Great, I was called in advance to get information about access in case of late arrival. Perfect room and varied activities (gym, sauna, ...)
Great welcome, thanks to Jade for her smile and warm accent!! All the staff very friendly, very clean rooms with new mattresses! Delicious meal. We will come back as soon as possible, address to remember
Excellent welcome, helpful staff! Good value for money service
Disappointing! No one at the reception when we arrived. A note telling us that the key was on the door with the wrong date of our arrival. Surprise no key, after several attempts to contact the hotel we managed to get someone who was not in a hurry to arrive. We were warned at the last minute that the restaurant was closed in the evening and the cherry on the cake when we left the receptionist wanted to charge us for the room again even though we had already paid for it via Booking. It's not serious
