Warm and very professional welcome

Very warm welcome from the manager upon our arrival. Clean room, thankfully without carpeting, comfortable mattress. The shower is a bit worn but did its job. The restaurant can be highly recommended. Excellent value for a stopover in a French small-town hotel. Too bad it was too cold to use the lovely swimming pool.

Excellent stopover evening in premium version. Very comfortable room and quality evening meal and varied in terms of choice of dishes. Small downside on the availability of products at the last hour of breakfast. Experience to be repeated.

We payed for a large double bed (I selected it when I booked the room) but the staff said it would be a room with two single beds next to each other. As I said I wanted a double bed they gave me a very small room with a double bed but not very large (140 cm wide). The staff didn't change the price for the worst room we got instead. Terrible value for money. The photos that appear here have nothing to do with what we saw including our room . Some of the guests were making noise during the night with an old piano that was in the entrance of the rooms. A very bad experience. What a pity.

The locatian betwee Beziers and Narbonne and the beach is super! We have stayed for a week in Hotel Residence in Nissan-lez-Enserune. We had a very nice time. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast and swimming pool. Dinner was of variable quality. Sometimes very good. Sometimes a little less.

Welcoming and attentive staff

Very nice hotel in the heart of Nissan Les Enserunne. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Unfortunately the rain head shower was broken, so we had to use the hand held shower head.

Apart from the soundproofing (we heard all the noise coming from the hallway) this establishment is really very good. Clean room, good quality bedding, pleasant staff, varied and very good breakfast ("homemade" pastries). We weren't able to take advantage of the swimming pool because the weather was capricious, but that's undeniably a "plus". The terrace is also very nice. Note: remember to check if the mini bar is well stocked. Ours had not been filled.

Small room and too cold despite the air conditioning off because the hallway is very cold air conditioning too strong. Meal for a three casseroles not in my expectations. Very light starter and good dishes but found in all beach restaurants

Very nice experience in this hotel, we had a very nice welcome, smiling and helpful staff. We were lucky to be upgraded, the spacious room, very comfortable bedding, sufficiently large sanitary facilities. Very quiet hotel.

Step on the holiday route in this charming and peaceful hotel. Very welcoming and caring staff. Very nice room, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is a plus for cooling off and spending a moment of relaxation. We enjoyed ourselves from dinner to breakfast. We will gladly come back !

Very outdated. No AC controls. Shower tiny and tiles stained badly. Burn your jester on shower valve when you bend to wash your feet.

It is a pity that the room is not more soundproof. Fortunately, the village is very quiet

A very well run and family hotel, located in the heart of an historic, atmospheric village. Friendly and attentive staff, good dinner and breakfast. Simple room but well equipped and clean. It is not easy to find parking in the historic center, but it can be solved slightly further on the outskirts.

Announcement free parking except that to park near the hotel a little complicated because very few places if desire to park in secure parking an additional 10 euros is proposed. Catering a bit expensive for the choice of dishes offered which is nothing extraordinary. When at breakfast the presentation of products poorly arranged. Home a bit impersonal I have known better

The swimming pool is unheated and was quite cold even though the temperature was hot outside. The breakfast was very limited. The restaurant menu was very limited also.

I only slept for about an hour. Devoured by mosquitoes so huge blisters on arms, forearms, legs and feet. It is very unpleasant and boring for the rest of my trip..

Everything was nice but the only thing that was disappointing that the air conditioning in our room was not working, and was extremely difficult to sleep. But we still enjoyed everything. The staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding.I would come again.

After all, a hotel in an old building is a certain risk. The house has certainly seen better days. Nice pool. A lot seems hard.
