean and well maintained, which takes us beyond the "retro" side. Nice view when the restaurant room, generous lunch with seasonal and local products. Attentive and caring staff.

Satisfied with the hotel but not at all with Expedia, I will never book through this site again. The hotel was not informed that a charge of €86.43 had been made on 06/25. For a night spent from 09/28/2024 to 09/29/2024 for a wedding in Les Bordes, I therefore had to look for the charge to prove to the receptionist that we had paid, now I will book the hotel directly without going through intermediaries, moreover, I will pay less

Comment définissez-vous un accueil pénible ? Le fait que nous vous demandions l'heure du petit-déjeuner ? Une adresse mail ? Un numéro de carte bancaire ?
Vous avez initialement réservé une chambre économique dans notre bâtiment annexe situé à 50 mètres de la réception face au rond-point en direction d'Orléans.
Nous vous avons offert un sur classement pour une chambre supérieure dans notre bâtiment principal vous offrant une vue panoramique sur la Loire et le château de Sully sur Loire.
Lors de votre arrivée, vous avez refusé de communiquer une garantie bancaire, procédure qui est obligatoire comme indiqué sur les conditions de voyage pour les clients expedia & hotel.com.
Malgré votre refus nous vous avons exempté de cette obligation.
Après votre départ, notre service d'étage s'est rendu dans la chambre 106, chambre dans laquelle vous avez séjourné et nous avons constaté que vous avez jeté dans la poubelle de votre chambre tous les produits d'accueil à l'effigie de Logis Hôtels (bloc note, crayon, porte télécommande, etc ...)
Marque que vous salissez en agissant d'une telle manière, peut-être dû à une ancienne relation passée avec Logis Hôtels que vous avez mal digéré ?

This was my 4th or 5th visit and it's still great. The welcome is very friendly and the people are there to listen to you. Special mention for the breakfast, very well stocked, with a view of the castle.

Accustomed to this hotel which has a certain number of positive aspects (setting, large closed car park, garage for bicycles), we still think that the premises deserve modernization. We would also appreciate a Sunday evening dinner.

The rooms in the annex are not up to the standard of the hotel rooms: dilapidated, damaged walls, aging shower/bathtub equipment, lighting in the common areas that does not work.
Simple, but there is everything you need and the welcome is great.
Well located hotel, very warm welcome, large parking lot, Disappointed with the quality of the breakfast and the catering. not worthy of a hotel accommodation. The shower head in room 111 is impossible to hang. The heating in the rooms needs to be forced so as not to feel cold. However, the view is great, the hotel is quiet and convenient for getting to the city center and the power station.

The hotel is well located and has quite nice rooms and a very comfortable bed but the heating system is totally inadequate for a cold winters night such as it was. Equally the little electric heater in the bathroom when switched on turned itself off after 10 seconds and then would not come back on again.
Mission accomplished ! For this stage of our journey we expected rest, comfort and calm in a beautiful setting. Special mention for sleeping and bedding.
Room was very small under the eaves. The sheets were a seersucker fabric and not particularly comfortable. Bathroom and shower were very cramped. Evening meal was adequate - not much choice. Disappointing breakfast - coffee only from capsules or lukewarm filter coffee. Fruit salad was beginning to 'ferment'. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was quiet
The young lass on reception was very helpful as my French is horrendous as I've not spoken the language for 37+ yrs at school and she spoke very good English which helped me immensely

Er zijn wat slordigheden op de kamer, los behang, gordijnen die los hangen op de rails, schimmel in de badkamer. Helaas was hier ook het restaurant gesloten ondanks dat het een extra vraag was bij de boeking. De receptioniste ging daar wat nonchalant mee om, ik kreeg een briefje van de restaurants waar we heen konden, de straatnamen waren verkeerd geschreven. Het ene was vol, de andere dicht, dat viel wel tegen.

Very good evening stopover
In general, my stay was nice and quiet. The staff were wonderful and tolerated my terrible French. I noted my bill had 2 breakfasts on it however I did not attend breakfast either day, especially as it appeared not open on Saturday Sept 23 for breakfast. I have asked this to be removed and refunded via email.
The room was nice enough, great bed and I was really happy I could open the windows all the way. My only concerns would lie with the lack of tissues, and the shower was dark , mildew/mold in the corners. I understand it's in the silicone but it should be refreshed and a light placed above. My shower gel also ran out the 2nd night, and so I don't believe housekeeping is checking them. The hotel decor is very outdated though. The staff at the front desk are happy and friendly, and thank you for getting me the iron and ironing board! That was very helpful.
Stayed in a house annexed to the hotel, overlooking a roundabout so impossible to open the window because of the noise. Cramped attic room, unsuitable for two people. Lack of soundproofing. Bathroom: bathtub to be updated, broken wall, empty shower gel dispensers. In short, to forget.

The stopover evening is a big plus for those on a business trip. Good quality evening meal and lovely staff.
Well located, very quiet, perfect for stopovers for those who work in the region. Breakfast with a wide choice and quality, dinner with varied and original menu of the day. The rooms are pleasant with good bedding. 2 points to review however, recalcitrant televisions (it's painful not to be able to watch what you want) and the showers should be equipped with mixer taps or better still with thermostatic taps. However, I would return without hesitation.
Pros: Excellent hospitality. very large car park. Excellent mattress. Points to improve: Winter duvet too warm for the season. Traffic noise more important for the rooms of the annex.

Evening meal reservation accepted in March, canceled by the hotel 3 hours before mealtime!!! Asked for a commercial gesture, refused! On the other hand, the hotel offers us 6 € by telephone 7 hours after departure! Being more than 100 km away we refused the offer! Much too late, when we had asked for a gesture. It's very disturbing on a Sunday evening!!!!

Lovely location and a large, clean room. We were very comfortable and there was a view of the chateau in the distance.
