Very clean hotel and extremely warm welcome.
Too bad the restaurants were closed and it was difficult for me to find one open in the city.
The establishment is aging. The welcome is very good. The room is correct, with minimalist comfort (decoration, furniture, soundproofing). The room and bathroom are very clean. Only negative point, a musty smell when entering the room, coming from the bathroom.
Hotel located in the city center. Too bad no restaurant from Friday and weekends. Finding a parking space is difficult (especially with the market the next day) Breakfast not the best

Bathroom that needs renovation... the bathroom with cracks is old and ugly, the bathtub is very high to access... Review the problem in the bedroom with the loose tiles... Does not take American Express contrary to what is mentioned on the site.
The welcome was good and friendly and the accommodation OK, but see bathroom comments. The restaurant for dinner was impossible- see below.
One of the most important aspects of a stay in any hotel is the quality of one's sleep and therefore the quality and comfort of the mattress. The mattress in our room needs to be changed. It was too soft and sagged in the centre which made for an uncomfortable sleep.
Very warm welcome. Too bad that the bike deposit is chargeable. All other accommodations allow 1 free bike deposit.
No one to greet us when we arrived, even though we had planned by email and phone. It's deplorable. For the rest, very clean and comfortable.
A very good one night stay. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed. Air conditioning was appreciated during the heat wave. Breakfast had good choices and everything was fresh. The restaurant was closed for dinner during our stay, but many other choices exist in the city so no problem for us. We would return!

We were very well received in this establishment. The room that was made available to us was spacious, very pleasant and quiet. The bedding was very comfortable and quality. The bathroom was spacious and functional. We had a very good stay in Revel and its surroundings.
Hotel in its original state, from quite a few years ago... without any maintenance or renovation of the premises at all (unsealed floor tiles, paintwork to be 100% redone, stains on the ceiling above the bathtub, dirty windows, electric roller shutters that don't work properly, sink with very old cracks). Very simple breakfast. The only positive point: Correct and clean bedding. Big doubts that the managers are professional hoteliers, otherwise, they should feel more concerned; or else, that they change jobs (or go to real hotels to get an idea of everything that is wrong with them) In the end: Not worth the price. Very disappointed.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. A small point to improve: lighting the step inside the entrance for the night or any other means to remind you of your presence. One of the hallway lights doesn't work. apart from that everything is fine

Nice hotel, thank you for oiling the hinges of the bedroom doors and the squeaky toilets...and it's unpleasant at night. Otherwise pleasant hotel.
Perhaps an exception... A sleepless night because of a "bowl" bed, impossible to turn over, or to go closer to the edge, because immediately plunged into the hollow formed in the middle of the bed. The pastries for breakfast were probably from the day before. Lack of freshness. Too bad for the price paid.
