A very good hotel in all respects, expertly managed by Anne and her husband. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
The only downside was accessibility. We came from the east, from Italy, and in the dark our French SatNav led us over the autoroute, and then for half an hour through a zigzag maze of car parks and narrow lanes. Leaving for the north-west, for Bourg-en-Bresse, was easier, but still difficult. Suggest the hotel website might show the best routes to the hotel?

Friendly and pleasant staff. We were able to rest in comfortable beds and the room is ideal for a short stay
I booked on the LOGIS website where the stopover is displayed at €103 with the room, meal and breakfast. I did not have breakfast and finally the bill is €152. The meal is billed at €40. It would be good to specify when the price is displayed €143 and not €103... As a result, at this price, the room and meal service is overvalued. At this price, we can hope for another service.
Ideally located between town and forest, quality cuisine, warm atmosphere, quiet atmosphere, spacious rooms
Located on the street of JJ Rousseau's house, in a quiet area, my room was very comfortable and the staff very attentive.
I booked this hotel because we had stayed here several times previously and enjoyed the restaurant. It was a convenient stop one the way home from Italy. However, on arrival we were told that the restaurant was NOT available because of a group booking for a family party. My reservation, made several months ago, was for accommodation and half board. This had been confirmed. I would have expected to have been informed BEFORE our arrival about the problem so that I could have made alternative arrangements. They did offer bar snacks and did help me to make a reservation for a meal in a town restaurant but this involved a 2km walk down the steep hill to the town and back up again. We are in our eighties! We COULD have driven the car down but did not want to do this as we intended to have a bottle of wine with our meal and parking is very scarce in central Chambéry. AND our car was blocked in by the arriving guests! So, overall we were disappointed. I have to add that the staff were very pleasant and apologetic and the room and breakfast were very good.

Room quite comfortable but no air conditioning or ventilation. The rainy weather made it humid in the room (single glazing) and it was not possible to sleep with the window open. The smell of humidity was not pleasant. In addition, there were a lot of spiders (especially in the curtains) and webs. Same in the bathroom (renovated which is great) but a glass / tumbler would have been appreciated
Loved the bed and the view, also the restaurant had very good beer and food. ✨ Happy we choose here and wish to come back and stay longer some day

Enchanting and calm setting, relaxing evening stopover, several choices on the menu for the meal. Our young hosts put all their energy into making our stay pleasant
Warm welcome, the hotel is located in a quiet green area, you sleep well and eat very well there.
There is no air conditioning and the small fan in the rooms works every other day. The space is very small but nothing to complain about the cleanliness of the rooms.

De kamer is schoon. Een minpunt: het was op de 2-e verdieping. Voor een hartpatiënt zonder lift geen pretje!
De ontbijt was heerlijk, ondanks, dat je van het hotelrestaurant geen franse Raffinesse mag verwachten.

It seems important to me to favor “Terroir approaches” in all areas. As for the Hotel “Ô Pervenches” in Chambéry, we dive right in, at the end of a small nature road, and it’s delicious!

Friendly and professional welcome, parking in front of the hotel, the bedding is of good quality, the catering is top notch, as is the service, the choice of excellent wines, the simple but hearty breakfast.
Excellent quiet location but a few minutes from Chambéry .. very kind and very helpful staff .. nice and clean room .. the only drawback there are no mosquito nets on the windows which in fact would be useful but this still does not affect the excellent stay .. also good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant

It was Sunday night and the restaurant is normally closed. Had we known we would have stayed somewhere else. However we did have a 3 course meal that was good.
Room vey hot and the fan provided was inadequate.

Excellent hotel, remarkable welcome, very well located on the height overlooking Chambéry (Les Charmettes not far from the Jean-Jacques Rousseau museum house). It is a very quiet hotel, no houses around, no noise in the evening and at night, ideal for people who want a restful rest! The restaurant is to match, excellent, with a menu made up of good fresh produce. The young owners are very friendly and very professional. An address to remember!
Perfect for a weekend, a hotel surrounded by nature while being 5 minutes from the center of Chambéry. Jean Jacques Rousseau's house is 200m above. The staff is friendly and discreet. The room is perfect for a romantic weekend. I recommend
This is a really charming little hotel! A small flat on the cleaning of the exteriors (windows, terrace, facade which deserves a good cleaning to highlight this magnificent building) on the other hand the interior is nickel as much the rooms as the common areas. Super quiet location just 5 minutes from the old town. Very warm welcome We highly recommend!
